it was always a dream of mine to have an audi, and 2 months ago our search for our dream car began. we started off at Audi Melbourne were our beautiful sales assistant Peta helped, took her time explaining every detail to us and not once did i feel that she was pushy or dishonest. We didn't purchase a car that day but followed Peta to Audi Richmond simply because we wanted her to look after us, and audi Richmond was next level!!! i loved that all the girls that worked in there had a general chit chat with me and Danny the manager was lovely ta...

Don't buy Audi - worst customer service
My Audi 2011 has had several significant problems in recent time. Firstly the megatronic unit on the transmission failed at approximately 60,000Km. repairs to this were relatively straight forward with a repair bill of approximately $3,000. Then transmission light started coming and I took to audi 3 times, they charged me everytime but were not able to fix the issue. Local mechanic charged be 120$ and fixed the issue which Audi service center did not by charging 4000$
Even after the replacement of PCB unit of transmission CAR is not working well, it rolls backward while standing on red light. I took it back to audi service and I was adviced to use a handbrake everytime I stop at the red light so that car should not roll back.
Wow, that‘s what I call customer service!!!
Booked my Q5 for the first time ever to this dealership. From the moment I arrived I felt truly cared for. The service advisor Saskia was friendly, professional and on top of everything! I will be back just because of her! She presents the AUDI brand with the highest of standards....

Audi Centre Melbourne
Its such a relief to walk in to a Car dealer and given keys for a car and told to take it for a decent drive. We took a car for a good test drive and at no stage got the hard sell. both the salesman and the finance manager were wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.

Satisfied customer
Exceptional staff and felt very comfortable to purchase my car from Audi Centre Melbourne highly recommend thes guys for your next car purchase. Thankyou to Anthony Scarpaci and Peter Finnigan.
Don’t deal with the salesperson...
Negotiating a price on a pre-owned car at Audi Mosman. It took a long time for the salesperson to come back from the manager on at least three occasions. Why? Because the manager or another salesperson was on the phone doing a deal with another customer for the same car. Another salesman then came over and said that he had “overheard” that I was negotiating a price on this car. He just wanted to let me know that an offer for that vehicle had just been accepted over the phone.
Definitely only deal with the manager rather than his minions. Where’s the integrity? I would have expected better from Audi Mosman.

Alto Panel Shop a scam
It took the 3 weeks to repair a scratch on a door, no panel replacement just paint. They could not care less can do not bother to tell you what is going on, and yes they want there payment before you can take the car. How about you wait 3 weeks fro your money? I will never set foot in the place again.

Poor Service, Atrocious Price Gouging, No assistance
My Audi 2011 has had several significant problems in recent time. Firstly the megatronic unit on the transmission failed at approximately 60,000Km. repairs to this were relatively straight forward with a repair bill of approximately $3,000.
Just recently the MMI control unit failed, leaving me with no radio, sat nav system or car adjustments. I was quoted an initial price of $9,000 for the replacement unit plus $2,000 installation. That's right, $11,000 to replace the control unit. Audi, Perth came back to me and advised that the dealer, alo...
Read moreng with Audi Australia were going to assist and if I paid just over $3,000 they would fix it. When I checked on prices for the part internationally I came to the conclusion that at the offer of $3,080 I was paying the entire cost of the repair. I believe the unit and installation would have a real cost of at or below the amount Audi Perth want me to pay. I documented this to Audi who past on my thoughts to "Customer Care". After several weeks Customer Care eventually contacted me and advised they could not assist any further. This whole experience with Audi has been an example of what not to do if you want repeat customers who will spread the good word about your product and service. My Audi remains unrepaired as I wait for "Customers Care" to phone me the following day. This was two weeks ago and I have requested contact details for Customer Care twice with Audi Perth.Find out how Audi Dealers compares to other Car Dealerships

Don't buy an Audi
Have an A6 2011 with 60000km on the clock. Mechatronics gearbox/transmission failure. Serviced regularly by reputable European car specialists but not Audi so Audi Centre Perth have no interest in offering any goodwill in repairs. Such a prestigious vehicle with serious faults at such low kms. Audi Australia supporting dealership. Will never buy an Audi again. My mechanic says this is a common problem with Audis. Looks like they are burying their heads in the sand or just don't care. Not how I run my business for sure.
Terrible service, overpriced, rude service
I had a headlight fixed ($714.50). I was assured that this would take maximum of one hour when I booked at Brighton Audi. When it was going well overtime, the service manager [name removed] was rude and dismissive. I would never recommend Zagame Audi Brighton.

Audi Brighton
My experience with Audi Brighton
Purchased a car 2 years ago only to find out that Audi was using cheating software making it difficult to sell the car at market price
1st service at Brighton Audi included items which I didn't ask for.
Now went there for a test drive. The car was there and Test Drive went well. When I told them about test driving other brands I got told by the assistant sales manager that it is their policy not to give a realistic quote unless I am committed to an Audi. They don't seem to understand that the price is part of a decision.
Anyway I was really interested in their car but the overall experience made me change to a different brand.

Don't buy Audi!!!
Selling brand new cars with existing damages.
Misleading by Salesperson who did not disclose the damage at the point of sale.
The dealer refused to repair the damage of the car that I had to make a complaint to Office of Fair Trading.
My 15 months old baby girl was choking on a plastic screw cap she found in the back of the car.

Warranty Issue
Today I took my 2015 Audi A4 in for a warranty issue to Audi Sydney Centre (the headlight washer arm would not retract after operation) I was met by a wonderful female service advisor (name removed) who quickly obtained all my particulars and showed me where the complimentary coffee and light food assortments were. The fault was corrected by adjusting a washer which apparently has occurred before on my model type so the technicians knew exactly how to correct the fault.
I was very impressed with the service and amenities provided.

Fifteen thousand kms service
I went to Audi Indooroopilly to have May service completed as it is much closer than Springwood from where I live. They asked at the time of the service if there was anything I needed to bring to their attention. I explained a noise I had heard and they said they would try and find out what it was, and that my brakes shuddered at times. The girl next to the person I was dealing with said this would not be covered by warranty, (car bought in August 2016, so not 12 months old yet and first full service, lady driver and does drives to wrk and bac...
Read morek on motorways) as brakes were only covered for up to 6 months or 10,000 kms. Needless to say I asked where this had been made clear to me at any stage or could they show me in their warranty policy, we they declined. When I went to pick the car up from having a new clutch fitted as this was the noise I could hear, a faulty clutch which was covered under warranty, I was advised in writing that when, you drive the car in rain and then brake this is what warps the brake disc and my hard driving of the car. I asked what would happened if I had the brakes fixed and it began to rain and I had the need to brake, would this mean I would need new brakes again, to which Kris Brennan advised me that he couldn't say any more this is what he had been advised. I asked him to provide me with his Managers name and contact details via text and he said hew out D do this. I am still waiting and have called again for these details but have heard nothing. I owned a BMW prior to the Audi and will be returning to a BMW when I next purchase. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER- 3 reviews

Doncaster Audi: Please Don't Go There
Me and my husband visited Doncaster Audi ( horrible place) in June. The sales person who sits upstairs was extremely arrogant and racist. He was looking at us and talking to us n very arrogant rude manner. His attitude was how can people like you can come to buy Audi? We felt terrible.
Next week we bought Audi Q5 from Audi penfold Burwood and was absolutely delighted by the service at Burwood Audi.
If you don't want to be humiliated stay away from Doncaster Audi.
Audi Ballarat Shocking Manners
I was recently browsing for my third Audi on Carsales where I found a used RS6 looks appealing with a price tag of 170k. I left a message by simply asking if 130k is negotiable for this car. The salesperson (his phone number: [details removed]) called back with a shocking attitude by saying:"You enquired my RS6? Please stop wasting my time. I have to pay 50 dollars to carsales for this enquiry, don't ask if you can't pay 170k." Then he hung up instantly.
In short, the existence of these salesperson really damages Audi's image.

Audi - Springwood QLD
This dealership deserves more than 5 stars. I walked in half asleep looking like an utter bum and was still greeted and treated like a valued customer by Adam Helselton and his team. Every single person I came across in this place had a big smile on them, dressed smart, courteous and all looked like models lol. They always checked if I needed anything and basically let me learn about the cars on display, answered any questions I had and always tried to find me a bargain!
I knew within the first few seconds I was going to buy my first Audi fr...
Read moreom this dealership. The highly developed level of professionalism, active listening skills and friendliness demonstrated by Adam made my car shopping experience so much less stressful by listening to what I was saying and easily ascertained what I was looking for, he mentioned the A1 right from the start and I laughed cause Im used to spacious and luxurious v8s. I swore I'd never own another 4cylinder but I stand converted. Audis advancements in technology has saved me a ton load of money as I was prepared to spend a lot of money on aftermarket tech to get what I wanted out of a car. Not once was I pushed to make a decision of which car I should buy. Every single time I didn't like something, I was shown another vehicle until everything I wanted fell into place, value for money, fuel efficiency, power, comfort...oh comfort was a biggie and I'm one fussy shopper and value my money so It was a god send someone like Adam was there to help me figure out what I needed at this stage in my life. I've had more expensive, powerful and faster cars but Adam knew I wasn't after a toy, I was after something practical. He showed me really good cars for really good prices and knew when and how to taylor the car to meet my needs. I still can't believe how taylored my purchase was and how much technology is packed into the A1 at that price, nothing compares. I had to pay 70k in 2007 for what I'm getting in the A1 excluding power but who needs so much power on the street? I got everything I wanted in the perfect package. Can't wait til I come back for my next Audi! I'll be recommending this place to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work Adam and team. The level of service your dealership provides is rare! I highly recommend Audi Springwood to anyone considering their next car purchase, you won't be disappointed. See Adam Heselton, that guy rocks!- 10 reviews

Doncaster audi dealer.
Doncaster audi sales people have no idea how to welcome customers.Terrible customer service. After test driving Q3 1.4 Sales guy decided what we should buy. Did not pay any attention to what we like. We wanted to drive Q3 1.4 and Q3 Quattro. Denied quattro. Said they didn't have one. Some how we got the feeling either they want to get rid of 1.4s or didn't think we would pay for a Quattro. We rung after a 2week to see whether they have a Q3 2 to test drive. Different sales person answered.Sales guy asked "do you want to test drive or buy?" .We w...
Read moreere so surprised and said unless we test drive we cant buy one.And then he started laughing sarcastically. We said that he is very sarcastic about this and he said oh ok and hung up. I still cannot believe we were treated like this in Australia.Excellent Service
I recently purchased a new Audi from the team at Richmond Audi Centre in Melbourne. We had such an amazing experience from the sales executive Peter and his direct manager. They were so very helpful and made our choice an easy one, they were genuine in their approach and got us the car we wanted plus the best deal possible. This is my second Audi and I would not go elsewhere to purchase a great car like this. I will be back again for that R8 :) but on a serious note, a big thankyou to the entire team & Peter and his manager for providing that wow factor of service we will recommend you to all our friends. Audi Service Brookvale
Took my Audi A4 to Brookvale (Mosman)Audi for it's service. I was told the car needed new front and rear disc rotors and pads. Fair enough I had clocked up 45,000km's. Craig the service manager quoted $2000......I nearly fell over. That is simply ridiculous. He also asked that I sign a document that I had elected to not have the "Diesel gate" emissions recall applied to my car as I had been informed legally not to do this. He was so rude about the fact that I had not wanted to sign the document. I offered to shake my hand on collection of the car and he refused!!!. I mean really?. Never buy an Audi.
Don't be Blindsided
Do not buy extras such as paint protection waste of time and money Audi says their paint work is sufficient!! If you have a problem with extras the dealership you bought from wipes their hands off all those products! Absolute rip off!!!

Very very poor Avoid buying AUDI!!!
Audi car are very poor quality. We bought an AUDI A3 where this broke down with a mechatronics gearbox problem where we only had the car for 2 months. The cars are obviously of a very poor quality having failed in just 2 months. When we complained to the dealership they offered insultingly just $24000 ie a loss of $10000 should we trade the car back to them where it is not really our fault given the car broke down on a highway and almost had the car behind crash into us. So car broke down 2 months after buying it and 3000km on the clock - the d...
Read moreealer then offer us a trade in of $24000 where we have lost faith in the product - that is a $10000 dollar loss here! I will strongly suggest any prospective buyers to avoid Audi period...they don't even stand behind their products.- 13 reviews

Not transparent on repair costs
Purchased a used Audi in Nov 2016, the car came with an additional 3 years of factory warranty (happy days).
The battery recently went flat, which is to be expected for the age of the car, and to keep the warranty I needed to have a genuine part fitted. The list price for the part was $580 which was only slightly more than the battery world price for the same brand.
The shock was when Audi tried to charge $1,027 for the job stating that the additional cost was to "code" the battery. In the end I talked them down to $860, which is still outrageous.
After a bit of google work, I found a mechanics training video on how to code an Audi battery, the whole video is 7m11s long, showing that even the reduced price s excessive.
AUDI BRIGHTON - Poor advocate for AUDI Quality
As an Existing customer to Audi Brighton centre for last 3 years, I'm expecting better service and waiting for a response from you...
Btw, the previous post has been removed, Coolant leak still not been fixed yet, this is a major problem need to be done ASAP for 3 and half years old luxury car.
