Jessica (Electrical ) and Shihanie (Color) were really helpful.
Initially we were really worried but both appointments were planned really well, they guided us step by step with the process.
They provided us with honest suggestions without pushing for illogical upgrades.
So far positive and great experience. Waiting on the next step to start.

We haven't started our build yet, but so far the team of people we have been dealing with have been very helpful and understanding of our situation. We are excited to be able to say we have the only boutique home in our estate! We were so lucky to have a consultant like Stuart, he has been super accomodating to my crazy questions at all hours. I am really looking forward to meeting the rest of the team when we sign our HIA and start with the colours and electrical appointment!

We have so far completed PWC, HIA contract signing, Colours and Electrical appointments.
Things have been great so far, all of our consultants have been friendly and helpful. Cost wise in compared with other builders yes they are higher but the finishes are better. If we were able to do one thing again we would have loved to be able to walk through the actual display home with the Sales Consultant and then i think we would have known more to add to the PWC Contract.
So other than a few small hiccups which is to be expected we are very happy and excited for the next step.

From the moment I first met with Dale at Boutique Homes and started looking at floor plans, I felt comfortable. Although there was a longer than expected delay to start my new home, the staff involved from the colour appointment through to the end of the build were really helpful. I was so fortunate to have Shaun as my site supervisor. Shaun kept me informed on the progress of the build, and readily dealt with any questions or concerns I had along the way. Boutique have been very prompt and concise. As a first home owner, we were a little unsure of how the process runs however everything has been very clearly explained and organised. Standard inclusions have been fantastic and we are very happy! Our sales consultant Morgan was great and we were very impressed with our interior designer (Sarah) and our pre-start consultant (Chantelle). We are building our first home with Boutique and so far the experience has been wonderful. Meagan helped us in the beginning and she was a delight to work with. All contact with other employees either at display homes or from the office via email/phone have been lovely.
we are only in early stages but so far:
- Everyone is friendly and responds timely
- The options and inclusions are great.
- Great promotions
- Quote was an easy and pleasant experience however, when we received our contract we did notice a couple of things were missing that we had asked for. Issues were rectified easily and without drama.
So far very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to the next stages.

Thanks to Morgan Willoughby, our sales consultant who has been extremely incredible during the booking stage and has walked us through all the floor plan, designs and budget options. We highly recommend boutique, specifically to work with Morgan- a truly passionate person.

We are still at pre knockdown stage Morgan Willoughby has been very supportive with any questions that we have had. We are going to pick all the colours and finalise all the costings in a few weeks. all the staff members we have talked to have been very helpful.

We have been working with Brett and Cass from the Fyansford display. Brett worked hard to tailor a floor plan to work with our family needs and budget. From the beginning we felt Brett was upfront, pleasant and professional to deal with, he ensured that he was prompt with responding to our enquiries (even at 2am). We feel confident that Boutique will be delivering us a beautiful family home this year.

Our Pre - construction phase was very smooth. We had Rachael Stalker as our Pre start consultant. She was amazing and very supportive. She used to respond to all our queries. Thanks to Boutique and also special thanks for Rachael and Carmela for being very supportive throughout our settlement and preconstruction process. We are eagerly waiting for our construction to begin.

The staff were friendly, extrememly knowledgable and eager to resolve issues. The design team were especially good at listening and anticipating our needs. We've built before, and can confidently say that Boutique's attention to detail is what sets them apart. Could not be happier with the process and the result!
