Can't Fault 1st Energy
When we swapped to Solar, we swapped Power Providers... the swap was easy and speedy. Never had an issue. It's so nice to feel like we've come-of-age and are in the 2020's now! Our old Power people felt like they were resting on their laurels.

Stay away from this terrible company
Extremely high rates, no discounts like others, terrible customer service, won’t recognise pension cards even though it’s valid, would never recommend this rip off company

Read moreou haven't received your concession rebate. Our rates are high at the moment along with every other retailer as there has been a huge increase in wholesale energy over the past 6 months. Hopefully as we transition out of winter we will see an adjustment in wholesale power prices and we can get back to a more normal state of play in the industry. Hi Sarah don’t bother I’ve already spoken to someone and they told me it’s due to the address being different and that’s it, even though everything else checks out, like I said terrible service and I wouldn’t recommend your crap company to anybody
Thanks Mick. Sadly it's Centrelink that validates concession cards for the rebate so that's out of our hands. We don't have any control over the eligibility of the concession rebate system, we simply pass on the rebates through the bills.

1st Energy is the best decision I made to change from previous provider, has lowered my power bill, making my payments so manageable and also the bonus when I came on board was great
