We have built over 3 houses and we always go back because of the service we receive and the latest products in store. We have bought Miele oven, steamer, microwave combo, Induction hot plate, dishwasher, Franke granite sinks, kitchen tap, falmec rangehood and bbq!

We are building a bespoke house in the Hunter and looked only at Winning. Other than buying our second Liebherr refrigerator/BioFresh pair and a Vintec, the entire house is Siemens. No other brand came close in our personal taste. Abdur at Crows Nest was very helpful and gave us a great quote. Delivery on multiple dates with some items going directly to the cabinet maker was seamless. Can't wait to try my freeform induction cooktop...

It has been to a pleasure dealing with Winnings. Im glad I met Sandi who has been simply fantastic. She has given sound advice in a caring, friendly and professional way. Everything has gone smooth from A to Z. Delivery was excellent with clear communication beforehand and a timely delivery by a friendly/ professional driver. We had an issue with one item, once the box was opened there were dents in the product, the item was swapped over immediately. Highly recommend Winnings and commend them for such excellent service and a huge thank you to Sandi.

Very good range of brands. Prices are reasonable though not the cheapest. The Siemens brand is good and not sold elsewhere. They have free demo classes to use the appliances.

Visited the showroom in Richmond and loved their presentation and showroom-purchased products from the Miele and Franke range. Every thing went smoothly until Covid 19 interfered with supply restraints ect. Norman took over the issue and thru against all odds managed to get the Franke goods delivered 2 hours before the plumber arrived to install. Massive effort and unbelievable customer service. Advice on purchase, delayed delivery, staggered delivery and even one replacement- never an issue. Andrea and the team were exceptional. If you are after a great price, knowledgeable staff and a willingness to make this a great experience- you can't go past Winnings at Newcastle.

We found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is a good range of quality products and they are really competitively priced. You might think that the upmarket showrooms might mean higher prices but they compete well with the discount stores. I'd definitely shop there for any future needs.

An excellent resource for kitchen builders supplemented by equally excellent and knowledgeable staff. The location is a bit obscure and would benefit from more prominent signs . They were the best and most helpful of all the kitchen design showrooms we visited.

I bought an oven, I knew what I wanted but it was the personal service, with after sales service, I was rung up to ensure I was happy with the product. I didn't have to run around looking for a customer service agent like with the larger chain stores. Excellent keep it up.

Paula and I were in the market for a Rangehood, Dishwasher and a Kitchen Sink for our new home under construction. Jaryd's (Fortitude Valley Store) knowledge of all the products was extensive and reassuring. After final payment for the products was made, Winning Appliances stored our goods until we were ready for delivery - and even then, only a two day wait for delivery!
