Have been using Amaysim for quite a while now. Network coverage is generally good but didn't work too well for remote areas especially when we went for hiking / camping. Good value though.

Worst telecommunication company ever. Taken over a week to try and active the amaysim SIM purchased . Gave up in the end . Customer service are rude and very amateur.
My advice . Stick with a known company .

When I visited Blayney NSW I was told by a resident that only Telstra works there. I had better reception in Blayney with Amaysim than I did at home! Amaysim are affordable and you are not locked into a contract. Over the years I have occasionally received an extra gig of data as a gift but just before christmas I was stoked when they doubled my data for no extra charge and the double data is forever!. Their customer service is fantastic too and the quickest way to get through is either live chat or contact them via facebook

I ported my number from Optus to Amaysim and after Optus cut me off, the Amaysim service doesn't work, I lost my old mobile number, mobile call access and mobile internet access. I phoned amaysim team a few time and no resolution was made at all. Worst teleco service provider, do NOT use them!

Their is no many rating from my side as it does not solve any problems and it difficult to contact the team and they never reply the email and even call you back .so I give ZERO STAR

Impossible to get someone over the phone to get help. I spent more than 2 hours in chatting line and suddenly the operator discontinue with out solving my problem.
I tried to change my plan but unfortunate there is no help in online, phone or chatting.
I will more to another provider and not recommending Amysim.

top up my awaysim account account has taken 4 hours to process and i am still waiting cant use my phone not happy it should be activate as soon as i make the apyment

I have been with Amaysim for over 8 years now and obviously I am still extremely happy cause now all my children are with Amaysim too. Thanx Amaysim for great service and coverage.

The coverage is shocking!!!
My phone will drop to one bar and sometimes even go to SOS only. I live in Sydney so there is no reason for this happening! The only thing I do like is the cost and the amount of data. It is not worth the cost and data when you can’t even make phone calls and send txt messages.

I've been with amaysim for years now and I've never had a problem, great coverage and great Facebook page with very funny and relatable memes! Sometimes speeds are a little low at night but that's to be expected

Had a minor issue with a data top up via the app and was fixed very promptly on the phone on a Saturday.

Very cheap plans and good coverage - managed to stream music on a drive from Brisbane to Chinchilla - no drop outs. Works well in a paddock in 30 mins from nearest town!

I have found Amaysim easy to use and the offers are fantastic value. Network seems reliable and I have experienced no coverage issues so far with time in and around Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide and in between.
Data speed is fine for my needs.
Highly recommend Amaysim

I had been with Amaysim for a couple of years and changed to Telstra for coverage in the Bush.
After 6 Months the coverage was the same, the service and value was not. So, I now switched back for a hugely better deal and the coverage is good. Also the service gives that personal touch I never experienced from Telstra.

I have never had a phone company contact me to offer me a lesser price plan as they could see I was not using that part of my plan
Went overseas for 10 weeks so amaysim put a hold on my plan so I didn’t have to pay my usual monthly $$ because I wouldn’t be using my phone whilst os ( only wifi via accomodation hot spot)
As soon as I arrived back into Australia I made a quick call and my phone plan was up and accessible again
Now they have given me unlimited data for the next 3 top ups
Always helpful on the phone and never Have to wait too long

I just swapped providers and purchased a new phone the staff were very helpful after I made a mistake porting my number and the service so far has been excellent.

Been with Amaysim since I arrived in Australia 7 Years ago and have to say they are the best mobile phone provider I have ever experienced. Have always looked after me with good customer service and great plans along with also providing some free loyalty upgrades! Why go with anyone else when they also offer you the flexibility of a 'cancel any time' month to month contract!
