We have been with Australia On Line for a number of years,laterally on a Internet/Phone bundle, and have found them to be extremely helpful on the odd occasion when needed. All their staff members with whom we have dealt have been very patient with we octogenarians and our initial experience with the Internet set-up was above and beyond all expectations. Their technical crew have just helped us overcome a problem with our wifi modem for which we are most grateful.
