Close to perfect
Quoted estimate 11 working days delivery, car picked up on Thursday arrived the following Monday, 3 working days so fabulous service BUT not impressed that based on the original estimate I hired a car for 2 weeks, no refund for returning the hire car early so substantially out of pocket. More accurate info would have been appreciated.

Better than expected but poor overseas call centre
Was very nervous using a car transport company due to the mixed reviews. But the car arrived at the expected time which was a pleasant surprise and no damage.
The tracker worked well to see where the car was also.
Only downside was dealing with the offshore call centre people was a pain

They did what they said they would do
The car was picked at the time organised & it arrived on estimated due date undamaged from Central Queensland to South West Victoria . Only downfall is you can't track online but have to ring up & ask where it was on it's journey. Overall, very happy. We would recommend Ceva car carriers as a service. Another company said they couldn't do it because of the fires. I both sent & received the car.

Seamless experience with car transported across 3 states
Car was carried from NSW down across on the ferry then to Hobart CEVA depot- agent .
Once quoted with case Number was able to book the car with details of the pick up. Then track the car via the booking number as it progressed all the way.
It arrived 4 days earlier than estimated and Hobart depot driver rang us it was ready for pick up. Perhaps a bit more communication with their call center would help as they didn't know what was going on IE if we go there to get or wait on a call but the local carrier contact was good.
It worked out Cheaper to have it shipped down rather than the hassle to fly up get the car myself and drive down over a few days.

Seamless transfer
Seamless transfer of our car from Sydney to Cairns. It arrived safely and a few days earlier than expected. The staff were generally very helpful and polite.
Would recommend CEVA and use them again.

Great service, reasonable price.
Ceva team was flexible in making a number of changes to pick up arrangements and location. Car was collected on time and delivered ahead of planned delivery date. Vehicle was delivered in excellent condition from NSW to Victoria. Previously used their services to deliver a car from WA to Victoria. Great service. Very professional. Thanks.

Misled on delivery times, as well theft and damage
Did a few enquiries online for the transport of a normal car east/west. Finally decided on Ceva, due to the date of expected delivery. When I went ahead, the expected delivery time blew out by 10 days. Got back to Ceva, who explained, they were "busy" and now I will have to wait. Feel a little misled, as I would have gone with an alternative supplier. In short, what was looking like 2 weeks has now blown out to 4 weeks. Mine was online, then I confirmed over the phone and everything changed, which I was not totally aware of new expected delivery date. pretty disappointed and have to deal with alot on inconvenience. Will be very very aware next time! Well, Ceva has stolen by expensive keyring, as well damaged my car and even though there is documented evidence, including images, they are denying all responsibility. What a crooked irresponsible company. Beware everyone, Ceva warranty, is NOT worth the paper it is written on. I believe Ceva as a matter of practice deny virtually all claims, unless there is a road accident and irrefutable evidence from Police etc. Perhaps a formal complaint to Dept of Commerce will get Ceva to "man up" and behave like every other business. Be warned, you are "rolling the dice" using Ceva!!!!! Update; CEVA were reported to Consumer Protection, which mediates only, CEVA continue to deny responsibility for damage/theft, following this CEVA will be summons to Magistrates Court where they're practices will be tested under Consumer Laws.7 comments

ot. This is my daily driver and I will be without the car for more than 10 days more than expected. I went ahead with booking on understanding of 14/02. I feel it went astray when I spoke to a booking agent verbally who encouraged me to proceed with booking over phone. Once made and upon receiving the booking formally over email, the delivery date had blown out, which is why I am inconvenienced, annoyed and feel misled.Hey Bobby B, been 3 days now, any answers or better still, anything positive on late delivery times?? Efficient service and best value
We recently had our car transported from Melbourne to Brisbane. Aside from a slightly slow check-in (I'd hit a busy time of day), the process was smooth and straightforward. The car arrived north earlier than planned, intact and washed (thank you!). Friendly service at both ends, great communication when the car arrived, while the price was cheapest among the major players.

Worked fine for me.
I used the premium service for my Benz from Perth to Melbourne. It was not that much more expensive and the vehicle is under cover.
The car arrived 4 days eaarlier than quoted and all was good.
The only minor problem was trying to get the person from 'overseas' to understand me.

Supper service!!
The staff of this company is very professional and Friendly. I delivered 2 vehicle and 2 camper trailers to the perth depot and collected them at minto. Every part of this service was more than I ever wanted. They came through on price, logistics, and delivered my cargo within 11 working days as promised. This is a must for anyone looking at transporting their vehicles with ease and peace of mind

Stolen dash cam! Do not use this company for 2 main reasons!
1. Had my car moved from Melbourne to Perth and when I picked up the car the dash cam that was mounted to the windscreen was missing. When I contacted the warranty department they said nothing can be done. The least they can do is investigate who the thief is to prevent it from occurring to other customers This seems to be a common occurrence recently as my colleague’s friend who moved his car from Brisbane to Perth also had his dash cam stolen. On both occasions, the staff of CEVA in both Brisbane and Darwin were friendly, helpful and professional. Both vehicles arrived in excellent condition. Would highly recommend CEVA for vehicle transportation.

Professional and well equipped Company
I have my Mazda 3 relocated from Sydney to Brisbane with extra 60 kg baggage allowance. Both vehicle and packaged goods were inspected at Minto depot with high level of checks and records of the existing condition. I was impressed with the level of care taken, check-list documented. I also provided with agreed arrival and earliest pick up date. Clear communication and following up provided via internet tracking and informed an earlier arrival time in advance. I will definitely use CEVA again with peace of mind. Like to thank CEVA team team for high level of care and professionalism provided in relocating my vehicle without a scratch and dirt.

Fast delivery and handled with care
After much debate and reading reviews who to use i finally decided to go CEVA Premium Service. My car was picked up Monday from NT and i picked it up that same friday in VIC, couldnt beleive it. Veh was in perfect condition and not 1 scratch (which was my worst nightmare as veh was in immaculate condition)
Can't recommend them enough. If I had 1 issue, its the help line/phone booking seem to be outside Australia and you can barely understand 1 word they are saying. Luckily I got an email quote which helped as they had all the info. Big thanks to facebook online support being Bobby who was more than helpful, answering every question and was the reason why I decided on CEVA.
Very happy and will use again. Worth every part of the 5 stars

Overseas call centre & staff dont understand anything you ask of them
Delay after delay. 3 weeks on & collected my vehicle & there was damage, an empty fuel tank & random paperwork in the car. Something is not right.

No one ever got back to me. Called in the new year as I did not want to have to wait for a call back, again. Got through to the warranty team and was advised that what the lady had told me to do was not the procedure and that they had no record of me reporting this. They said that I would have to wait a week for them to investigate.. no worries... 9 days later no call back. Called again, to be rudely told that my warranty claim for the damage THEY CAUSED has been rejected and that they 'tried' to call me but I have no missed call, which they definitely did not call. Hi, currently getting a Mercedes sent from Melbourne to Perth. Car was picked up wednesday 8/1 & delivered to Melbourne DOCKS/PORT 10/1.
I have studied all the shipping movements out of Melbourne since it got there & the only chance the car has of making it here by the CEVA delivery date (22/1) is if it on the Caribbean Highway - currently just left Adelaide for Perth. Can you please tell me if my car is on that ship or still sitting at the Melbourne Dock?
If its still at the Dock it wont make the 22/1 date as I can see there are no more car carriers from there to Perth for well over a week. The booking number is 5065667 THANKS
