Was very pleased that our car arrived 8 days earlier than quoted, price was reasonable and the car arrived without any issues.

Tracking system could do with some improvement as the departure and arrival times were a bit all over the place.

I recently had a car transported from Melbourne to Brisbane. The online booking was simple to complete, the price very competitive and the service level was excellent. I was provided with an accurate schedule and CEVA called when the car arrived. I needed a vin number to allow me to register the car and the CEVA agent was happy to head out to the yard to take a few photos of the vehicle ID plates, saving me a long trip to collect the details in person. The car was washed on delivery and the staff where very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The car was delivered in perfect condition. The service was great all round.

Delivered my FPV in under a week from pick up! Kept up to date with the status on their live system, which was easy to use. Highly recommended and will certainly use again

Tracking information was timely as promised. Vehicle arrived one day early and I was able to collect it that day. Office staff at Brisbane office was terrific. All online staff were very helpful.

It took over a month to send our new car from Melbourne to Perth? Extremely poor service when you are paying for a vehicle you cannot use. Upon contacting Ceva Logistics, several times, no answers were provided - shame on you! What happened to good, old-fashioned customer service? When the car eventually did arrive, the Activity Key was missing (worth $150.00) and Ceva will not honour the replacement of the said Activity Key - apparently the pictures from the Car Dealership were not enough evidence to confirm the key ever existed. At this time, with all that is going on in the world, this is BAD service!!!

Ceva were very good to deal with. A great price and excellent service. I have sent several cars up from Melbourne to Brisbane with Ceva and all arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition

Most stressful time of my life
- Tracking stopped working for a period of 2-3 days, extremely stressful.
- Vehicle report when dropped off at depo was so incorrect i thought it may have been for another car. How can someone be so incompetent at their job?
- 1x Set of Keys Stolen/lost and owners manual Stolen. After reading and researching about Ceva this is a common occurrence.

Car arrived few days late (not to bad)

I used CEVA Logistics to transport our Mustang which was purchased from a collector in Darwin and transported to Adelaide. They handled the entire process expertly and efficiently. They nursed it with kid gloves and our appreciation goes to not only to the driver for getting it here in it's pristine condition but also to the service we received from Lisa at the depot in Adelaide. She stayed at work for a half hour giving us a chance to pick up the car before she closed off the depot. I wil always use CEVA from now onwards.

These guys were amazing to deal with all round! From the booking process, to the tracking of vechile online and delivery which was spot on time. Very happy with the service and price of Ceva, after being mucked around and abused by another car transport company who have stolen $1600 from us and won't communicate now. But just glad they didn't get our car. And glad we got these guys to do the job! Thank you again.

I nervously booked my very special car to carried from Brisbane to Melbourne on premium booking, there were floods and wild weather up north. My car arrived on time and when I flew to Melbourne to collect l found it tucked in a very large very clean shed,out of the weather and harms way. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Loved my CEVA experience.

Very professional company, i drop the car depot in Sydney because i have some goods in the car, delivery to Darwin, and arriving earlier as schedule, no anything broken, all in good condition, tracking information shows arrive QLD first, then delivery to Darwin

Sending car from NT to VIC. Was easy to organise and car arrived a week earlier than expected which was nice. Also super useful being able to send a boot load.
