The buying experience from Winnings was the easiest of all the details in building a home and the staff were fantastic. Well laid out store and all the information needed. Delivery as promised on time.

[name removed] at the Richmond store lied to me about the installation of the new Gas oven i bought, I told him I needed it to be installed and he said it was all included, which was not the case when it was delivered, then when I called him, he lied, instead of owning up that he made a mistake, be careful, make sure they document everything down you agree with as its their word against yours. Very fancy and up market show room, but not very professional sales person or manager, be careful

From start to finish, the whole Winnings process was satisfying. The ordering of my Large, but humble, Ironing Board, contact from the deliveries section prior to arrange suitable day and time, delivery man contacted me, it was delivered on the day within the time, a phone call was made by delivery man and Winnings, calm, professional and getting the job done very well. We looked on line for a price on a rangehood and other appliances for a kitchen reno. Winning Appliances were the cheapest for the rangehood so we visited the Richmond showroom to purchase. Cassandra was great and when she asked whether there were any other items we needed we asked about a price on a freestanding cooker and gave her the model number. Her price was higher than an online quote so not only did she say that she would match it but she also checked online to see if she could find a better price. Also delivery was free and the delivery guys were friendly, on time and efficient. Cannot fault Winning Applicances
