Classic car was delivered on time, the tracking information was up dated on a regular basis, and car was delivered in the same condition as when it was being shipped. Delivery personnel were of the older generation and knew what the choke was used for

I dropped the car off to an Agent in Cairns. they were easy to deal with and no fuss. the truck arrived in Melbourne ahead of schedule. Trying to book through customer service was painful. i had to organise the invoice to be made out to work as they were footing the bill. it took 4 phone calls trying to explain the same thing to finally get it right.

With the transport of a high end car, the car was moved to a location and was schedule for delivery taking seven days. Instead the car was moved to a location where it seemingly stayed for another 7 days, without any updated tracking information on when it would be delivered. You contact Ceva and get a call Centre in the Philippines, which proves no help. Called many times, they just read the screen that I could see with a backdated date for delivery. After contacting the dealer, calling Ceva many times, the car is delivered some two weeks after the car was given to Ceva, without explanation and they had scratched the wheel during transport. Very disappointing service.

Booked to have a caravan trailer picked up over the Christmas period, was picked up earlier then expected, and arrived in Perth a whole 8 days early! very easy, efficient and CHEAP company to use. great service when picking up the trailer at the depot. cannot recommend CEVA enough.

Found the website easy to use. Car collected from site in Sydney and delivered to our home in Melbourne 4 days earlier than promised. Competitive price and received call back promptly to a couple of questions I had.

Very disappointed. My car was transported from Melbourne to Perth. 1 week delayed, my car's Traffic Sign Recognition has been removed. An obvious theft, the warranty claim was not helpful

Ordered a perth to melbourne wrap premium car delivery service . Wouldnt use again. They are 4 days late couldnt confirm exact delivery and said delivery is only estimate yest state delivery service is between 7-10 days ................. Dont get fooled

I used CEVA to transport from Melbourne to Perth using an Express Service $1700, car took 12 days to arrive then sat in there depot for 14 days, unable to contact anybody except in the Philippines, what a joke and what disgusting service, they finally answered my calls and will deliver the car to my home address 17 days after arriving at depot!!!

Do not trust Ceva with your car transport
