I found them easy to deal with - prompt, efficient and kept their promises. Happy with the quoting process and also the work done. The tradesperson was clean, tidy and pleasant.

We had a built in wardrobe installed in our bedroom and we are extremely happy with the finished product. The initial contact with head office was easy and friendly. They organised for Sam to come to our house and quote. He rang to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier. We knew what we wanted so it was a painless process. We booked a quote and the salesman arrived on time. Quote was around what we wanted so booked an install the following week. The installer was on time, wore a mask (a sign of the times at the moment), confirmed the work to be done, then got stuck into it. He did a fantastic job, much better than I could have imagined. Drop sheets were placed down to mitigate dust and mess and then he vacuumed up after completion. Great job and left the place really clean. Will use them again.

The team were helpful and courteous, from initial request for a quote to final installation. The person that provided the quote was prompt, provided a detailed quote with various options and pricing, whilst keeping his “social” distance. The installer did a great job. The guy who came to do the on-site measure was experienced and provided some helpful recommendations with the location and choices. After accepting the quote, which was very detailed, the installation was within a week. The installation was quick and they removed all waste. I’m very happy with the look and quality of the wardrobes I got and think they are great value for money after quite a bit of research. Overall a very good experience.

Had Betta Wardrobes supply and install a large walk-in wardrobe in our newly renovated unit. The quoting process was quick with designer taking on board our requirements. Once we accepted the quote the wardrobe was install about a week later, they are really fast. The two installers were very quick and very tidy with their work. They vacuumed after ever hole drill or saw cut made.
The wardrobes are good value for money, you can pay two or three times the price and get slightly better materials. But in the end it’s a wardrobe which will be filled with cloths, bags and shoes. We have Betta wardrobes in another house and they have been there for 20 yrs without any problems.
Good value, good service and good installers what more do you want.

Staff quoting and installing arrived when they said they would, responded quickly to questions and allowed for an alteration on the day of installation and left the job tidy. I used them last year for a shower screen and had a similar experience

Coronavirus period. Installer wore a mask, worked steadily and quietly, and achieved a perfectly installed floor to ceiling, sliding mirror doors, custom wardrobe as requested and quoted.
