Had Aussie Vac before
We moved and the vacuum was pathetic. We had Aussie Vac at our last house and had to get the same at our new.
The products are second to none!!! Excellent service, friendly staff and the delivery was outstanding. Our unit and extra pipes were delivered with in 2 days.:)
The system is fantastic and when were get our new one installed we hope to have the same trouble free vacuuming for a long time.
Thank you....we would definitely recommend AUSSIE VAC

Great Aussie product.
Previous Aussie vac motor died after 14 years and decided to upgrade to a stronger unit rather than having the motor replaced.. New vac arrived within 1 day of placing order. Great service, and very happy with the upgraded unit.

Customer Service is second to none..
I was in a pickle and Aussie Vac was there to help, I really needed to replace the vac I had and they were there to help. I Ask to have it sent as a rush and they were happy to accommodate my needs. Thanks again guys and girls at Aussie Vac it was a true pleasure.

The Only Vacuum Cleaner I Like
I have had a ducted Aussie Vac in my house for 13 years and we also had it installed into my mothers new house years ago. I have just purchased another system for our holiday house, which is under construction as I can't live without one in any house I occupy. They are so good on many levels. Manageable for the operator but they also do such a good job. The suction is fantastic. The Turbo Power head is so good on carpet. There is honestly nothing about it I don't like. deal with them. I don't even think the ducted system is that expensive when you look at the price of a good portable cleaner. Customer Service All round outstanding
My ducted vac stopped working, so I rang up customer service, Melissa booked me in straight away, and said it could be two things the brushes or the motor. Melissa was very helpful. Ben, who came around and fix the brushes on the aussie vac was very polite, explained to me in basic terms what was wrong, showed me the worn out brushes. What great customer service.
