Typically great, lately not so
I've never had any issues with Boozebud prior in fact they've always been excellent. My latest order however has been pending delivery for a week, with Auspost unable to update me

I’ve made many orders within this time and received them. Myself and friends are yet to receive anything from Boozebud.

You could potentially have a split order. So that means the courier company will drop this off in batches. However, please email our customer service team at [email protected] & one of our service team members will give you a call & find out where your order is progressing with the courier service. Delivered on time
I put the order in 9pm the night before. Arrived 2pm next day (Melbourne metro area) Was expecting that given other reviews I read on this site. Thanks very much!

Crap service
Ordered 3 cartons of beer. Delivery day came and no beer. Received an email to say it had been delivered. Looks like the idiot has either delivered it to the wrong address or kept them himself. On top of that you cannot contact them > when sending a message they advise they will be back in touch in 2 business days. What a crap service

I am now almost a week past the last comment and no goods delivered still. No word on when they will be delivered. And the tracking app from Aus Post requires a post code of the origin before it works. Any help there?

Disappointed
I have now been waiting 24 days for my order, I have made contact via the app and I can see a customer enquiry has been lodged with Australia post but no further information I can now longer access the app or website feel like I just got played big time not happy at all!! Won’t hold my breath waiting for my alcohol to arrive seems Ive just wasted a couple hundred dollars on nothing!!

14 days still waiting for my order.
I placed and order with Boozebud on the 3rd April with an expected delivery timeframe of 5-7days for WA. 14 days later I am still waiting for my order. No contact, no apologies, no advice on expected delivery date. Do yourself a favour just buy it at the bottleshop rather than muck around with this company.

Good products, delivery sucks
The range, diversity of the products is excellent, the delivery via Austpost needs to be changed / assisted as some orders placed before the weekends or public holidays can take a full 7 - 8 days to deliver within the Metro area, for an online booze delivery consult your local bottle shop I feel.

This delivery company is Pathetic...took over a week to deliver my beer & Vodka. Came in 2 seperate packages 3 days apart... If they had told us this before making the order, I would get BWS to deliver instead.

which warehouse, and the different courier tracking for each part of the order.Alternatively this could have been a 'separated parcel delivery’. This meaning if you order 3 cases of beer. All shipped out together with AusPost. Sometimes they get separated during transit & rather than wait for all three cases to arrive at the depot and be delivered together, the post office will deliver them as they arrive.Similar opinion? Arrived as promised
Ordered and delivered exactly as promised in the afternoon timeslot; pricing also competitive. Ordered 3 x gins + a Barcardi; packaged safely. Normally don't do a review but I can see recent transactions have had a problem with delivery so I wanted to let others know that it isn't everyone.

I only received one of the three cases i ordered and no contact number to follow up.
There is no reason given to why they have charge me for 3 and left only 1 at my door. I have been charged in full.

You will still receive all 3 packages, however our courier service will deliver in parts. $250 Order placed on 8th April for delivery next day, with Authority to leave ticked. Given a 6 HOUR window for delivery, but because I had to go out for 15 minutes courier refused to leave the package...EVEN THOUGH authority to leave given (why ask if you cant leave without seeing the recipeint).

Where is my order?!
Do not order from this company!! Have contacted Boozebud through Catch and Facebook and no replies. I placed an order through Catch, which was 17 days ago. I still haven’t received the 2 cartons of beers I ordered and Aus Post tracking still says it hasn’t been collected either. I’ve read your reviews on product reviews and I see so many of your customers have had the exact issue! I needed these by April 3rd and still don’t have them. I understand deliveries are delayed atm due to the covid situation but I’ve had other packages from Sydney and Melbourne ordered after this order from you and still received those packages all within a reasonable timeframe.
Can I please get a refund instead? The wait period is just ridiculous.

Where is my order?
I’ve emailed, and sent a message via Facebook however neither have been responded to.
It’s my brother in law’s birthday today - and being Good Friday, I would’ve thought that placing an order on the 31st March was sufficient time for delivery.
It hasn’t arrived to him and the Auspost tracking site shows the courier had collected on the 2nd April.

After 12days I am yet to receive any of my wine! (Order #268917) The delivery driver assured me it would arrive in subsequent delivery however on the site it refers to my order as a past delivery that has been delivered! No reply yet to my email & nil communication. Very upsetting, I just want a refund.

Never turned up after taking my money! Don’t order with booze bud
Don’t go with booze bud. They have no customer service contact number and emails go unanswered!! Wondering if the majority of my order is even still coming after a small part arrived but the bulk of the order was missing and still is!! My account online shows up that it has all been delivered! Just a phone call or email to say they know where it is would go a long way. ROBBERS
