With summer just around the corner and waiting for the pool surrounds to be completed, I can't wait to take a plunge. Love my new pool and can't fault Barrier Reef Pools in any way.

With heating 7-8 months of the year love it and use it at night as well so heating is definitely a must have to get a lot more use out of pool

Not much at the moment.waiting for warmer weather.the spa looks great and so does the pool.qe have done the coping and cement so it is nearly finished and ready to go

Easy to keep.clean however struggle to keep the requirements for the warranty within the limits.. feel.like I am at the pool.shop getting water tested every week

The pool is used very often with 2 pre teens and is extremely easy to maintain. We have never owned a pool before and we’re worried about owning one and all the work- this is not the case…. WE LOVE our pool

It was refreshing to deal with a company who delivered what they promised, a quality product at the quoted price. There were issues along the way but the weather conditions experienced during this install were shocking. From the outset our experience with the various staff members was great. Steer clear of these guys at all cost, once they had our money the nightmare began, problems from day one, the day the pool was delivered the driver smashed the pool into our brand new fence totalling 3 panels, the installer was rude to both me and my wife and abusive to his 2 employees whilst on our property, after the install we had to have him back 3 times and dig up around the pool due to bulges in the walls of the pool, and to top it all off when the concrete and tiles were being done we were informed that two of the walls are not straight...

Nice pool and as promised. Would definitely buy a fibreglass pool again and magnesium upgrade is worth it. we chose our own contractor for fence and all tiling too which made the job cheaper and faster.

in the warmer months we use our pool every day. In winter we use the pool once a week.

We were hesitant at first to buy a pool but now that the job is completed we are sure glad we did,Many hours are spent with family in and around our pool.The timeframe went reasonable smooth with no real delays due to weather or anything else and all of the blokes doing the work were easy to get along with,Its now been about 9 months since the pool was installed and still looks great thanks guys.

Stunning pool, cannot fault the end product. Communication was poor at the start though. I had to make multiple calls to find out when they were starting constructiin. Comms were also a little stagnant during the construction phase. There were periods where I didn't know when they were coming back to continue/finish off the job. Was also not told to fill the pool so they could clean it resulting in a delay (not a major issue, annoying though). They left quite an untidy worksite during the construction. I ended up tidying all the rubbish into one pile for them because my yard looked a mess. At the end of the day we are happy with what we paid for, the workmanship is excellent. Comms and worksite cleanliness need work.

We were very pleased to have chosen Barrier Reef Pools for this major investment. Our expectation was far less stressful than we first thought only because of the great knowledge, attention to detail and customer service provided by the crew. Would use them again for sure.

We bought our pool just before winter last year. We had a heater added on as well. The whole process was seamless and the staff were very professional and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. There were a couple of minor hiccups that I brought up with them and were rectified very quickly and without fuss.

The whole process was easy, from sales to completion. We felt that we were looked after personally and not just a number in a queue. All staff is very attentive. The finished product is beautiful.

From the beginning they was very informative and helpful and the tradesmen they sent out were excellent. Highly recommend these people to friends and family which I already have done

Great experience, would highly recommend. After having a really bad experience with another retailer of barrier reef, they really showed me there is always a good contractor.

As many other negative reviews have stated the pool shells start to look dull and white chalky below the water line, we paid a lot of money for the pool and spa and are so disappointed, it appears a lot of people have the same issues just reading the reviews on this site alone.
I have contacted barrier reef pools twice since the pool was installed only to have them tell me its my fault as I have not kept the chemicals correct, I do as the pool shop tells me and even if it is out of chemical balance at times which is only natural as we do not ge...

Very easy to deal with, very professional and everything was as smooth as silk right from the start starting with help choosing the pool, getting a lot of advice what would work and what wouldn't, always kept up to date of what was going on, the installers were spot on and knew exactly what they were doing and what to do if they came across a problem and once starting digging the pool was in the ground and back filled within 3 days of starting which was impressive and it took a extra day because they hit rock otherwise it would have been 2 days to install.
