Happy with products and prices. However you should be honest with customers about your shipping methods. You give customers the choice of auspost or star track, I chose auspost yet my order was sent via xpresstoyou. Nowhere on your sites does it mention you use this company. I understand xpresstoyou may be quicker than australia post but many customers will not be home when delivery arrives and it is much easier to pick up from local post office than xpresstoyou depot. I will no longer be ordering from centrecom online.

I paid $22 for 1 day delivery and still have not recived my item i would expect a refund for my delivery to normal delivery

Centre Com deals in quality products and not cheap copies. Its communication and service is second to none with the whole transaction through to delivery being seamless.

Searching for specific products and Centre Com was substantially cheaper than other places.
Ordered, got confirmation next day and package received on day 1 of my delivery window.

I ordered desktop ram and was sent the same spec RAM but for a laptop. After many emails they agreed to a refund but charged a 25% restocking fee, plus I had to post it at my cost. Then, adding insult to injury they claimed that they never received it. Unbelievable lack of customer service. I will never buy anything from centre.com ever!
They behave like rip-off merchants and a simple bunch of thieves.

Have shopped with Centre.com for over 2 years now and find them to have a good range on popular tech products with competitive pricing. WIth no hidden fees for shipping and prompt attention to order servicing, they are my go to place for onlime shopping for tech products.

One of my worst buying experiences ever. After placing order via PayPal they wanted my utility bills and driver's license. I refused to provid this as I have no idea how secure this data will be with them, after arguing them all day they told me to cancel order and place with a CC, I did this and next day they wanted picture of my CC, utility bills and driver's licence and passport. This is ridiculous, treati g me like a thief. Extremely disappointed and will never buy from them. I will never provide this type of data to a online retailer.

I have been going to Centrecom for some years now, always a great experience. I have moved interstate and still have them as my go to option where possible. Placed an order a little under three hours ago and it has been processed, picked, packed and dispatched already!

I paid additional for a quick delivery but only part of my order was delivered and when I called the Customer Care team and asked why, it was the couriers problem and nothing they could or would do about it. They were adamant that as they had delivered part of my order on time, they had completed their end of the bargain and their obligations.
It took a lot of time on the phone being refused a refund of the additional money paid and then even longer to speak to a supervisor who also didn't care.
The second part of the order was eventually delivered very late in the day but had I not been pushing for a refund, I'm not sure it would have arrived.
Very poor customer service and will not purchase from them again.

I'm very please with the desktop I received. It shipped out right away and was in perfect working order when it arrived. The price was fantastic. I got a lot for what I paid.
As for AusPost, Centre Com required a signature on delivery. Not only did they not get a signature, they delivered it to the wrong address. That was yesterday and I checked tracking this morning and they show it delivered. Fortunately the person they delivered it to looked me up and brought it to me, or I would still be looking for my computer. When I rate shipping poorly, PLEASE UNDERSTAND it doesn't reflect on Centre Com. They did great.

My computer monitor faulted and Centrecom refused to refund me for the failed product (Within Warranty).

6-8 weeks for a replacement!

I had an order which contained the wrong case, so I contacted them and within 10 minutes they fixed it!

I purchased a Gigabyte Aero 15 OLED laptop and I found the screen has SERIOUS flaw (photos attached). Artifacts and green tint effects keep showing and bothering me whenever I use it.

I sent it back and was expecting I could get a full refund since the purchase was less than 2 weeks. Pre-paid postage was arranged, however, I were just told "No fault found" and they will send it back to me soon.

What a frustrating purchase experience!
I will NOT recommend anyone purchase anything from them until they care to solve the problem.

My order only takes two days to get in my hand, from Melbourne to Sydney. Meanwhile other parts of my new build, which ordered at the same time on Scroptec, were still processing.

I have purchased from CentreCom online store multiple time & have had "A Class" service every time without question. They have a massive in stock range at some of the best prices you can find (and most of the time the freight is free). Even when down the track I've had hardware failure (not their fault obviously) their support guys have sorted it out quickly for me.

I placed an order that qualified for free shipping. After placing the order, I wanted to add to it to make use of the free shipping, so I contacted Centrecom immediately inquiring if I could. I got a reply on a weekend and Jenjie was so helpful organising all of this. He even tried calling me multiple times to sort the issue out. Amazing customer service! Would give more stars if I could!

I ordered my monitor on a Sunday and it was dispatched the next day monday. Perfect - or well as near as!

While ordering I was not told that my email and the PayPal must match. I would have just used the PayPal email for the confirmation instead then. I ordered express and expected the item to be sent on Thu but instead they asked for ridiculous info such as utility bills and photo ID. I’m trying to buy a mouse, not a house. Now I’m stuck with their CS not replying to my cancellation request and them holding my money ransom..

Ordered one day, delivered to our door the next. Received items as ordered. Packaged well and arrived in good condition.

The products they sell are fine. No major issues so far. However they advertise the free advertising is AUSPOST then bait and switch and use a company that sends out messages saying they're going to deliver that day (no window), I called to ask an approximate time they said a window. 2hrs after that window I called the order was still in the warehouse. So I was left waiting at home for 2 days being given the wrong information 3 times all up.

Centercom service excellent, unable to comment on product as not yet arrived. Express post (at extra cost) via StarTrack absolutely woeful. Parcel arrives at Vic country depot and is still there 8 days after dispatch and customer service has no idea when it maybe delivered.

The headset I purchased was not compatible with xbox, I was not satisfied and will not purchase again, looked good though
