When told of an invalid lady in marcoola whos house was invaded by mice while she was in hospital for six weeks the manager didnt hesitate to offer a replacement hospital grade mattress free. Many thanks as she could not afford to replace the mattress herself.

Bedshed kawana poor service very disappointed
Specified I was looking for a soft mattress!! Was shown a medium mattress. When delivered mattress is very firm and nothing like what I tried in shop. Made a complaint and told I need to give it 12 weeks to soften up. It's now been 18weeks and I have not had one night decent sleep. Went into shop for 3rd time and while I stood there making my complaint the manager proceeded to put on her lipstick sitting right in front of me. Told me she can't help me I need to speak to boss. Refused to give me contact details for boss. I asked for him to contact me and it's now been 2 weeks and nothing!!! Appalling service and will never recommend to anyone!!

Very dissapointed
IWe have purchased a king size mattress from Bedshed Kawana. Two times we had to return it because it was not sealed and was faulty . We have suspected that it was a reject product or was returned by someone..
Terrible terrible experience. We will never go back there. Save yourself a hassle

Why pay 2000 Dollars for a Chinese bed because they lie tell you its (made in Brisbane)
Stop don't even go into the bedshed unless you enjoy being lied to and putting your cheap Chinese garbage bed together yourself and doing warranty claims because they are too useless to do what you paid for and as for after sales service them, if I wanted this bed I would have bought it on line for 1080 dollars. Thank you BEDSHARKS. Be warned welcome to Kawana.

How to alienate your customer!
Like many others I wish I had looked at this website before we purchased a queen bedroom suite for our teenage son at the Bedshed Kawana. We made our purchase early in the year for a house that is being built and was due to be completed in October/November. However, there have been delays and it now will only be ready to move into in February. Our current rental is tiny. on told me they didn't have the space to keep it, but perhaps for a fee...I said I'd be willing to be the fee, rather than double-handling the furniture, but after she spoke with her superviser the fee-solution was not an option anymore and she insisted that the furniture had to be delivered and couldn't it go in the garage?I was not thrilled at the prospect of parking the car outside for the next three months - and by the way - the hottest months of the year, but I agreed. Fair enough - they didn't have the space. Having said that, "Beds n Dreams" where we bought the new bed for the master bedroom at the same time, have absolutely no issue with holding on to our bed until February. Just sayin'. I know where I would go next time if I needed a bed. Today I received a telephone call from the delivery driver, advising me of the delivery time. I asked him if the furniture needed to be assembled and if so, if he would do that and he just said gruffly: "No." Not:"Sorry, unfortunately we don't do that,".Just gruffly: "No." I'm usually quite cheerful on the phone and when you get a reaction like that it's like somebody poured a bucket of cold water over your head. I actually got apprehensive about the delivery. Next I got a phone call enquiring about the address, because apparently they were heading to our new house, or they were there already, and when I explained that they couldn't deliver it there because it wasn't finished yet he started a discussion with me. By now I was getting annoyed and told him it hadn't been MY idea to have the bed delivered today but the Bedshed's, and by the way, our current address is one minute by car from the new house, so I couldn't see why he had to be difficult about it. The truck pulled up shortly after. In the morning, my teenage daughter and I had managed to clear out some space in the spare room except for a queensize mattress that was supposed to go on the new bed. However, only after she had left for school did I realise that the mattress prevented the door of the room from opening completely and when the driver brought the first item up it was difficult because the door wouldn't open all the way. I apologised and went to the mattress to start moving it half a meter, thinking he was going to help me, but he just turned around and went back down the stairs, and leaving me to struggle with the mattress, which I then left where it was, because I couldn't handle it on my own. This guy certainly does not engage with the customers and I guess you have to pay extra to get a smile. When he left our house for the first time in my life did I let somebody out of my house without saying "Bye" or "See you". I couldn't close the door after him quickly enough.This guy managed to spoil an occasion that's supposed to be exciting and happy. We spent several thousand dollars on this bedroom suite and I sit here and feel bad about the way it was received. Luckily we are not dependent on the Bedshed for new beds, because Snooze and 40 Winks are right next door to the Bedshed Kawana, and I won't even give the Bedshed a glance when I go shopping for more beds. For customer service I would give them 1 star because - after all - they did carry the furniture upstairs. I haven't unpacked the bed yet but the second star is for that.Similar opinion?
