Had the best time shopping at the frankston store . Wasnt sure what i wanted and a young man came over and introduced himself as jack. Couldnt get over his knowledge and manners .Thanks jack and a big asset to the frankston store.

Worse customer service ever. Staff are cold and unhelpful. Bought a hiking bag 17 months ago and during the 3rd use the shoulder strip broke. Went back to the store and the first sentence out of the manager’s mouth was “sorry over a year and nothing we can do for you at the store you need to call the company that manufactures the bag”. Not even attempting to find a solution or even pretend they care.
As a customer, I did not buy the hiking bag from the manufacturer. I bought it through Anaconda and at least expected to show some empathy and support.
This is the third appalling experience in 3 different buying occasions within 5 years and the service did not change. I will never use Anaconda again and I do not recommend them.

Bought a kayak from anaconda, it was a seek mako. Took it out for a day of fishing to find out it was faulty, taking in water and couldn’t get it back to shore so it was abandoned. They won’t replace it because I don’t have it to take back. Very poor service and I will tell everyone in the kayak clubs I’m involved in not to purchase from this company.
So very unhappy.

Brought a gift card they didn't activate it, customer care won't help and in store at High Point was no help...

After a 40 minute drive to purchase two specific items I was told they had neither. Funny because when I got back home the website still said available in my particular store. Perhaps if the salesperson was more interested in looking for actual stock rather than suggesting they don't sell things like that? Maybe they could train staff in products? Nah... better to ward off customers with money.

Took my gas bottle to Toowoomba store January last year for refill and was given a different bottle back.didn’t think too much about it at the time (my old bottle was less than 5 years old). Today I went back for a refill of same bottle and was told it couldn’t be done as bottle was over 10 years old. Very dodgy-won’t be shopping there again!!

I saw an item online so I visited yesterday morning, 4 staff walked past me attending to restocking shelves. No one bothered to engage, not a hi, hello, how ya going... I was unable to find what I was looking for. Not a good shopping experience. Sorry guys I won't be back.

I came home found what I wanted on line, purchased cheaper from Snowys and arrived on my doorstep within 24 hours. Thank you Snowys.
