We have just finished the design phase of our home, we have not yet started building.

My husband and I are currently at the pre construction stage & have been very pleased with our sales consultant. He has been kind, polite and easy to talk to. He has made this whole process easy and whenever we had questions they were answered promptly. The sale consultant went out of his way to ensure that our needs and wants met within our budget. We are so very happy with our experiences with boutique thus far and will highly recommend to family and friends in the future.

We're almost in pre construction so far it is been very good our consultant Morgan willoughby has been fantastic she has helped us and every possible way. She has also helped this out with the land. Couldn't be happy with her. Would definitely recommend boutique homes And Morgan willoughby. Without a doubt.

We have recently signed our PWC with Boutique Homes to build an Ascot 36 in Geelong. After our very first meeting with Brett and Cass at the Fyansford display home we were sold on building with Boutique Homes. The swift preparation of documents and plans were amazing! I bought my block of land to build on in december and there is a frame set to be up in 2 weeks time! :) :)

My partner and I have been researching companies to complete a knockdown rebuild on our property. Spoke with quite a few builders who werent flexible and kept presenting plans that wouldnt suit our block and didnt meet our inherent requirements. Boutique representative Kim however from the initial meeting took interest in what we wanted and actually spent the time to add in the things we wanted to make the perfect home for us. Kim has been polite and engaged throughout the whole preliminary process and because of this we are looking forward to the next stage.

We are building an investment property and found the Boutique Elements range to be excellent value for money. Our needs as an investor were primarily cost and quality related, Boutique met both of these with ease. The clear and transparent process we worked through with our consultant was perfect for our needs.

Highly recommend Boutique Homes. We have had such a smooth sailing build. The inclusions were great compared to other builders and that stood out for us. The office staff were very friendly and helped us through the colour stage. The site manager was very approachable and flexible and provided great customer service. Boutique was able to answer all our questions that came up during the whole process.

We are building our first home in woodlea estate. The journey has started in mid 2018 when we were looking for a land. We have reached out to Boutique homes display home at woodlea estate and met David (Sales person) there and asked for his help, though we haven’t signed any agreement. We have just asked which lot is good and bad lots as per the engineering drawing. He is so accomodating with our requirements and helped us in deciding the perfect floor plan for our house.
We just had a few hiccups during pre construction phase and because of that our build process got delayed. Otherwise we are happy with overall progress and will definitely build with boutique again in future.
