Paula and I were in the market for a Rangehood, Dishwasher and a Kitchen Sink for our new home under construction. Jaryd's (Fortitude Valley Store) knowledge of all the products was extensive and reassuring. After final payment for the products was made, Winning Appliances stored our goods until we were ready for delivery - and even then, only a two day wait for delivery! I bought a fridge online but on arrival found it had a cheaper look and quality than expected, e.g. cheap, brittle plastic door shelves that might easily break amongst other things. I asked if I could return & replace it with another (more expensive) fridge (different brand & which I had since inspected in person). No problem, no charge [other than the difference in price) and service with a smile. Well done Winnings! I have since bought three further kitchen appliances from Winnings, primarily due to their excellent service. I also highly recommend the new fridge I bought, a Mitsubishi Electric 508L Top Mount Fridge MR-508EK-ST-A for $1,207.

Went to this store after doing online research. Found the price comparable to other businesses more online based. Was pleasantly surprised by showroom and helpfulness of staff. Would purchase from there again.

Got email to say item would be delivered between 6.30 and 9.30am. Nothing arrived. By 11.30 was advised (after I had to call) was told another 2/3 deliveries before mine??? More calls and finally the driver said he would be there in 5 mins.(the time is now 2.10pm). Still waiting - NOTHING, it's now 3.20pm. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ever use them again

Really good email and phone communication around changes in dates of delivery and installation.
Payments and accounts got a bit complicated because I had credit in the system from a previous purchase, and it was managed and resolved promptly and well.

I searched for a particular brand, size and configuration of kitchen sink locally and online. Winning Appliances came up with the best price AND free delivery even though we don't live in the city. From past experience with previous orders of products from other companies, I braced for the downside. Right from the first phone call, I was treated as though I mattered, phone calls and emails arrived promptly as promised and so did the delivery. Cannot fault them in any regard. Brilliant!

Our bar fridges broke down just before Xmas. Steve from the Fortitude Valley store assisted in sourcing our products and ensured we got the fridges before Xmas. His knowledge of stock was excellent and his follow up fabulous. The service received from start to finish of this process was excellent. The title of my review says it all. All staff - yes ALL staff were extremely great to deal with at the Indooroopilly Store. From initial enquiry right through to delivery.
