So...this is how Sealy mattress feels like!?
Bedworks online store is quite easy to navigate/browsing through their products. They have most casual to some luxury beds. As Australian we want to support everything made in Australia 100%. We bought a king single Sealy firm mattress with base. The base quality was shocking horrible and fragile, the mattress you could definitely feel the springs and you moves it makes noises from the springs and the base was stapled with the straw-like shopping bag from the $2 shop (those stripes big shopping bags). Anyway, the delivery was spot on. The payment was a smooth transaction but, the bed quality I have to put a question mark on it.

Fantastic service and everything delivered as agreed within a day.
Great range, very good prices but more importantly reliable on time delivery the next day which was critical to us. Awesome service. We will absolutely recommend them and use them again ourselves.

Sending ads my phone! and l never shopped with them!
This company has made a deal with very aggressive marketing firms and won't stop sending me ads for beds from their company. Stay away from them. They have zero respect for consumers. I never shopped here or gave any details to them so they must have used hacking marketing firms. I will report them to fair trade.

Worse customer service ever !!!
I had purchased a $1000 mattress one year back and the foam of the mattress is not as it was before .i am currently pregnant and its very uneasy for me to sleep . Myself and my husband both have back aches due to the mattress as the posture of sleeping is effected due to the sagging foam. We called the store and they told us to send the photos of the bed frame and mattress . st for two to three years without any problems. He called us later saying that if you pay $500 I can get this fixed by sending it to the factory. He said they will refirm the foam . Well my point is we should not be paying a penny as this is under warranty. Frustrated, tired of the manufacturer we called the store and they clearly said we cannot do anything . What kind of customer service is this ?? I am so frustrated as due to my pregnancy issues we are already suffering on top of it its this mattress which is giving us pain and the retailer and manufacturer giving us hard time. I have a similar mattress from ikea which is of form and spring lasted us six years. Would never ever make a mistake of buying from bedworks ever I am regretting so much spending my hard earned money on useless product and that too not a small amount. What A Run Around!
Online store was active and working, no issue, told I could collect from warehouse in Greenacre, went there, no one there, banged on door, all closed and not a sole in sight, 10:40am mid week. Turned left out of the street, jumped on the highway and noticed a physical store with the same company name on it, turns out this warehouse i was at actually backs onto the physical store. So I go in, got the product after a quick conversation, but what a bloody muck around for a mattress, such an unprofessional company and you should see the state of this place, just google their greenacre warehouse, looks like a dump. Great bed, better service
Fast delivery & extremely friendly, unhandled & accommodating service - particularly as the truck had to come twice. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong sized bed base which had to be taken away & correct size delivered. This was done cheerfully, without a hint of impatience or exasperation.

Love my new bed
I found the bed ensemble base I wanted at a very good price, I like that I could choose to customise it with either glides or castors. I love that I could purchase it online and I had it by the next day, making the delivery fee better value for money then other furniture stores I have ordered from previously. I also opted for old base removal which made the whole experience as hassle free as possible.

Fantastic products, customer service and delivery & assembly great value for money.
Paid the little extra fees for assembly of the bed. Being a gas lift storage base & limited time available it was built super fast and strong & even took all the packing away with them.

Ordered in April still waiting for a bed
Ordered a custom timber bed in April bed arrived 6 weeks later damaged and needed to be returned. Waited another 4 weeks bed arrived damaged needed to be returned. Waited another 6 weeks bed on it's way before I got a phone call to day it had been damaged in transit.!! Very frustrating. Dont understand why the beds have no packaging for transport

I selected the product online and most of the vendors are not ready to give the base without Mattress. As Base of bed broke during house move. Got the prompt response and follow up call from sales team and their you go they didn't even ask for full payment to deliver the product. Wrong Product Delivered + Poor Customer Experience
I was convinced by the reviews that I was dealing with a good place but my experience was the complete opposite. They delivered the wrong product and when I called to resolve, the customer service rep, Giselle, was so rude, abusive and blaming the warehouse. All I wanted was the delivery of the product I purchased! I wouldn’t recommend Bedworks based on my experience with the customer service operator.

Simple, Great Service and an awesome affordable bed.
