We recently bought a ducted vacuum after selling our old house that had one we have been using for 30+ years. Having not bought a vac for a long time we decided to go back to the ducted vac for our new home. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to buy from Aussie Vacs online and how helpful the assistant was when we ran to make sure we were ording the correct model for our home size.

Aussie Vac was my first choice after investigating other systems online and by friends and relatives. Very easy to deal with and very fast response. Delivery was super fast. The unit replaced an older version and I couldn't be more happy with it's performance. Very easy to change over and required very little effort. Very much quieter than the old unit which is a big plus. I couldn't be happier.
