Absolutely crap
We would definitely not recommend building with ABC homes as their aftercare is awful! Things were unfinished and missing at handover and was assured would be rectified within a week that was a lie as we are still waiting. We have been constantly ignored since handover and when you do speak to someone they pass the buck to someone else! They have left our house with many defects some of which are not up code and not even the warranty department are helping! We do feel that once they got their final payment we were pushed aside never to be thought of again as our issues still have not been addressed 8 weeks on!

Disappointment
Would not recommend ABC (METRICON) HOMES. I am 69 years old, previously I have built 6 houses but this is by far worse experience from start to finish, and yes all good reviews are paid reviews, I was told that I will receive fully paid 7 days holiday to Phuket for 2 people.when thinks didn't go there way the holiday was cancelled. is behaviour, he was understanding and told me he will send me his email if I need anything in future, which he never did. From then things were going from bad to worse. One's building started workmanship was of low quality, as they employ low paid butchers to build houses. Every defective job site manager would ignore, they would go to any length to ignore you, use every trick in the book hoping you will give up. Then I spoke to his department manager as thinks were going out of control but everything fell on deaf ears, they all cover up each other and work together like a pack of wolfs, all they want is your money, they are a bunch of organized scammers. We have settled five months ago and lots of defects still waiting to be fixed, sending email to our correspondent and service and warranty but no one is replying and the only choice we have is to look into legal advice. Perfect home!
Thanks Jason De Felice from the Cloverton estate for your expert guidance which made our first home build experience with ABC homes one of the very very best. Jason with his knowledge and experience helped us finalise the contract with great peace of mind. He constantly kept pushing for getting our design changes approved right till the end and to get our site start sooner. I cant thank you enough Jason!!. Also very happy with the site manager Paul who also did a great job by picking up small drawing issues and for ensuring the build gets completed within 6 months of time without compromising the quality. Very happy with ABC, I will definitely meet Jason again to build my next home.

I was thinking of buying a house and land package, started with an ad on realestate.com. I was bit nervous because I live in Sydney and I was building in Melbourne. n worked out the price for the house which fitted with my budget. [Name Removed] is very helpful. Overall I was happy with the final price. The customer service was disappointing after the signing of the contract and before the construction started. There were no updates provided or any follow up from them. Pretty satisfied once the construction started. [Name Removed] (site supervisor) has been great and very professional providing progress updates every forthnight.
