Excellent service - Prompt delivery
I ordered a salt chlorinator cell and filter cartridge from Brisbane on Monday morning and goods were delivered the next day. The sale rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was the cheapest I found for the genuine part. I highly recommend this place.

Great service - sales and after sales service
We purchased a Baracuda G2 using their online site. It was the cheapest we found at the time and it arrived in only a couple of days. Through no fault of the shop, a part on the Baracuda snapped after about a month. We drove it down to the pool shop (with our receipt) walked in, and the guy fixed it on the spot and handed it back in about 3 minutes - no questions asked! Now that's service that you would not get from on O/S pool shop! Great work guys!
