HEADLINE: Audi Australia steal poor Croatian refugee's life savings
What do you think happens when Audi Australia & Audi Service Center in Perth can't fix a fault with a 2013 Audi TT during brand new car warranty and extended warranty?
After about 7 or 8 repair attempts for the same fault in matter of 5 months, they tell you they've done all they can (put some grease on the parts that they claim to be rubbing) and tell you not to come back. I just wish you used this grease for a better purpose instead of me and wasting my time for months with incompetence and causing even further issues with the car after 't...

Frizelles fizzles. . . . Audi Springwood is a gouge.
As a car lover I recognise the need to service your vehicle, however the costs of doing this at Audi Springwood are a joke and we certainly wont be going back! I cannot believe that they can charge $1200 for a service where the bill does not break the costs into detail! That $1200 is after I cut out the Transmission Oil Change, which was $900 extra! Audi also wanted another $800 for a "questionable" battery, and $2200 for a new pump . . . that we fixed for free by googling the particular warning light and finding a remedy online.
On the bill...
Test Drive Experience at Audi Brighton Melbourne
Went to test drive the Audi RS3 with a 50/50 chance of purchasing the vehicle. Started off nicely, we went for our test drive and the bloke at the time who was dealing with us was alright in the beginning but it was after the test drive when things got a little weird. The bloke expected us to purchase the vehicle right away but we said we'll think about it when he quoted the price, then afterwards we shook hands and left the conversation and his behavior towards us as we ended the discussion was pathetic, like how he looked at us like we are se...
Read morecond class citizens and not worth his time and walked off, really got us upset and we left feeling really annoyed. So we stumbled across VW in Camberwell and they treated us like we are family and it was lovely, we bought a FWD from them instead. A little respect towards your customers and maybe you will win by them buying a car from you. Not going to Audi Brighton again.- 3 reviews

A nasty experience in Perth
It was Monday when we visited the Audi Centre in Perth with the intention of buying a used car that the dealership had listed. We made an offer for the vehicle which was not accepted, but were told that the price would be reduced by $2000 on Friday, if the car had not been sold prior to this. We explained that we lived 350 km from Perth and that we would think about this. We returned on Wednesday and asked if we could buy the car for cash at Fridays price. The salesman gave us a price which we were willing to pay as my wife really did want this...
Read more vehicle. The salesman went off to get the keys and paperwork, but returned to say that he must have made a mistake as the Manager had hiked the price up. We asked to speak to the "Used Car Manager". But, he would not come out of his office and would not speak to us. Needless to say we bought a vehicle from another dealer where we were treated with the utmost courtesy. Having read other reports of this dealership treating people like second class citizens. I wonder that they sell any cars at all.

Perth Audi-Can they be trusted?
Awoke this morning to find the battery in my 2014 A3 Audi was completely flat. No obvious reasons why but got the car to Audi Perth in "good faith"to have it checked on the assumption it was a warranty matter. After an apparent hi-tech diagnosis by the service department at Audi Perth they confirmed their read outs showed lights had been left on over night and it was owner error that conveniently wasn't covered under warranty.Apparently the possible issue was that the indicator had been left in an engaged position and this would have kept the e...
Read morelectrics operational and caused the draining of the battery. I have now checked this and if this was the case the car has a loud audible warning that alerts the driver of this and it can't be ignored which Audi Perth would have known but chose not to highlight during our meeting on what could have caused the problem. The Service Manager was adamant his "diagnosis" was foolproof and couldn't be challenged and in an amiable manner tried to convince me it was owner error. I'm now convinced it was not owner error and that anything you are told or is recommended to you by Audi Perth should be treated with utmost suspicion- 32 reviews

Zagame Service - more frightening than teeth being extracted
I bought a secondhand Audi A3 18 months ago and 2 days after the 100+ point check, I noticed an emergency light appear in the dashboard - a loose clamp on the vacuum manifold had never been tightened. Then my wife noticed an oil stain and after another trip back to Zagame, a gasket was replaced and our driveway was cleaned by mechanics. More recently, I noticed the taillight stayed on so after returning to Zagame, I was told a $799 wiring harness would be needed but had not been ordered because the mechanic had not checked that the car had exte...
Read morended factory warranty - it had. So, after another visit to Zagame (for its regular service), 1 wire (not the entire harness) was spliced (at no cost - under warranty) causing the taillight assembly to short. One day later, the replacement taillight was delivered and fitted (no cost - under warranty) but a mechanic then dropped tools and parts on the bonnet causing scratches. Two days later (a total of 4 days), I picked up the car and the service manager stated there was no charge - I stated my appreciation but asked for some additional warranty to cover me in case of any further Zagame incidents (the extended warranty was due to expire in 6 months) but was told factory extended warranty could not be extended due to government guidelines. As the service manager stated a case where Zagame repaired a major problem at no charge, I then asked for a letter that Zagame would provide a similar service for me - I'm still waiting (see below). Not only am I concerned about the level of service but Zagame's communication system is also faulty - the mechanic should have noted the car's warranty to lodge an order for the wire harness the first time I brought the car to be repaired and then, twice, I was told to keep the loan car I had NEVER borrowed whilst waiting for the taillight assembly to be delivered and for the bonnet to be resprayed. I was also told I needed new wipers as the ones on the car were not in good condition UNTIL I stated the wipers were less than 1 month old and then their reply was "we thought the wipers were very new and should not need replacing". UPDATE: 2 weeks later... A letter arrived stating "Congratulations, on the purchase of your new Audi Approved :plus pre-owned vehicle" - I bought the car 17 months PRIOR to this letter arriving so after sending another email, I was asked by the Service Manager to send a copy to him. It's now been another 2 weeks and I have not received a thank you or any other information .... another example of poor communication Zagame's.Great Service
I recently had an issue with my vehicle. I normally take my car to be serviced at Audi but it can be quite expensive. My last service was $1200 for 30,000km. Audi has recently reviewed their service costs and my last service was $900. I had taken my car to a local mechanic and I ended up paying a lot more after my fuse box melted shortly after my service. I took my car into Brighton Audi and received exceptional service from John. He arranged the part from Singapore and kept in touch with me during the process. He also arranged for me to be dro...

Selling is good. but no service
Very poor service. They are just looking to make more money from service. Don't care about customer. They just want you to replace the parts so they can charge you arm and the leg. I took my car as I had a strange juddering noise when I braked they asked me to replace auxiliary belt for $3000, Where as it just needed tightening. I will never buy Audi again.

Love the car but hate AUDI service
I have a 2011 Q7, have had Audi A4 and A6s and love the make and sophistication of the car, but value for money it is not. Many of our friends have not purchased Audi's due to the ridiculous costing of the services. AUDI Perth has a monopoly and not only are they rip-offs they are plain rude and horrible. My husband is a mechanic and luckily can do a lot of the work himself, but some of the issues which seem to be with AUDi are the MMI playing up, AC's going hot cold, and mechanical issues with start up rattling. These should not be something y...
Read moreou get for a $90000 car. We've had very cheap cars with none of these issues. I believe AUDI in Australia needs to concentrate on providing more competitive pricing and servicing or it will lose a lot of future customers. I do not think after this AUDI and our previous four Audi's that we will be going back to AUDI. Time for a change.Find out how Audi Dealers compares to other Car Dealerships

Audi Service Centre Perth - will help spend your $$
Just talking about the after sales service here. How many $$ does it take to change a lightbulb? Well today it was over $90 to have a brake light bulb changed on an Audi S3. The bulb costed under $8 and at a leisurely pace the job took 15 mins max. That's some charge out rate! Previous visits and general anecdotal evidence around Perth indicate that many like the cars but hate the dealer. No pretense of cultivation of goodwill whatsoever going on at Audi Perth.
It seems that Audi Perth's marketing plan is just about selling cars - then...
Excellent
Extremely happy with the Dealer - Barry Bourke Berwick (Vic) and the guys just did a fantastic job looking after me, particularly with my request for extending out the deliver time.
Bloody brilliant product if you ask me. I bought an "executive driven" (I think by Audi staff) 2008 A4 TDI with all of the bells and whistles for $53,000. The thing that attracted me to the car was a) that it was a diesel and I could save petrol and b) that the "Audi Interface" actually had my iPhone talking to the car so I could pretty much well work and drive at...
