    5 year comprehensive warranty. Meaningless.

    The 5 year comprehensive warranty is meaningless. Within the first year of operation a snail got into the unit and completely disabled it. The installation manual makes no mention of completely sealing all entry points. Plus the unit does not come with suitable grommets to seal all entry points. Despite this a Braemer service agent advised that the unit is not covered (apparently, company policy). Electrical appliances that sit outside need to come with a certain amount of Ingress Protection.
    Ants, snails and other small creatures can disable your appliance and wait for it. Braemer will slug you upto $500 and the 5 year COMPREHENSIVE warranty is meaningless. Do Not Buy.

    Low Quality Ducted Heating

    Problem starts since the first installation on 20/02/16, did not work for the first time. Technician came and replaced new components and Controller. Then on 14/04/16, stop working with the same error "Ducted heating not detected", technician came and replaced the components and controller. And again 04/05/16 stop working with the same error msg. Called up technician and will come and have a look AGAIN??!!??. This is ridiculous as brand new system keeps on failing to work, definitely manufacture issue. Will report to consumer affair if Braemar insist to replace it with brand new system. Doesn't make sense at all..!!! so disappointed..!!

    heater turns on ok runs for 3 mins then fan cuts out and heater turns off.

    Check if any error code come up. My usually error code 16 which thermistor fault. Very annoying.

    We have a breamar eco star th320 that no longer ignites . If you turn the power off and on it tries to ignite 3 times then goes into fault mode . Does anyone know why?

    hi rod not nowing your istallation my best guess is the drain on the outside unit is blocked regards peter

    How do I switch from heating to cooling? All we have is a power on button, up and a down button and a light button. I had the cover working last year but can't seem to remember how I changed from hot to cold and vise versa?

    There is a panel that opens behind those buttons that has further buttons to change to cooling, change zones etc
