Usually prefer a plush feel however I could not feel much, if any, difference between the plush & medium. The.medium provides good relief to hip pressure points. Comfortable sleep throughout the entire night.

We had a great nights sleep the first night and as the sales person said once the mattress wears in it will only get better. You feel like you are in a 5 star hotel at home. Will definitely recommend to others.

We bought the king size mattress and base it was delivered on time and mattress and base was well packed so items were in perfect condition. Dead easy to assemble on your own but would need help getting upstairs as mattress is really quite heavy. As I mentioned the king size mattress is heavy, a testament to the amount and quality of fillings that go into it. During the night no matter how restless your partner may be there is no movement on your side of the bed. From the first night we slept soundly, and woke with no aches or pains, what more could you ask for.

From the second I laid on this mattress in the store I knew it’s the one ! The way your body just sits so perfect into the mattress truly a little piece of heaven! This is possibly the Best Buy me and my fiancé have ever made ! Anyone looking for the perfect mattress this is defiantly the one.

I’ve been putting up with this mattress now for almost 5 years. It has completely ruined my back. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Paid about $4000 for it from Harvey Norman because I thought it was a long term investment and it was the top of the range (stupidly assuming that meant that it was the best). Now I have to keep spending more money on physio and myotherapy because of how shocking my back is every single night and morning. Definitely haven’t had a good nights rest on this mattress and unfortunately I can’t justify spending more money on a new mattress as I thought this would last for 15 years. Very disappointed. Don’t bother spending this much money. Expensive doesn’t mean that it’s any good.

This bed is super comfortable. Lovely to sleep on, no roll together. We choose the firm mattress which suit how we like to sleep. It still has a lovely plush feel to get into and looks great in the room.

Assembled by self and found base easy but matters very heavy and hard to move.hard to handle when turning. Heavy when lifting to make bed up. Especially as being old age pensioner

Staff at point of purchase were outstanding - long term staff who had knowledge and listened to my concerns, needs and wants.
I cannot fault customer service or the product. It has been a fabulous experience from start to finish=- and I am sleeping more soundly and deeply than ever before.

Store is quite easy to navigate, range of products I suppose is ok, so far our bed is really good, Had to assemble it our-selves, although we were told by sales person it would be done for us. We were given the wrong legs and attachments, make us wonder if we even got the right base for it, like how would we really know if we got what we paid for. Price I feel was too much, now that we have done more research.
