Love the price of prepaid options and great coverage, handy app and multiple recharge options. Doesn't drop out, data can rarely be a little slow, great for traveling and budgets

Majority of network provider can allow conference call. Like I am talking with one friend and between talk other friend call on my number straight way I can able to pick other number and we all of three talk to each other, but frustrating in amaysim network, it is not allow to to pick other number while you already talking.

I moved my daughter's mobile to Amaysim and the transfer was quick and easy. She got a lot more data (40GB) than she previously had for the same price I was paying but still managed to use it all last month.
We then received an email from Amaysim who had noticed that she had used up all of our data and gave her 50GB of free data the next month so that she didn't run out.
What amazing service!

I am in a low cliff area near Mout Cootha that does not cover many signals of another network. But Amasium Mobile worked there. Plus India calling feature is awesome. I would recommend this to anyone on my contact for good service and easy to handle payment portal too.

I was originally excited to move across to amaysim but after 7 days I still haven’t had the chance to use their service. My number was ported over form Optus, yet after unsuccessful attempts with 3 different SIMs and an additional “backup number” SIM, I still don’t have access to my phone number. It shouldn’t be this hard and I certainly wish I hadn’t bothered swapping from Optus. Horrible, condescending service to date. Hoping they can resolve this tomorrow otherwise I’ll be switching to yet another provider so I can get my phone working again.

Great for affordable prepaid plans that are tailored to specific needs.
I've found the coverage and data speeds are excellent and I love that I don't have to pay through the roof to get it.
Will never go back to Optus or other leading companies who are overpriced and offer little to no customer service on prepaid but are happy to take your money. Best thing I ever did was change to Amaysim!!

$30.00 pre paid recharge only lasted for 10 days! how long should it go for? I was under the impression it was for 28 days. I feel constantly ripped off!!

Rubbish sim provider - doesn’t work abroad. I’ve been misinformed by the Amaysim staff. Barely gets reception in popular OS cities. When trying to call my phone from another SIM card, it doesn’t even go to voicemail... It says call can not connect at this time.

Signed up in December with intention of moving into a solar plan within next few months.
Questioned how long the solar plan is available for, response was there was no plans to discontinue it.
Finally been setup with solar, ring up to move my plan onto the solar plan in late Jan, they advise it's no longer available as it was discontinued in early Jan.
I would have never moved to them if they were honest and advised me that they would discontinue the Pay as you go solar plan.

Bought $20 sim from a store and after 3 calls to Amaysim support they told me the simcard is faulty and buy a new one. Not happy with the service at all. People beware when you are buying Amaysim simcard. They make it look like it easy to buy and activate but ITS NOT.

I have had Amaysim for a year now and the bills i receive are just so cheap. The only issue i have is that the service is drops out a little bit.

Never had drop outs. Always fast and reliable. I work in a regional town and I have never had an issue with coverage. I also watch all my tv shows and never had a buffering issue.

Still have not received the card I purchased 10 days ago. I live in a metro area and have spoken with their customer service officers 5 days ago, still no action. When asked what they would do I was told "if you dont want to wait you can go and buy a sim card from our store for an additional $2."

My son encouraged me to join originally as I had a lot of problems with coverage using my mobile. The Network coverage & speed are excellent. Customer service are very helpful & sort anything instantly! I love the gifts, I feel very special & quite pampered really. The name definitely says it all. Thank you for looking after us “amazing”! until these guys I hated phone companies but i saw a cheap plan with amaysim and stuck with them. after a month they upgraded my plan with extra GB free of charge for every new month. about 2 months after they increased it again. Today - the reason why im giving this review is because its valentines day and they gave me an extra 9GB of free data to use for a full month.

Honestly, really happy and unreal value for money!!!

I love Amaysim! It's a reasonably price, reliable service. It's not going to set the world on fire with internet speeds, but I'm not paying for a premium product. They've just sent me an extra 9 gigs data as a Valentine's Day pressie and I think that's lovely, so if you need an excellent, though basic, service Amaysim is genuinely the leader of the pack!

Have been quite happy with AMAYSIM in the city and suburbs. Have been at Barmera caravan park and there is no coverage here. Only 1km from main street. Pretty poor coverage. Will have to look on a Telstra coverage as Optus does not cover what they put on their coverage map

Been with them for a couple of years now. Cheapest price and most data I've ever had. Will never waste money on a big telco for a sim card again.

I admit I was skeptic all at first but I have been with anaysim for over two years now and they have been great. Very reliable internet coverage and great speeds. I easily stream Netflix and have quick downloads,

Occasionally things are a little slower in the hills or certain rural locations but overall I am very happy I made the switch from the main telco, where I was charged more for a lot less!

Amaysim have great value packages and hard to beat service.
