Hi can i renew my oshc until december this year?

Are most hospitals in Australia public or private? My daughter will be attending UTS.

I have been with Allianz more than 10 years. Since last 2-3 they have been providing terrible services. Specially, when I launched claim they were keep asking back dates documents which I dont suppose to provide them. I claimed my medical expenses which was on 2018 but they need my visa in between 2013-2016. Today I replied back email and mentioned clearly if you keep doing to avoid not accepting claim. I have to informed ombudsman resolves disputes. Please be aware they are
1) Hard get claim
2) Unprofessional employees because they are handling from overseas.
3) Prepare to waste time to get the claim.
4) Cannot claim personally. We need to claim through app online which is terrible.
5) There is no dedicate department to claim because everything is online.
6) You have waste time to inform everyone on public domain as well as fight back along with ombudsman.
7)When you will launch claim in person make sure atleast you should have 2-3 hours because I was 3 in queue and got my turn after 1 hour.
note :- This is all the problem I am facing so far. I am sure there are soo many people facing problem because this week when I went there office for launching claim i had been informed that I can only claim through app.

Me and partner had single oshc policy for last 14 months with same provider We are planning to change as couple how can I change it what condition it will occur in pregnancy

Can my visa medical examination fees be paid by Alliance?

I have paid OSHC from Allianz five years, not really satisfied what they can provide to us. Can I change to Bupa OSHC or MEDIBANK so that i can actually get more benefits? Really need advice for this....

Why your company do not accept the dental care while others insurance company like bupa do

I didnt get my refund, i wait for almost one month, hello? Are you wait for my insurance expired cause today is the last day.

I am currently a member of the 4th year of oshc and I am an international student who wants to extend my oshc next month.
I have to extend for the next two years. Do I have to join as a couple?
Of course, couples know that premiums are expensive due to reasons such as pregnancy, but we are already older and will not receive medical benefits for reasons such as pregnancy.
I would like to ask if my husband and I can get general medical benefits even if we sign up as individuals. The risk of pregnancy and other risks may be of limited benefit.

Hi. My daughter is has taken OSHC, Australia. She had shortness of breath for some time. Went to GP. Got her iron studies done. Found to have low ferritin levels. Advised by GP for I. v. Iron infusion as she can't tolerate orally. The inj ferrinject 1000mg is costing Aud 300 n infusion cost is Aud 150 at Macquarie Hospital, Sydney. What is the use of having an OSHC cover?

Hi, i try to make the refund of two medical practices and i just received less than the half of just one. Should i still waiting or i try to do it again?

I have upgraded my OSHC on August 2018 for my wife to be arrived as my dependent before the submission of VISA application. Her Visa has not been granted yet (December 2018). Is there refund of OSHC for 4 months for the period between the date of upgradation of OSHC and date of grant of VIsa?

I have planned to study in Australia with my spouse.I already have COE and have dual family insurance policy from Allianz.But now I m pregnent of 8 weeks and i will arrive in Australia after 4 weeks from now. Will my policy cover my pregnancy or I have to upgrade it before arriving in australia. Please provide me more details.

Hello, Allianz team. I am supposed to pay for my fees in my university. But they have arranged a single oshc for me instead of a dual family oshc. I contacted your help desk and relayed to them my concern. I wanted to change the single to dual family before paying my fee, however, they told me to contact my university and so I did.My agent contacted the uni and told me to wait for reply.I have been waiting for more than a week now and I am worried that I may not be able to lodge in Aus in time. How many days more will i wait for my concern to be solved? It is Oct 5 as of now and my orientation day is on Oct 29. I hope I can arrive in Aus on time.

I am thinking of getting Allianz to cover me during my studies in Australia, but have some questions though:

1. Am I also covered outside of Australia eg if I go home or go on holiday during my studies?

2. Does the Allianz student cover cover appointments with Naturopaths registered in Australia?

3. If there is an emergency or one has to go to the doctor do I first have to pay the costs out of my own pocket and then wait to receive the money back from Allianz or do you cover the costs immediately?

I am Nguyen Quang Duy from Vietnam. I am going to study in Australia in this July, at The University of Sydney. Therefore, I want to buy an OSHC Dual family type from yours. But when I access to your website, I could not find this type. My duration of stay in Australia is 4 years, and from the requirement to make visa application, I have to pay an additional for 8 months. That means I have to buy insurance which covers 4 years + 8 months (56 months) for me and my wife. I checked the price in my university website is 10,853$ for this case. However, when I choose to buy in your website, it costs approximately 19,000$. Could you please to help me to buy for the Dual Family type? I want to buy the insurance as soon as possible for making visa. I am looking forward to hear from you.

Hello, I would like to know why the dual family Health insurance is so expensive compared to two single insurances. What happens if a couple decides to buy 2 singles instead of a family insurance?

What is your coverage for hospitals and Gp doctors around Sydney university who cover Medicare fee and not charge extra for oshc
