I have been with Amaysim for 8 years, and hands down, the best service I've had from anyone. Reliable, faultless service. I get coverage in isolated areas that Telstra fails miserably in! Love 'em.

the speed is extremely slow
As a international student, we are required to attend online course instead face to face due to coronavirus outbreak cross around the world. It happened several times that couldn't login the conferencing for the online course or even login, it would disconnect in the middle of course. The phone service always less than half. The internet speed is extremely slow, it makes me to consider back to my previous phone service.

My Business is Valued
Been with Amaysim for 8yrs never had a problem until the other week which I wiped out my plan and then tried to rectify the plan and lost all my data and my unlimited texts and phone.
I contacted the online chat and was quickly sorted and Dianna was absolutely fantastic sorted out my plan straightaway and gave me a fortnight extra data and texts with unlimited calls.'
I have tried the other majors and found their service to be pathetic and very unhelpful thanks Amaysim I am that customer you value.
I will continue to spend my money with people who appreciate my business.

Highly Disappointing
I requested to port my number from AusPost travel sim to amaysim 7 days back; 4 days back the customer representative on Chatlive informed me that the number will be ported maximum by next day. It's been already 4 days, no use and on top their customer service is screwed. No answers nothing. Cheap doesn't always translate to a better service and product. Disappointing service
Terrible network coverage. There are no signals in a lot of places or very low signal. I can hardly use my mobile when needed. Good custome service, they respond to queries very quickly

Terrible network service
I decided to move from Optus and try Amaysim due to the plans with unlimited data and no lock-in contracts.
Cheap doesn't always translate to a better service and product. I have the worst network coverage - half of the day I have SOS mode - NO SERVICE, and if I do, I have one bar only. Trying to speak with friends overseas on WhatsApp is impossible - the connection drops out every other minute, and when people try to call me they can't get through as I have no service connection.
I will be cancelling and moving ASAP.

Honestly the best operator I've ever had
I initially arrived to Australia not knowing which operator to pick. I heard that amaysim had international options so I could stay in touch with my family overseas. I initially bought a 3 or 5gb package and over the last 3 years I've gone from 5 to 10 to 45gb for no EXTRA CHARGE. Honestly their brand loyalty program rocks so I'll stay with them.
PS: I just received 30gb for free in light of coronavirus situation.

Excellent customer service and promotion
I have a very good dead from amaysim.
Sometimes, i had problems with the usage etc.
However, I got refunded reasonably and was satisfied about the solution.

Worst company I've dealt with for a very long time
Ordered a sim on Feb 8th. Paid for the service upfront. It's now 18th March and I've yet to receive the sim card. Have been in contact with them several times and have been given every excuse under the sun as to the whereabouts of the sim card. Allegedly they have sent more, but yet again these vanish into thin air.

Amaysim energy- stay away!
I have gone to another energy provider.
My rental and kw amount has kept going up without contacting me this would happen. I have not been receiving any invoices. The Philippine call centre could not supply me with smart phone metre.
AND now when I have gone to another provider, on the same day there is the switch, my billing information on the app is cancelled, so I have NO record of my last electricity and gas bill!

I signed up a couple of weeks ago because it was a good deal - having been with Voda since 2008. The coverage in my house isn't quite as good as Voda (that's of course comparing Optus and Voda, not Amaysim and Voda, as Amaysim doesn't own any infrastructure but uses Optus') but I still get a solid 24 to 25 mbps (that's 3 megabytes per second). If I go into the garden at a certain spot ... I found the best spot because if I have to download something big like Windows 10, 3.5GB, I stand there and do the download ... I get 65mbps to 80mbps. Cheap service but sold my number
New number and scammers call multiple times a day, ever though I've never shared it with anyone. Their data plans are some of the cheapest around but at what cost? I've never used this number online or anywhere, it's just a backup phone for emergencies. Within a few hours, the scam calls started coming in.

Lots more cost than what it says
I am on a $10 for a month plan giving unlimited calls and 2 GB data, that is what I was looking, but for some reasons that I do not know I end up paying more than $40 every month. This is terrible, I tried to resolve this by taking to the service centre but it did not work in real. I will not recommend it to anyone.
