Worst experience. Have cancelled the contract with them due to delays. They continue to ignore/delay for 6 months.

Claim to have a good track record. Actions prove otherwise.

Need to train employees on phone etiquettes.

I don't know if I would get my money back. Avoid any direct/indirect association with them.

We love our first home by Ahb. Sales manager Nish was quite informative and creative with floor designs. Site manager Jacson was very cooperative, had no issues at all. However, highly recommend to check the sales contract and building contract carefully. Because sales contract was very luring but construction/building contract was missing design and building aspects. Over all experience was quite nice.

Being my first home and first time building, I decided to buy the land and house package with AHB with no house building experience before, and now I am very glad that I made the most right choice with AHB they did amazing work from land settlement to construction completion. I have had little to no problems and no worries during the entire building process. Any questions or concerns I had was answered almost instantly by Site Manager Gary and office lady, who are very responsible and helpful with any concerns I had. Especially, I appreciated a lot Site Manager Gary and Nick for the great services they offered during the whole process. The quality of the home is of high standard. I would definitely recommend AHB to future home buyers.

Our home was build within the estimated budget, with premium like quality material. It was completed from start to finish within 6 months. There were no major issues throughout the building process as Alex(Building Supervisor) kept me informed at all times.
I would definitely go through AHB(Alex) again in the near future when I decide to build our next home. Thank You Alex and AHB for building our Dream Home.

Good from the beginning.
Nish the sales consultant is very helpful, go though all of the options and upgrades. Do what he promised and ontime. He is excellent to deal with, make sure that we are happy with the house. All communication is through email and promptly.

Building period is very good, Alex the supervisor is very helpful, we have hired an independent building surveyor throughout the build, small problems here and there but expected, all are fixed in the next stage of build and certainly during handover.

All and all good experience and would recommend AHB.

AHB built our house as we wanted & without any problems.
Quotation for the contract was accurate and complete walk in package.
Only thing they forgot was a bottle of champagne for us to open when the handover was done.
Site Supervisor Jack kept us up to date with progress on our house.
He also made sure everything is going to plan, very impressed with Jack.
AHB is very lucky to have Jack very nice guy to get along with.
Quality of the build we are happy as the price we paid was very very good compared to other housing companies that I had quotes from.

I would strongly complement and recommend him on his attitude and work quality.

Thanks to EM8 agency, I chose AHB to build my investment property at Point Cook. They offered more than full turn key package at reasonable price. It will save my time and money for getting my property ready for lease. Especially, Alina from AHB office help me a lot about the permit issue. Good company with great staffs. Highly recommend.

I had my home built by AHB 7 years ago. Recently I contacted them for maintenance because there are some places need to be fixed after these years. I wasn’t sure what would happen before I contacted them, but the response from the office and the manager was quick and way better than what I expected. And I really appreciate Craig who came to my place. He is reliable and professional, arrived on time at 7:30 am and already got everything prepared. He worked carefully, checked every item, fixed all the problems, and left the site tidy and clean. AHB did a really good job to turn the customer happy again. I hope they can keep up the good work in the future.

However with much research and comparison I decided to go with AHB and I am very glad that I did. Compared to other stories from friends and families that have built their homes, I have had little to no problems. We've been fortunate enough to be on our third build with AHB, and very fortunate to have Wealth For Life manage these builds. Once each project commenced, the build was completed seamlessly and efficiently without compromising on quality. Over the three projects, we only encountered one issue - where a temporary fence that had fallen, caused some minor damage to a neighbouring property. AHB were very vigilant and professional in rectifying this matter.

I was hesitant about using builders I had never heard of or unable to find much about by searching, nevertheless I went ahead with the build because I was contracted through Wealth for Life Institute. I saw the house part way through the build and when it was completed and after the independent building inspection. There were only minor faults after the inspection which pleased my greatly.
During the build the company contacted my regarding the flooring options to make a common sense decision. I was very pleased that the project manager was able to recognise and use common sense rather than just follow the plan regardless of its practicality.
Since it was occupied there have been no problems with the house.

We were recommended AHB by Wealth For Life and the processes of getting council approval and AHB starting the build has been seemless. We are now at lockup and things appear to be progressing well.
Fingers crossed for the future.. and we are still yet to judge on build quality, I suppose you need to wait until you are in the house to really see that.
