Do not sign with ACN
As a prior ACN IBO and customer of their services I strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere. Their services are far inferior to most other providers - and I have tried many.
I would suggest that most if not all the positive reviews on here are written by current ACN IBO's (independent business owners) who need to boost the reputation of the company.
I've read all of these reviews and having experience both as an IBO and an ACN customer - I can substantiate nearly all of the problems and concerns people mention below.

Be warned...acn is A complete scam..
I am an acn ibo and I refuse to promote acn... I have received so many complaints from families and friends who signed up for essential services through me that I am embarrassed to promote this company. ..some complaints are..
..Getting billed repeatedly for months by acn although bill has been paid...
. To lodge a complaint with acn you have to pay
..getting billed by acn but no service has been provided is very common
...Adsl services are always pathetically slow and network failure common...
All in all acn grows through network marketing and trust...after you have entered into a contract then you see the reality...

I Love ACN services.
ACN gave me best deals on my Enegy,gas,Internet and phone.I am saving easy $70 a month and on another hand its helping Food Bank to raise money for Kids.This Company cares about this Country and our Community.

cannot comprehend the bad reviews
I was initially a customer of and now am working with ACN and i simply cannot comprehend some of the bad reviews on this page. As a customer my IBO was friendly and provided me with the latest offers and discounts allowing me to save thousands in the past few years. Recently, joining ACN as an IBO has taught me just how supportive the community is and how amazing working in my own time is!

worst net ever
this is the worst net i ever had.increases my blood pressure while im using.free suggestion to everyone..dont even try it.total waste.i have been using this for 3 months and i havent enjoyed it even a single day. they dont care about our problems and complaints also...horrible speed..

Beware of scams!
We have been ACN customers since 2012. Some of my family members are even representatives of ACN. We had a mobile broadband dongle of 10GB for $35 per month which really is a great price. This amount was being directly debited from our account as agreed upon when we signed up. Recently, I became aware that ACN have been taking not only this amount but an extra $40 or $50 a month from our account since April 2016. oming from and told me to speak to my bank, though I explained that we were only aware of $35 being debited and the extra money was showing up as ACN pacific pty Ltd north Sydney. He was quite dismissive of me and didn't want to investigate so I went to the bank. The bank gave me a dispute form which I intend to hand in to say that I had not authorized the ACN company to take this extra money from us. Admittedly I had been naive and not checked our bills very often as I assumed ACN would contact me if there had been changes in our billing agreement. I decided to go through the bills to see if there was an extra charge there and discovered that there had been an extra $10 a week added to the bill at the bottom due to some download. I assumed it was an error and called ACN again to discuss it. I was simply shocked to discover that these charges were not an error and the result of some accidental 'click bait' scheme. I was advised that though we had never accessed any other services or premium sms service, I would need to chase this complaint up with the company that this extra charge was through called 'Netsize'. I was quite alarmed that ACN would just charge us for something from a random 3rd party without asking us! This Netsize company does not have our banking details, ACN does! I expected that my Internet company would look after me 1st as a loyal customer rather than allow some 3rd party to charge us without consultation. I called Netsize and spoke to a man named [name removed] who told me it was a gaming service we had subscribed to. I told him to provide me proof that we had subscribed and he said all we had to do was hit 'subscribe' on our screen when the click bait popped up and we would be charged weekly. Without agreeing to terms and conditions or clicking a box, just a swipe of the screen to get the click bait to go away was enough to charge us for their services. You can imagine my horror. Not only are Netsize getting away with this scam but they are involving decent companies such as ACN as well and having them charge their customers. The Netsize representative was shady to say the least and told me instantly what kind of phone had subscribed to it and at what time. He told me he would send us a cheque to refund us the $430 owed. I have seen on forums of people who have been tricked into this also that the cheque will not come. I am absolutely appalled that this behaviour is allowed to happen. We have signed up to another Internet provider now and have made sure that our phone services are set to not allow premium sms of any sort. I don't think we will ever see that money again. I will follow up with the TIO against Netsize and am warning every person who will listen about these scams. I have learnt that I can not trust companies to do the right thing by their customers and will be checking every bill we receive in great detail. My grievance with ACN is that they charged my account without my permission. I signed up for the $35 a month service, and did not authorise ACN to take these extra monthly charges from my account. The TIO state: "If a telecommunications service allows a consumer to incur charges for third party products - for example, mobile applications (apps) or in-app purchases - on their telecommunications bill or pre-paid credit, the consumer should be made aware of this before they incur the third party charges. The provider shares responsibility with the third party for resolving disputes about third party charges it bills to the customer." 9 year customer of ACN and partner companies
I have been a customer of ACN services for over 9 years. Many of my bills come from the big companies that ACN partner with and I deal with the customer service of Vodafone for all our mobiles and Click energy for gas and electricity for example. My bills have all been reduced considerably from what I was paying and I am very happy with all of the services that I signed up for. nes. ACN DO NOT HAVE any infrastructure, lines, cables, phones or internet. ACN buy from the big companies that everyone deals with and those companies do the connections and send out the phones and in most cases do the billing also. There is so much misinformation in this thread and it is sad to read that some people were not looked after by their IBO to inform them correctly. I am extremely happy with ACN as it all came true.After reading other reviews I can see it is pushy IBOs that are giving us a bad rap . I was moving to a new address and had prepaid telstra services that were costing me a lot. I have a hot spot WIFI mobile and ADSL and land line which is now half of what I was paying plus I became an IBO and with just my family made 24 points and 9 services so I was paid my 500 back and over the last 4 months more people have been placed in my group by someone else and now I get paid enough to cover all my phone services.ACN are just a service alternative to the store fronts in shopping centres and we get paid instead of the staff

I wasn't sure about the fact I was getting services through a Network marketing company. I researched the company and found they were solid, 25 years old and a reseller with the big names like Click and Energy Australia. I knew these companies would only partner with someone if they were rock solid. I did more research found a great rate. When I moved in to my new property Click connected my electricity. They have billed me everymonth and I pay $85 a month after discounts which is the lowest I have ever paid for electricity

DON'T SIGN UP - No Matter What!!!
I am usually the queen of caution but this time I have certainly been had! At first the IBO was not pushy, however, once we said we would hear her out about the numerous products, savings and financial benefits etc, etc we found out just how pushy the IBO could and would become. ce for at least 4 to 5 hours whilst I saw to my own customers and staff queries. Hindsight is a beautiful thing! I now understand why she would not leave in amongst my bustling day, but I sure do understand now. Since signing up and transferring almost all our services to ACNpacific we have had nothing but trouble. Endless, endless issues with ALL products and services. Loss of business, phone calls and time wasted galore! At any time of the day, for any of the services we have found their call centre and staff personnel to be exceptionally rude. I could write a book on the debacle, drama, incompetence and general misfortune of ever having signed up with this company. The lies that we have been fed leave my head spinning. We have been with ACN Pacific for four months now and I cannot wait for any one of the contracts to expire. Any accounts that we have been able to close due to not being in a contract with them we have done so, which earned us a confrontational email from the IBO wanting an explanation WHY we had withdrawn an account. Needless to say we did not respond. I would never recommend any of the services or even signing up through an IBO for any of their services. Any positive comments made on this forum I Don't believe are made from independent persons. We qualified to receive our 'Fast Start Bonus' refund of $500. To date we've never received this refund or any residual income from the unfortunate people we've signed up, although we've made copious enquiries. The latter we will pursue even if we have to take this to small claims. Biggest Scam and Rip Off
All their products are misadvertised.
All their claims of discounted prices are false.
When you try to call them for help when services go wrong you only get rude responses and deceptive information.
By joining ACN or by purchasing any of their products you will only get ripped off and have the headache of fighting with people over the phone to get yourself justice.
Never get involved with anything related to ACN it is all a scam and all the people you will interact with through ACN are cons.

Loved all the services ... paying bills and doing charity at same time
I have been with ACN for a year now.. it enabled me to earn extra income when i start.. now after an year am at a stage where i no longer need to work for someone.. i just work whenever i want .. doing ACN full time.. and for people saying its a scam or so, i feel sorry for them, as these are the people who cant even understand the simple facts.. lucky to be the part of this amazing company... all my services are with ACN and not even a single complaint... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO THE PEOPLE WITH OPEN MIND AND STRONG WILL POWER.. DEFINITELY NOT FOR THE WEAK

Facts vs Claims
I have just joined and have not found any of the issues raised by a number of reviewers. The IBOs are independents and they should all stick to the accreditation requirements they agree to abide by .... but just as in any business there are people who don't.
As for services, whilst ACN may sign you up, for electricity and mobile phones you are actually signing up directly with the energy and phone companies ... all ACN does is give you access to discounts that they have negotiated with the providers at a point in time.

Pushy and Rude People
My experience with these people have been to say the least very poor, pushy and bordering on fraud. Firstly, I spoke to one of the Reps in Melbourne and after few conversations with him he convinced to switch my services. furthermore he took my personal details which I later found out is not the correct way and not in line with ACN's policy. He assured me that he would talk to the person concerned however, it seems he has done nothing. pushy rude reps that give false promises
After signing up from a acn rep for a mobile plan and home plan i was extremely unhappy that that they are pushy rude and deceivers,i was told that i was going to get 18gb of data then to find out i only get 16gb i go to ring em and they pass the buck and are crap the rep said you must ring vodafone ACN not vodafone what difference does it make when your bill is so high like instead of 75 a month its $135?cos they cant promise or honour there word the rep says his incharge of account then when i ask him about solving problem he does nothing jus...Read more

The ACN Service and Support is the best of any Telco within Australia
I have been a user of ACN teleco/energy services for years and love the support the company provides.
The customer support HQ is in Sydney and friendly, energetic group of people always willing to help.
I also love the fact that when I paid a ACN teleoc bill, I'm supporting FoodBank Australia.

The ACN IBO's asking me to join the ACN which is I did. I paid a fee plus I went in to meeting but I couldn't understand why they force people to join. And believe or not the method they using is push you to join ACN. That's how company make money. They show you a big picture of your future but is not like that. I am not affiliated with ACN - only as a customer to support a friend who is an IBO.
I have NEVER had any issues with their services.
But seriously do you think Vodafone, Click Energy, Energy Australia and ADT Home Security (MAJOR providers) would partner with a company if it was an illegal scheme? I don't think so. ACN is a legit business. Before even becoming a customer I even researched it all...

I have just received a letter from Lock & Co. saying ACN Pacific owe me $231 from 2008. They are a holding co. and are insuring me the refund. I must of been an ACN customer? Can't remember back that far.

I would say it is a Scam from another party.
1: Search Lock and Co in Google. Only in the UK i could find.
2: Unless it was very late in 2008 it is past the 7 year deadline for the refund
3: If you have moved, or otherwise changed details since you thought you were a customer they would have to invest to try and find you, which for $231 of free money for them would not be in there interests.
Yeah this will be a scam, if you did sign up with ACN there not the ones that bill you it is your service provider when/who ever you signed with.
