Audi Centre Doncaster
My audi has done 90K so need a timing belt service. Called Audi Doncaster, got a quote of 1850.00 ( verbal). I booked the service for 13th feb 2022. Realised its too far a away, and had enough time to shop around. Called Audi Service Penfold Malvern, they quoted me 1600 and the could do the service on 7th feb 2022. So I wanted to book with them, Then the sales person said i have already a booking with Doncaster, and declined to do the job for 1600 and bumped up the price to 1850. i am shocked with there level of pricing and customer service. I am also questioning their ethical standard.
Looks like customer service means customer will provide them service, by paying them more for no reason.

Absolutely loving my gorgeous new Audi Q3.
I have to say how impressed I was by the professionalism shown to me by Peter Har from Audi Five Dock. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Peter, he was polite and attentive to all my requests and never ending questions and he went above and beyond for me on several occasions in order to deliver my new vehicle to me on time. Thanks again Peter I will definitely be recommending you to my family and friends.

Appalling: incompetent, arrogant, wreaks of apathy and they are extremely rude and aggressive
I received a letter from Audi in 2018 asking me to contact an Audi dealership to have a defective airbag replaced. I subsequently contacted the Audi dealership in Phillip ACT for this urgent recall.
The female employee that took my call took my details including the vehicle’s identification number (VIN) and told me that the service department would call me to book in the vehicle. When the service department called me, they asked for the vehicle’s VIN. As I do not carry VIN’s with me, I told them that I’d call back, although I had given it to...Read more
Audi earlier on. The service department told me that my booking would be cancelled if I did not provide them with a VIN soon. When I did call back, the service department was busy and a female employee once again noted the VIN. She was going to pass it onto the service department. Before Christmas 2018, [name removed] from Audi called to ask for the VIN yet again. I was told that without a VIN, my booking for 16 January 2022 would be cancelled. I gave her the VIN over the phone and I heard her typing on a keyboard. I asked her clearly whether she now had ALL the information required so that the airbags(s) could be replaced on 16 January. She said: “Yes”. On 16 January 2022, at 7.20am, my wife called me from the Audi dealership and told me that she was not booked in to have the airbag(s) replaced. I spoke to a female employee who later identified herself as [name removed], the same person I gave ALL the necessary information to only a few weeks earlier. After telling her my annoyance of the Audi dealership’s failure to record my vehicle’s VIN, I asked for the name of the dealership owner. She told me that it was [name removed]. When I asked to speak to him, she spoke to me in a contrascending tone and told me that he wasn’t in today. When I asked when he was in, she said that he wouldn’t speak to me anyway. Audi Canberra is incompetent, arrogant and wreaks of apathy. I don’t want attitude and a mouth full from an Audi employee who should be apologising to me for their failures. Instead, I was treated like an annoyance, like scum. When I said to her that I didn’t give a ‘crap’ whether she thought [name removed] would speak to me or not, she said that because I swore at her, she’d hang up. And she did. I did not swear at her. I merely used an 's' word as described above.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

NEVER DEAL WITH AUDI FIVE DOCK
Never deal with audi five dock they are total rip off, they lie alot and will engage you in so many contracts that when you try to get away with it you would have to pay far more then what the car actually costs, i have had the worst experience in my life with Audi five dock.

Do NOT waste your money on buying an Audi
I was happy when I purchased my Audi A5, I finally managed to get my dream car! In less than 12 months I’ve had 5 issues with it. Water leaking into the car, so the entire side strip on the drivers side needed changing. Problems with the fuse. The brake calliper fell off as I was driving, causing $3000 damage and several weeks off the road.
Then I got a warning message “gearbox malfunction you can continue driving”. It’s been with Audi for over 3 weeks. They quoted $2890 to repair it under warranty. Once it was completed they called to say th...Read more

Audi Fivedock - Promise the world and deliver an atlas
My first experience in buying a European car has been disgusting! I saved for a long time and spent alot of money to get this car. I struggle to get a return phone call or a reply to my emails after i was promised 3 free services as part of the sale. They have still not given them to me, 2 months after they were promised. Constant denial, beating around the bush, evasion and even trying to somehow blame me for not getting the free services. They also told me in order to get the free services i must take finance through them, even though i outsourced a cheaper rate. Audis are great cars, it is just the people selling them that make you resent your decision to buy one.

Don’t waste your time or money!
I recently was in the market for a car. I decided to go to the Audi Centre Sydney. After deciding on a 2nd hand Q3, I was exited to pick it up. I took my son and made my way to the dealership. When I arrived, the sales person was confused as to which Q3 was mine. The one waiting there was filthy! He then assured me that it was in fact my car. My heart sank. All the excitement slowly left as I looked over the car. There was a slight scratch on the front bumper that was not there a few days before. The car was filthy inside and out. There was cha...Read more
nge still in the console, pay and display parking tickets at the bottom of the windscreen and marks on the seats. The sales assistant insisted it had been fully detailed and that “brilliant black is a terrible choice of colour as it looks bad after a few years” When I asked to speak to a manger, the sales attendant had it washed for me. It looked so much better than it originally did. When I asked if I could be shown how to use the features of the car, he skipped over many saying “you won’t use that, I’m sure you know how to park a car...” in reference to the park assist feature. I was also advised to google the road side assist number if I needed it when I asked about the two years free that came with the car. The paperwork also was incorrect with the odometer reading over 2000km out. A few days later I received a customer satisfaction email. I responded with details of my experience. I was asked to bring it in so it can be detailed. I asked if it would be polished, I was told no, that’s too expensive. A few days later, when the customer service manger came back from holidays she was jot happy and asked that I bring it in to be detailed and polished again. This time the car looked amazing! However the umbrella given to me by Audi when I picked up the car was missing. I was also offered a good will gesture after my complaints and asked if there was anything I wanted for the car. I just needed to let them know and they would work something out. I decided on a Audi dash cam. They told me that it would be done for $800. A few weeks later the button on the drivers side that controls the back passenger window stopped working. I took it in and they booked it in following day. The customer service manager [name removed] came to speak to me after I requested her to. She apologised for the service shown and said to me “if you want we can install the dash cam at the same time to save you coming in more than once” I agreed and it was arranged that they will call me to let me know when the car would be ready. The next day I picked the car up and just before I left I was told that the part for the window was not available and I would be notified in a couple of weeks when it arrives. It’s been almost 12weeks and still no contact. Audi keeps talking about its “5 star exceptional service” it seems like [name removed] the customer service manager is far more interested in squabbling over the type of complementary promo umbrella they should have given me than ensuring great customer service and experience. I wish I’d gone with the Mercedes rather than Audi. If only I could return the car for a full refund....Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Audi Indooroopilly the worst dealer
Audi Indooroopilly is the worst dealer I had in my life, I wish all the bad experience I had will happen to all their family. Disgusting experience from sales to finance, I’m helpless and no way I could think to back out due to being pressured with the situation.
More….a few weeks later car had some issues. The cars warning is to service as soon as possible, I dropped the car to the shop but never given a priority and instead advice to book it somewhere else. Again, from this dealer be careful on their servicing charges.
Why do this people have space???

Had the worst experience of our lives at Audi Indooroopilly. All they care about is your money - nil customer service, nil values, nil integrity. Were forced into signing a contract for a Q3 - agree we should have used better sense however they were the least accommodating after that. They had the car over-priced by atleast 5k and made a HUGE deal about letting us get out of the contract. In the end we had to pay the penalty - guess they need the money more than us. Looks like that's how they make money - by robbing their c...Read more

Do not buy an Audi
This is my 2nd Audi but my last... I have a faulty car that Audi said they will fix but have not given a date, they expect next year sometime, the car is unsafe to drive... they promised to follow up with me after I made several calls and an email but silence...
What can I say... simple way to get change is go somewhere else...
They do not understand what customer service is...
Next car will be a Mercedes

Audi Richmond gave me worst Car showroom experience of my life!
I went with my wife, as we were shopping around for an SUV and we had shortlisted an Audi Q7 amongst others.
[name removed] from Sales suggested that there was a Demo Q7 available for $90k and he could see if he could avail me a test drive. I clearly explained that I intend to buy it in next 3 to 6 months and not today, to which he said that it was perfectly ok and went inside to get the keys.
But that is when my worst nightmare started. [name removed] came with his senior consultant, who straight away said to me, that he doesn't have any Dem...Read more

Both Nathan and Chen were very professional and made the sale enjoyable.
Easy to deal with and no fuss from both of them.
I would highly recommend Audi Centre Sydney at Zetland.

Audi dealerhsips and customer relations (or rather the lack thereof).
Twelve months ago my wife purchased a new diesel Q3 from the Sunshine coast dealer. Nice car and is what she wanted. However dealing with Audi dealerships ANYWHERE will leave you gasping to believe that the consumer, in the eyes of Audi, is to be treated as a fool and taken to be a joke. Predelivery is laughable. The car was dirty, the windscreen was greasy and under every door rubber and under the bonnet was layers of red dust. The blue diesel they said would last 15,000 klm or at least 12 months. It ran out at 5000 klm because it was 3/4 empty...Read more
. We were charged $700.00 for it's first service. We were told it was free servicing for 12 months. Audi Australia couldn't care less. On their own admission they have no say over dealerships or interest in customer relations. Don't bother trying to contact Audi head office in Europe as you cannot access them on line. We will stick to our BMW and Lexus from now on.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Pre Approved means nothing - Audi Perth
Having decided to go with the Audi Dealership for a Pre-Approved A3 I thought I would be in safe hands but it's pretty much a used car dealership flogging rubbish for a premium. Needed new disks and brakes after a few months, warranty was wrong and needed following up several times. I was promised a second set of keys and chased for months before emailing the dealer principle and never heard from him as he palmed it off to a sales guy, keys came eventually then had to explain again why I wan't paying for them when picking them up.

Audi Australia gives no support for faulty Transmission
Mechatronic transmission Ruptured in the fourth year so wouldn’t go forwards or back not a serviceable part and now prior warning Audi has a history with this fault but after taking the car to Audi dealership and quoted $5000+ to repair went to Customer Service @ Audi Australia who after a week of deliberations declined any assistance.
Will never buy an Audi again.

Audi Mosman - Great Experience Shane Sonego
The entire experience from the very beginning during the early enquiry stages through to the actual purchase was fantastic. You were always patient and professional and always went well above and beyond what was expected with your level of service, this is the second Audi we have purchased from you and it certainly won’t be the last.
It’s a real pleasure dealing with someone like you Shane, especially in an industry where the salespeople doesn’t always have the best reputation
We love the car by the way!
I have already referred several friends to you and have no hesitation in recommending more.
Thanks again Shane, you are a credit to Audi and a credit to your industry.
Look forward to our next purchase in a couple of years.

Poor after sales service but shown some improvements
Great looking product but beware of poor service seemingly across Audi Australia. Bought a new Audi Q7 from the @Audi Springwood in June 2017 and on 12 October 2017, after only four months of driving the vehicle, I had to bring it the vehicle into the dealership for repairs. Audi was unable to repair this vehicle by December 2017. Overall, I visited the Audi Springwood Centre eight times over this period and had limited response

Be aware of putting a deposit at Gold Coast Audi !!!
I inquired for a Q7 over the phone and was offer some discount but was pressurized to make deposit of $1500 advising the deal is only for today. I received a quote, however did not sign any contract but now I'm refused for a refund as I'm not picking up from their ready stock as they don't have the car with the options which I want.
Manager says- We have to finish our targets before the CW games start !!!
What a joke!!!

Service centre a joke
This service centre has been a joke. My car is still not fixed and Audi love placing the blame. Communication is terrible they say call you back in half an hour and never return the call. They have made my Audi experience a sad one. I will never buy another Audi. The vibration in my car remains, charged me $450 and weren't able to locate the problem. Told them vibration was in the front they tell me wheels are buckled in the back. Go figure. I will never return.

Audi Alto Artarmon...amateur hour
So, I call Alto Service because Apple CarPlay isn't working properly. Basically it works at first, but if I then use the screen for anything else (e.g. reversing camera, sensing a car in front at the lights, or switching to navigation), it will continue to play, but it won't let me back in to Apple CarPlay unless I unplug and start again.
On the phone to Alto Service - he's never heard of it, so somehow unique to my car.
When I arrive - they have nothing on record and I explain the whole thing again, and show him exactly what's happening...Read more
. We do it twice together. He gets it. I get a call a few hour later - "everything is fine". The technician used his phone and cord and it worked. I ask did he try to use the screen for anything else (per the issue), and he doesn't know. I get another call - "come and get the car, we can't fix it". It's a known issue and they need to wait for Audi or Apple to release an update. Gee, thanks for wasting my day. When I arrive, he asks if there's anything else they can help me with...seriously.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

I have to admit the service from Audi Springwood or Southeast got much better.
