I reviewed my experience with Addbuild on this site 3 years ago.At the time i had not experienced any issues with Addbuild
It is now 3 years later and I have ongoing issues that Addbuild have no intention of resolving.
Their customer service is way, way below standard.I have been fobbed off,lied to,spoken rudely to.I am extremely dissatisfied with any sort of followup.It has taken just under a year to get a supervisor out to look at my ongoing issues.The supervisor from my build i was told by Addbuild was terminated.I have been advised by emplo...Read more

I would highly recommend Addbuild Additions. Right from the first contact they were professional and easy to deal with. The designer added a lot of value giving us more functionality and storage plus improved the look /appeal of our addition from the street. The building team were very courteous but most importantly very good. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day and rubbish was removed. After being recommended Addbuild by not one, but two friends, we knew we were in good hands. Our home was a standard 4-bedroom home, but with 3 growing boys, we needed a little bit more room to expand. Not only did Addbuild do this, but they surpassed all expectations from beginning to end. From day 1 the experience with Addbuild was excellent. From the moment Emery came to our house with his design to Greg our site supervisor, the tradesmen were all excellent and the workmanship was up to standards. We were really impressed with the workmanship of Addbuild when we saw the first floor extension on our neighbours house therefore we decided to contact Addbuild for a quote. From our first meeting we felt very comfortable with their representative who discussed our requirements and budget with us and true to their word that is exactly what we got and within our budget. We have a first floor extension and ground floor alterations that was completed in November 2016. This was the first major renovation that we have undertaken and overall it was a positive experience. We chose Addbuild based on another renovation they had completed nearby, and the fact that we could live in the house while it was being renovated.

We have been generally very happy with Addbuild and the work undertaken. We found the contractors used to be very pleasant and professional, the only very minor complaint being that completion of the final few parts of the job towards the end of the build seemed to drag on (but maybe this was just compared to how quickly the initial stages of our upstairs extension were completed). Our First Floor addition was completed last December & we were extremely happy with all aspects of the process.
All the admin & office staff at Addbuild were excellent to deal with & more than willing to accommodate any requests from us.
The building supervisors & tradesmen were all very good to deal with & we would especially like to mention the two builders assigned to our project Luke & Simon who were not only very easy to get along with but extremely professional & produced very high quality work.

We extended our smallish 3 bedrooms house with Addbuild. We added first floor extension that comprised of 2 bedrooms, living area and 1 full bathroom. We also had other renovations to the ground floor to expand internal space by enclosing the front porch and removing a large stud wall that was obstructing our living room. We are happy with the end results and we love our newly extend home.
