We booked a stay with these people in the blue Mountains. After already having issues with communication with the so called owners we paid our deposit. We should have walked away earlier but thought wed give them a chance anyway as we really wanted a get away. Well, a week before our check in we received an email that our property was double booked and that they had to cancel our reservation. They said they would refund our deposit in full. This was over three weeks ago, no communication has been received since after numerous emails and phone calls. We feel we were defrauded and have now reported this to the police and the tribunal. Be extremely careful people, this eneded up as our wors nightmare as an old couple.

Worst service ever. Owners are abusive, they advertised a property we liked. then when we paid our deposit got told its something different, ie the property was missing several things, kitchen not fully equipped, balcony under construction etc. We asked for a refund of our deposit and they are now refusing to refund it. This is preventing us from having a stay elsewhere. Steer clear people!!!

I wish I had read the reviews first and saved myself angst - Worst managed holiday business and even worse attitudes - hard to contact (never answer or return calls) - always ready with an excuse, and downright rude. Privileged, arrogant owners trying to rip people off . Poor, poor, poor delivery.

Accommodated managed my holiday letting for 3 years. They were friendly and helpful and positive. They also kept my cottage in immaculate condition. Everything was done for me I didn't have to lift a finger. They advertised my cottage on as many sights as possible as well as having their own website. I always had plenty of holiday makers to my house. They even rolled up their sleeves and helped me get my house ready before my first letting. I would completely recommend their services to anyone who wishes to let out their house as a holiday home.

Our family stayed at Bunya Creek Farm Stay for my daughter and son in laws wedding last weekend. The house and facilities were fantastic, beds comfortable and kitchen well set up. Had an intimate wedding with family and close friends in the huge carport. Had family from ages 81 down to 5 and all enjoyed the relaxed environment. A beautiful part of the world. Thanks to Luke for the ease and help with the booking and communicating with me, much appreciated! Even had some of the guests enquiring about where did we find this place, so hope you get some business out of it!

We were looking for places to stay for our mother's 70th - three generations together to celebrate. The people here were good, it was all pretty seamless in getting the weekend organised. A very enjoyable weekend was had.

I found this to be a very professionally run business and would not hesitate to recommend working with or for this company to anyone.

Not stayed with them yet but booking was a real issue and then they accused me of not reading my email properly when in fact it was the way they sent it. You also have to book it on their site which was at first very confusing. Further they charge a fee that is not disclosed once you purchase (i went back and there was no mention of a fee for ccard or booking). Plus the receipt is not correct. I hope my stay over Xmas will be hassle free and not a reflection on booking process. I will post another review after Dec.
