Terrible Customer Service and Zero Care to my Brand New Vehicle
I have my brand new vehicle delivered by CEVA, which requested by a third party agent. I have most the terrible service in my life over all.
1. It took one month to deliver the vehicle.
2. Before CEVA collecting my vehicle, I have deeply clean it. However, once I received the vehicle, it was full of red dusk, even inside the bonnet. I have firstly contacted the service team. The lady answered my call once heard about my concern, she frequently cut me off and treated the customer very rudely.
3. After reaching the warranty team of CEVA, they basically ignored my concern and the dusk is caused due to environmental issue that they cannot warrant on this.
Poor communication even worse customer service
I was supposed to get my car delivered on 5th march 2021. No one called me the day before. Then on the day itself, I called Ceva who advised me my car will be delivered on next tuesday. I asked for a refund for the door to door delivery service. They said that's not in their policy. So basically I had to pay 70 bucks extra to get an uber to truganina to pick up my car, a service which I paid for which they refuse to deliver due to scheduling difficulties. It is unprofessional and simply a daytime robbery. They need to realise people need their

The customer service simply stated we can't offer a refund because that's not company policy. So basically your company can afford to not keep promises and when the expected service is not provided, you are more than happy to let the customer suffer. That's really awesome.10365919
Thank you, Dhee.
I will send you an email to discuss about the refund.

Delivery of a new vehicle I purchased from Melbourne to be delivered in Sydney went extremely smoothly and ahead of time. Tracking worked well and car delivered in tip top condition and was even hosed down so was nice and clean. The facility in Sydney was well protected from a security and weather perspective.
The customer service onshore is brilliant, friendly & courteous.
The customer service offshore leaves a lot to be desired. Staff are hard to understand and don't seem to know what is going on. This had the impact of lowering my confidence somewhat. As the frontline for CEVA's brand, I would be rethinking that if I was the CEO.
Terrible service
Worst service I have used. I had my car transported from NSW to WA. My bonnet got scratched, when I brought it up, the man brought my car around to the front implied that I was lying. There was significant delay and when I wanted my car to be delivered in the early afternoon, then refuse the service. I offered to pick up my car, they did not provide any address. When I want to update my current address after I moved into Perth, they refuse to take it from me. The call centre personnel were unfriendly. Also, someone working in the company stole some stuff in the car including my GPS. Overall, terrible work ethics within the company. Terrible experience every step of the way. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Great service
Highly recommended. Car arrived well ahead of schedule. All communication was great. Tracking system great. Everyone I spoke to super friendly and helpful. Thanks Ceva
I don’t usually write reviews But ...
why have a tracking system at all
Why even have a tracking system, its terrible. shows my car planned to be picked up 5 days ago at 8:51am. Since then, nothing!!!! Has the car been picked up? who knows? Is it sitting at Fisherman Isle as shown? Perhaps it's on the way, who knows? And dont even try and call, the customer service people are very hard to understand and not very helpful. Its obviously an overseas call centre. I've used Ceva a few times to move cars and to be fair, the cars have always arrived in good condition. But in this day and age, if you offer online tracking, it probably should work???

I'm sorry that you have to experience that.

I’d be very interested to know the location and expected arrival date of my car
Thank you, Gordon,
As I checked on your booking, the vehicle is now in transit going to Melbourne Wharf and the ETA is on 21st of February. It's still within the original ETA of 23rd of February.

I transport my car interstate 6 times per year on ceva premium encloses service.
Ceva provide a reliable service and the depot staff are always polite and helpful .however the car is always filthy when i get it back. It is Matte in colour and is always covered in greasy hand prints all over the drivers side roof / drivers door bonnet and boot. As the car is a light Matte finish it is so hard to remove these stains some are now permanent.
As I pay a premium for their premium service i would expect the truck driver to have clean hands when enteri
Need to ask more questions about vehicles conditions
Booked in a car transport service, everything seemed fine. They picked the car up from its location then said that the hand break does work so they left the car then wanted to charge a fee. They need to be more specific with asking questions about vehicles and actually tell you they can’t pick up a car with no breaks.
CEVA CAME GOOD
In Oct I slammed CEVA for ignoring a damage report due to my car being transported from Hobart to Perth. They have now paid for the damage to be fixed.

Best Service in a long long time, honestly!
I went to the front desk in Pinkenba unaware of the perfectly executed service i was about to recieve, this awesome, polite, professional, vibrant, lady a company could only hope for a representative like this. My vehicle was hand delivered by this wonder woman, representing the all the people involved in getting my rig here in safe hands. Well done everyone, from my brothers front door to me! I will never beat that service again, Damn;)
Ceva best logistics company by far
We have used other companies for transporting our vehicles and had all sorts of issues
Ceva by far the best transport company to deal with very professional.
Only be using Ceva from now on.
Dude, where's my car ?
Pick up was good and as discussed. The driver rang me prior to pick up. Just wondering where my car is ? I paid for delivery in 9 days. It's been 14 actual days now. When will it be delivered ?

Absolutely terrible service and co-ordination. Don’t use them.
Car booked weeks in advanced. No one showed to collect the car. They couldn’t sort it out even after 10 phone calls. Worst customer service ever. Whatever you do, do not use Ceva.
Useless would not even give me a qoute and told me to go to the nearest depo 500km away

The worst customer service ever experienced
I had a brand new car shipped from BNE to SYD. The day before I got a notification saying the vehicle had arrived at the depot in perfect condition and would be dispatched the following day. The following morning, an hour before it was to arrive, I receive a call saying there was a breakdown in communication and that my rear windshield had actually been shattered in transport (bird strike). Though this was a freak accident, what followed was the worst customer experience I have ever had. It took CEVA and its horrendous claims department more th
... Read moreat 2 weeks to organise a new rear windshield. As a small business at the busiest time of year (prior to Christmas), and who relies on my vehicle for deliveries, the financial loss and stress caused by the countless delays and lack of care was severe. Hours were spent on the phone with little to no follow up. The icing on the cake was that when then vehicle was finally delivered there was glass/debris still throughout, there was scratches from glass shards, and I had to push for a detailer to be organised (MORE TIME WASTED!). From the the initial phone call till delivery CEVA were a nightmare to deal with. IMO they simply do not care about their customers ...Beware and inspect inside and out when you pickup
Had my car transported from Melbourne to Darwin.
Upon collecting in Darwin, they told me to inspect the outside of the car for any issues and let them know if they were. I did and there were no issues on the outside.
Upon driving off, I noticed a smell. Pulled up and found that something was spilt in the vehicle - coffee or something on the passenger side that had caked onto the door jamb.
I made a claim and was told because I didn’t find it before I left, they are not responsible. I was also told they have a policy of ‘no food or drink’

Transport from Sydney to Rockhampton. Our car was collected by CEVA from the sales company on the 31/08/2020 and taken to CEVA depot. It stayed in the Depot for weeks until it was moved to their Brisbane Depot. The delivery date kept coming and going. They would notify us the day of delivery that the car had not been moved, after we contacted wondering where our car was. Finally our sales company gave us the CEVA manager's contact number who was rude and had no empathy for the situation. We asked for a refund so we could fly from Rockhampton to

I asked how it was possible that he could send our car from Brisbane back to Sydney straight away but couldn't get it from Brisbane to Rockhampton as paid for. He continued to be unprofessional and rude over the phone. On 28/09/2020, our sales company went above this manager and got us a refund. We then flew from Rockhampton to Brisbane to collect our car after almost a month of waiting.Couldn’t have cared less about my brand new car
CEVA vehicle logistics shipped my brand new car from Melbourne to Adelaide arranged by a third party. It was detailed after arrival then left under a tree for two days. Car with only 20km on the clock was filthy with leaves under the boot and bonnet, scuffs and dusty fingerprints inside. CEVA said this was not their responsibility and they couldn’t have been less bothered. Zero care or concern. The guy even said don’t bother writing a comment on the form when I signed for the car because it wasn’t their problem and I had no right to do so. I’d think twice about trusting this lot with your car if this is indicative of their level of care.
Worse Customer Service Ever, Do not use!!
I purchased a car from a Dealership in Perth and it had to be shipped to Melbourne, unfortunately the dealer picked CEVA to transport the car, three weeks later the CEVA tracking system says the car has been moved by road, spent 6 days on rail to Melbourne, by road again and day before its scheduled delivery into Melbourne the tracking system shows the car is being shipped back to Perth!! When you call you only get the Philippines call centre where nobody knows anything, only what the tracking system says. Absolutely hopeless. Do not use ceva, find another transport company. I’m still waiting to find out where my car is, nobody seems to know. What a farce.
Late, no responses, tracking system flawed
This company is just rude. They don’t call you back when they say they will, they don’t respond to emails AND the worst part is that their tracking system is a joke. Yet to move, planned, in Progress or completed. Pretty simple to understand status updates on each leg of the journey, right??? No, the tracking might show you that something is planned or maybe that it is in progress (or neither until it is completed). It is the worst. The estimated date doesn’t even update when it is in the past now??? I would not use again.
Pick up of car from Greys Auctions NSW
Great communication the office and Craig the driver rang me this morning and sorted out the lost paper work on the spot and collected car on time. Thank you. John
Ceva did what they were paid do.
Ceva were tasked to pick up my brand new car from a dealer in SE Melbourne and transport to Adelaide. Why it took 15 days to do so did cause me a lot of angst as I saw on their tracking website that it was simply sitting in their yard in Melbourne for 14 days. As you can imagine having a brand new car sitting in a busy freight yard for 2 weeks does cause concern to new car buyers. But to be fair and to their credit they transported the car to Adelaide in the time frame that they said they would and the car arrived as new, albeit dusty. But I wa
... Read mores ok with that. The staff at the Adelaide depot were really impressive. A couple of things Ceva should address though. 1. They should consider moving their call centre to Australia and give employment in these tough times to Australians who can better respond to local issues. Don't get me wrong, the call centre staff in the Philippines were pleasant enough but it's never the same as dealing with locals. 2. Surely 15 days is too long to transport a car from Melbourne to Adelaide. Now if this is standard it should be recorded on their website with explanations as to why, if for nothing else, than to assuage customers anxiety. Other than that, Ceva did what they said they would do, and really, that's what their business model is.Good not perfect
The website wouldn’t let me book a drop off at the depot next day rather needed to be more then 24 hours but calling them it wasn’t a problem. So the website isn’t perfect and the estimated timeframe has been shorter but that’s not much of a problem
Worst Customer Service - Speaking to Robots every time I call
Called CEVA 4 times since 8am today as the car was supposed to be picked up today. They said, operations can't pick up the car today so will pick up tomorrow and I said why the car is showing "Yet to be moved" instead of "planned" on the online tracking portal. I kept calling why it's not showing Planned/Confirmed pick up yet and these people based overseas saying they have no way to call or contact the operations team other than email. Since this morning, they apparently have sent 3 emails and nothing is changing.

He came back from hold and suddenly said, I "CALLED(Remember all previous people said they can't call) the operations team and they have called the pickup location and arranged pick up for tomorrow". Took a lot longer to come over than quoted. Had to chase up if it was ready for pick up as i was not contacted. Call centre overseas so very hard to understand and no one gets back to you. The number for the Perth depot just rings out. Email is pointless you never hear back.

Firstly, my car was collected on time and before the time stated which was good as I was ready anyway, and delivery of my car was on time and also before the allocated time, which again was good as I was ready to receive my car. I went around and checked it on the outside as all was in order, so I was happy about that, BUT something wasn't right when I opened my car boot nothing was as it should have been. Excellent customer services
I had my car transported twice by Ceva. Very happy with their services. I had to change my flight schedule and was wondering if they could pick up the car before my departure. The NSW fleet manager made it happened. He is very helpful and reliable. I will definitely recommend Ceva to my friends, family and colleagues.
Easy to book and have heard good reviews on the compony
the delivery has not happened yet so i dont know what to expect from the company but i have heard great reviews so i am hoping for the best and great customer service
Use a reliable company instead.
This has to be the most awful experience I have ever had with the transportation of a vehicle. Zero customer service. I spent 57 minutes waiting to speak to someone to be told I would receive a call back. I am still waiting 3 days later.
Easy to book
CEVA’s bookings process was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. I received instant confirmation of my booking and follow emails. Would recommend to family and friends. Great service

CEVA Car Transport is Excellent
Each time i use this company i am pleased with all aspects of it, the price is great, communication is great, and the people at each point of contact are just pleasant to deal with. I have never had an issue, cars always arrive un-damaged. Great!!
Not Happy! - Car transport Melb/Perth.
Do not use this company to transport your vehicle. No care and take no responsibility when damage occurs. Damage to electric internal hood release button when they jump started car and said they don’t cover internal damage?
Pickup and delivery Brisbane to Sydney
Ford Cortina dropped into Brisbane Ceva and staff parked car inside safely. Booking process very easy and quickly confirmed by email.
Cortina delivered to Sydney private address on time and NO DAMAGE. Driver excellent to deal with and would highly recommend. Thanks.
So far so good
The online booking process very easy to follow.

Can not complain about the service moving my vehicle, booked and delivered within the time frame I was given and with no damage. The tracking info was mostly accurate. BUT trying to talk to the so called customer care line is another thing, had trouble even understanding the person on the other end of the phone and basically they did not have a clue what I was asking them,
