Not a great experience at all. I had my oven element repaired just under 2 years ago, recently the element has failed again. After numerous phone calls I spoke with who I assume the business owner is only to be told that the manufacturers of the oven element only offer 12 months warranty otherwise they’ll go out of business. The initial repair was over $400. I did ask for a quote on a new oven element along with images of the oven but of course no response. I have since bought a whole new oven for $600. I’m planning to get into the oven repair business tomorrow!

My parents washing stopped working. And they looked in the messenger newspaper (Adelaide) and I really nice man called Peter was advised. He spoke on the phone and stayed on phone until machine was fixed. He was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use him again if my machine needed fixing

This service is a scam. They will charge your credit card before providing any labour or service and will not honor their guarantee to refund the money even if the job is never completed. While the initial customer service is friendly, you are left to deal with [name removed] once you are charged who is incredibly rude and uninterested in discussing your case or providing any kind of resolution. Do NOT book with the company.

Service call to replace oven door hinges (7yrs old) Serviceman arrived promptly, unfortunately hinges on hand did not suit. took model particulars. No further contact Website notes bold letters NO FIX NO CHARGE. Numerous emails with no response then followed phone calls only to be told hinges unavailable. Asked for refund as stated on website only to be told to refer to T &C's. Excessive callout fee with no recourse or partial refund credited. Consumer BEWARE. Customer service & post service communication non applicable. Warning to potential consumers should be posted to "Banner Headline" to website re be fully aware of conditions of sale & terms & conditions re "NO CHARGE" Footnote - hinges since sourced via e-bay.

I called on a Wednesday about my washing machine and by Thursday 9:00 it was fixed. And the technician fixed a problem with my dishwasher at the same time. I will use them again. Much better than Fisher and Paykel. Anna

Run a mile from this company. If anything goes wrong they are very rude and avoid responsibility. A technician did not even turn up to my place when he was booked and yet I was blamed. When I noticed that the $274 was taken from my account, the guy treated me as if I was stupid. Not only did no one turn up (even though I got a message saying someone would be there in 22 minutes) but they tried to sell me a new washing machine instead. Could this be a scam? Overpriced, horrible service, rude and unreliable.

I booked a service for a dishwasher repair for $175 call out fee however the servicemen decided not to show without calling. I then re-booked for the following day but then decided to cancel, I was abused by the servicemen and then after ignoring his calls, he turns up to my front door threatening me. Then I find that I have been slugged with the full $175 fee. Stay clear of this dodgy mob!
