I have been with Amaysim for 8 years, and hands down, the best service I've had from anyone. Reliable, faultless service. I get coverage in isolated areas that Telstra fails miserably in! Love 'em.

As a international student, we are required to attend online course instead face to face due to coronavirus outbreak cross around the world. It happened several times that couldn't login the conferencing for the online course or even login, it would disconnect in the middle of course. The phone service always less than half. The internet speed is extremely slow, it makes me to consider back to my previous phone service.

Been with Amaysim for 8yrs never had a problem until the other week which I wiped out my plan and then tried to rectify the plan and lost all my data and my unlimited texts and phone.
I contacted the online chat and was quickly sorted and Dianna was absolutely fantastic sorted out my plan straightaway and gave me a fortnight extra data and texts with unlimited calls.'
I have tried the other majors and found their service to be pathetic and very unhelpful thanks Amaysim I am that customer you value.
I will continue to spend my money with people who appreciate my business.

I have requested to port out. It's been three days already, nothing happening yet. Unbelievable. Very bad service and slow. Very bad very bad very bad. BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!

Terrible network coverage. There are no signals in a lot of places or very low signal. I can hardly use my mobile when needed. Good custome service, they respond to queries very quickly

I decided to move from Optus and try Amaysim due to the plans with unlimited data and no lock-in contracts.

Cheap doesn't always translate to a better service and product. I have the worst network coverage - half of the day I have SOS mode - NO SERVICE, and if I do, I have one bar only. Trying to speak with friends overseas on WhatsApp is impossible - the connection drops out every other minute, and when people try to call me they can't get through as I have no service connection.
I will be cancelling and moving ASAP.

downspeeds are good, free 10GB was a huge service to everyone and cheap deals. My chip arrived in 1 week from the purchase. Didn't get the same experience as those bad reviews where they didn't get their chip on time, stange

Have never had any issues with the mobile service and the packages are priced very well. They also quite often give you bonus data free of charge. I would highly recommend.

I initially arrived to Australia not knowing which operator to pick. I heard that amaysim had international options so I could stay in touch with my family overseas. I initially bought a 3 or 5gb package and over the last 3 years I've gone from 5 to 10 to 45gb for no EXTRA CHARGE. Honestly their brand loyalty program rocks so I'll stay with them.
PS: I just received 30gb for free in light of coronavirus situation.

I have a very good dead from amaysim.
Sometimes, i had problems with the usage etc.

However, I got refunded reasonably and was satisfied about the solution.

I recommend amaysim to everyone looking for good service.

Because I have our power with them has given me a free phone card every month I am with them .had a problem with connection rang back and all go go
Unlimited data and calls

I have gone to another energy provider.
My rental and kw amount has kept going up without contacting me this would happen. I have not been receiving any invoices. The Philippine call centre could not supply me with smart phone metre.
AND now when I have gone to another provider, on the same day there is the switch, my billing information on the app is cancelled, so I have NO record of my last electricity and gas bill!

Very reliable coverage in my area no i have not had frequent drops out no complaints yes good down load speeds better than Telstra i found it was good work

Been given better deals I.e. free data without even asked for.
Always great service, very happy with coverage and reliability.
Easy to use App and no lock in contracts. Amaysim tries to keep things up to date. Very happy customer :-)

Absolutely no problems with Amaysim since moving across from Optus several years ago.
2 x $10 month plans for my wife and myself and never any issues.
Customer service is exceptional.
I have encouraged numerous family and friends to switch and all are entirely satisfied.

New number and scammers call multiple times a day, ever though I've never shared it with anyone. Their data plans are some of the cheapest around but at what cost? I've never used this number online or anywhere, it's just a backup phone for emergencies. Within a few hours, the scam calls started coming in.

I am on a $10 for a month plan giving unlimited calls and 2 GB data, that is what I was looking, but for some reasons that I do not know I end up paying more than $40 every month. This is terrible, I tried to resolve this by taking to the service centre but it did not work in real. I will not recommend it to anyone.
