I am in the "My Choice" process of the build and Krisy along with Jess, has made a very difficult process less daunting. Wayne helped to select a floor plan that suits a growing family and more modifications were made in My choice. They were very patient yet pushed me along to the pre-contract stage now. I had gone to several builders and feel the process may have been a lot harder if not for Kristy and Jess. It's my first build and definitely an eye-opener. I thank the team at Brighton and can't wait to start building.

Liam Ringuet was a great contract coordinator to work with providing adequate information and prompt emails. I highly appreciate his work along with the rest of the Brighton team for being so efficient with work and updating throughout the whole process. Quality of the build was excellent and had nil major issues.

Liam Ringuet was very professional and helpful. He assisted me a lot all the time with the plans and helped get everything ready to start construction. June Mathews was great and helpful at the display home at Brighton Homes Killara. so thank you both. it was a great experience with Brighton Homes.

Bobby was very professional and helpful. He assisted us in chosing a great design and was very knowledgeable and Bobby was the reason we built with Brighton Homes in first place. His customer service was on point and we are very appreciative of the fact that He told us upfront about all the hidden costs as well as went through display home to show us what we will be getting in end product. The great service started with our consultant Natalie and Zerlina who were always so willing to help in every way to ensure we designed the perfect house for our family. We are happy with the changes you made to our dream home, the treats we received from Brighton Homes Covella. We havent started building our dream house but so far we are happy with how the process is going.

While Brighton home was a standout compared to the other display home what really made us chose Brighton to build our first home was June from Killara display homes. She is honestly the most welcoming, caring, honest and committed human being I have every meet. She jumped through hoops to make our dream come true. We have made a lot of changes to our plans and nothing has been too much trouble for June, she always fitted us into our days off and on many occasions she would meet us on her day off to suit our needs or she was always a phone call away for our million of questions. We appreciate how much she has done for us!! she is truly amazing.

We looked around at a lot of display homes and the Brighton homes stood out to us. Although we are only in pre-construction stage, the service we have received by the Helensvale staff has been fantastic. We have made a lot of changes to our plans and nothing has been too much trouble for the girls. In particular Jules, who has gone above and beyond with fitting into our days off work as she has the same days off work too. On many occasions she would meet us on her day off to suit our needs. Well managed system of building. All staff very approachable. Wayne Moodie and Liz at Harmony helped us decide the perfect design home for us. So far we are at 40% completion and its going well ahead af schedule. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship we've seen so far. We've looked at many display homes and almost signed up with Integral but we fell in love with the Oasis 34 with Brighton....

After looking at many display homes and not quite finding the ONE! We finally wandered into Brighton Homes display at Aura where we found our perfect home.. We told Leah we loved the plan and she introduced us to Bobby and the rest is history we are now building our new home. Both Bobby & Leah were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with our decision to build with Brighton Homes.

After spending a lot of time researching which builder to go with, I am very happy to have chosen Brighton. The customer service from Bobby and Leah at Aura has been fantastic.

December 4th 2022 Update: MyChoice colour sessions (500950)

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Julie Gorton from the MyChoice team and Brighton project coordinator Paula Jonson. Paula explained everything so well and was happy to make several last minute adjustments to the plan. Thank you to Julie for all of the great suggestions and guidance with the colour scheme. It has been a pleasure working with you.

The building process happened without us so I can't comment on that side of things. But the attention to detail is amazing, the way Brighton has promptly responded to every query and even proactively corrected some things before we even knew of them was very professional indeed. And now the house is ours, we keep looking in amazement. Thanks so much Brighton Homes.

Me and my wife have been to the studio of another builder but with Brighton homes, from the initial open studio to colour selection, we have received a very professional and helpful guidance from Julie and our overall experience at the studio is just amazing. Although we did not have any clue about building a home in Australia her expertise and kindness has made things a lot easy for us.

I am a first home builder and has a lot of questions to ask, I honestly was in transaction with another builder before Brighton, what made me change my mind was because the sales person from another builder whom i was dealing with apparently told a friend of mine who is also building that I was asking too many questions. Then I met Simon from Brighton Everleigh in Greenbank who has been very diligent in assisting me and answering all of my queries. Simon and her assistant Zerlina are both very enthusiastic in helping their clients. Superb customer service so far and I am hoping it continues til the very last stage of my building journey :)
