I was served by Nakeia at the Rutherford Store and I highly recommend her guidance and knowledge.
When spending $$ and making a commitment to a piece of furniture such as your bed, it is such a huge decision. And Nakeia made the whole process smooth and hassle free. We felt comfortable instore which was clean, tidy and well laid out. Thank you.

just bought electric frame and mattress, floor stock from local store still cost a lot of money, very disappointed on delivery method would have thought mattress would have had a wrapping round it especially as was pushed along floor by one person into bedroom, it was king single but would have expected both delivery guys to at least carry it in, when i mentioned at lack of wrapping was told (this is how you bought it)needless to say not real happy so wouldnt recommend, im sure they can do better

Bought a mattress on boxing day from Beds R US Darwin, '"Slumber Firm" in 6 months the top layer has squished flat and looks like a tortilla wrap, springs have shrunk in size, whole body is now an inch down from the sides, I went to claim my warranty, they said contact "The comfort group" sent them pictures and they replied its general wear and tear, Seriously! A $800 mattress now giving me back pain, and warranty is just a joke. Worst experience ever. Never buy Mattress from this crap store and that particular brand ;Sleepyhead".

They sold us the wrong bed that wasnt even in their showroom that we tried out. The bed we got was far too high. They never fixed the problem - just strung us out for 18 months until we got sickof complaining.
Please, dont ever buy from these cowboy operators - you will get burnt.

Buyers beware of miscommunication and faulty products. The bed package purchased is faulty, scratches, chips everywhere, broken, unfinished stain, no instructions. I am now in the process and going through Fair Trading. The items are not acceptable. Disappointed to say the least.

Customer service from the Campbelltown store was wonderful. Tahnee went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother. She was so patient and kind. Thank you organising same day delivery. We appreciate all you did for us. Mum loves her new bed. Great job Tahnee, can't thank you enough.

We bought a bed and QS Matino mattress from Beds R Us Bliss Living Furniture in Cambridge Tas and couldn’t be happier with the product and fantastic service provided. Great selection of Australian made products and the salesperson really knew his stuff! Highly recommended.

My husband has cerebral palsy and needed an electric adjustable bed as he can’t sit himself up when he has reflux. We’ve had the queen with plush mattress covered by the NDIS since August 2020 and it’s absolutely the worst bed I have ever slept in after just a few months. I used to own a cheap $700 mattress that never caused problems for over 10 years. I have to wake up at 5am just to avoid feeling like I’ve been punched in the ribs and spine. The mattress is nothing like the one we tried in store, it is very hard and when using the adjustable component feels extremely uncomfortable and squishes you into the crevices of the mattress. The woman at the Helensvale store was such a piece of work. All we wanted to do was make sure payment was received properly to which she was extremely rude to both our support coordinator and occupational therapist at the time and my husband! Also when we received the bed, it was far higher than we had trailed at the store which caused my husband to fall out almost every night. We called to ask for shorter legs and we were told this was the height we tried which I would know as he would have struggled on the day. Anyway we ended up having to call a different store to provide us the shorter legs as the Helensvale staff claimed they couldn’t get new legs in. Upon reviewing the invoice apparently the funding had covered 2 pillows as well which we never received. This is such a waste of funding which is already difficult to get. I would never recommend Beds R Us for anything, I know times have been tough during covid but there is no need to be rude especially to your disabled customers and their therapists. It takes a lot of funding to do trials and reports so it would have been a waste to then go to another store and try to get the same price to match what had been approved or do further trials etc. I don’t appreciate that you don’t believe this transpired as it certainly did and we were all very confused by the unnecessary frustrated attitude from your staff. At the time I was new to the NDIS system so I trusted the providers and therapists that they knew what they were doing. The mattress at the store is very different to what we currently have, it feels nothing like the same and as other comments have explained it causes problems after only a short time of using it. Bought mattresses from large bedding chain stores many times and not satisfied. However the last two mattresses I purchased are from Beds R Us and after long use still love sleeping on my BED R US sleepyhead mattresses

Stay away! Back pain after 1 month of use. Slumber Plush Queen mattress Bed R Us Helensvale. Owner doesn’t keep his word
We bought the slumber plush queen mattress at Beds R Us Helensvale. Big mistake!I I was thinking to buy a firm mattress,but were not sure,my wife after trying the store mattress and consulting with the owner, decided for it.The owner had given us his word that if we had issues with it ( back pain ) he would be exchanging it for a firm mattress, but that we would have to pay the delivery costs. We believed him . However a month later I have started to have back pain when waking up in the morning.We called today and were told that they don’t replace mattresses, and that our back pain might be due to a medical problem, not the mattress.Not a man of his word. Bad quality. Stay away and buy somewhere else.

Hello to whom is the person in charge of making my mattress from beds r us, now I’ve not even had the mattress for 6months.
I purchased this at lakehaven beds r us,.
There is some steel wire or spring, that is broken and sticks through the side of the mattress which unknowingly cut the back of my leg.
I’m a little bit disappointed as I’m not getting no we’re with my issue, if someone has not gotten back to me by closing time tonight, I will be posting a picture of the wire sticking out the side.
