We had a Braemar TQ315N series installed on 8th July 2022 . As it was not working efficiently we have made complaints 3 times and they came over, and each time they could tell it was not heating. on the 4th visit it was decided we should change the ducts as they had collapsed and heat was not flowing, and changed the vents as well. 0n the 5th visit on 22nd July this was done. Still not happy as we have to put it on high and are not getting heat in the lounge. Rang Seeley who sent a technician on 31st July. He changed the control. Told us the lounge is not heating because it is the furthest room to the unit. The new unit was put in the same spot. We NEVER had problem with the old heater we had for 17 years.

very noisy unit neiboures conplaing of the noise it makes takes long time to heat up then the smell of gas after shut down smell of dust, sounds like a jet taking of at start up the whining of the fan you can here for houses away people swear they near a airport of the jet noise. was told this the same with all models
