Great service, quicker than expected
Sending car from NT to VIC. Was easy to organise and car arrived a week earlier than expected which was nice. Also super useful being able to send a boot load.

Very happy with service
In Feb 2020 I got a Hyundai i30 transported from Melb to Bris. The car arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Going to pick up the car, I realised Ceva is a huge transport company and is not an Agent for other companies which is good. The price was the best of about 6 quotes I got. Only a few negatives:
- Tracking on the website doesn't match what actually happened. I got an email that the car had departed, but the website thought it departed 2 days later. It arrived 2 days before website said it would. Having correct information helps make plans to get delivery, so the tracking needs to be looked at.
- I sent 2 emails, I didn't get a reply to either. Was able to speak to someone by calling.

Great company to deal with, very professional!
We recently purchased a Tundra ute interstate and CEVA transported it up to us. Very professional company to deal with, arrived in the stated time in perfect condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Pricing was good, very competitive.

Car arrived safely.
Very happy with the transport of my car. Staff at the Wingfield depot helpful and friendly.
Trying to organise the booking was a nightmare! Talking to people who didn’t understand what I was saying and who didn’t call back with quotes meant that it took me the best part of a week and several phone calls to get the job done. The call centre option will cost you business!

I used Ceva twice from QLD to WA and back.
On the way in QLD TO WA I had a windscreen crack and they said it was a workmanship problem because it had been replaced a few weeks before. I had problems claiming warranty with Obrien glass because they said it was Ceva and that they had those cracks all the time from new vehicles bla bla anyway had a hard time but ended up getting a warranty replacement.
On the way back WA TO QLD was perfect no issues not a scratch and nice and clean.

Very happy with the service
I had a car sent from Melbourne to Perth right in the middle of the bush fires, was a bit worried but CEVA worked out a way to get it here by ship I think. It took a bit longer than originally promised but I was kept informed of any delays and it arrived safe and sound to my door. Very happy with the service and have no complaints at all.

Multiple items stolen out of car, Ceva don't care Please use another carrier
Had car transported from Sydney to Perth. On top of being 2 weeks delayed in transit I've had $900 worth of items stolen of my car. Ceva warranty took a week to reply to my response after I sent multiple emails, their response was 'we can't locate your items in any lost and found areas'. A quick search of these review will indicate that many items are clearly stolen from cars whilst in transit. Ceva are not interested in covering any of the stolen items.
Please do not use Ceva, they're cheap for a reason.

DO NOT USE CEVA!!!!
I purchased a vehicle from Perth to be transferred to Victoria. They left me in the dark, didn’t reply to phone calls, emails etc.
Eventually got through to them only to be told to that they had no idea where my car’s location was!!!!
Oh and to top it off they give you a tracking number which isn’t updated on there online service. To this day I’m still waiting for it!!!!!

Don't use for old or classic cars
1. We explained that it was a 1970’s classic car and that not everyone could drive it (don’t be silly we were told, they do this for a living).
2. When it arrived and my wife was made to sign (I wasn’t there and she is not able to drive the car) it was driven straight into the garage.
3. When I went to drive it a few days later it transpired that the handbrake had been yanked so hard the hand break cable had snapped and the rear brakes were fully on.
4. When we contacted them to explain, again we were fobbed off with ‘it is mechanical damage and you signed’. - no accountability or responsibility
Now have an un-drivable car that we need to foot the bill for repair.

Don't ever get or deal with ceva transport
I booked in Late December a car to be taken from Melbourne to Hobart arranged for January 29th. I took a day off work without pay and they never turned up no call from them I had to call them late in the day and it was arranged for the following week to pick the car up. Car arrived in good condition, but delivery botched
Customer was both Sender and Receiver.
Car sent on time: I drove it to CEVA's Perth depot for transportation to Victoria.
After it arrived in Melbourne, CEVA rang me on Monday to confirm my delivery address and a delivery time between 2:00pm and 5:00pm the next day. Highly stressful experience.
A rollercoaster experience to say the least. Everything seemed perfect upon dropping off our 2 cars at the Perth depot - thorough inspections and fantastic customer service. Suddenly, our cars were separated for no reason provided to us (one by road, the other by sea), and significantly delayed, also with no reason provided to us. not, or would pull up my partner's previous booking information from 2017 and insist this was the inquiry we were making. My partner's car was damaged in the process, and was just sitting in Port Melbourne for over a week with no communication to us. The customer service at the Melbourne depot has been wonderful, however if it wasn't for the efficiency in following up of our moving manager that booked this service, I fear this could have been even more frustrating than it was. Terrible customer service
My second vehicle move with Ceva and on both occassions delivery was delayed, with no advice from Ceva until the day before delivery. Terrible call centre service, unhelpful but apologetic.

Amazing, fast easy to deal with an amazing price
I was the receiver and was very happy with the quality of support and service the car was well presented when I picked it up. Receptionist was lovely made everything easy and Ceva was a pleasure to deal with.

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL
I dont understand how it takes this company 2 weeks to deliver a vehicle 6 hours away (Perth-Kalgoorlie) dumbfounded to be honest, across state is understandable but 6 hours come on. Rang multiple times just got the same answer never had updates for the status on the website for the whole 2 weeks and then finally when it did they wrote it was ENROUTE at 2:16pm the day before the date actually LISTED on tracking, how does that even work! Would not recommend

Worst experience i have ever encountered with a company in Australia
We booked a pick up at home in Western Australia and drop off at new home in Queensland booking number 3005677. We did this through a third party company who were transporting our household goods, who use CEVA for the car transportation. Well, it started with CEVA claiming that they couldn't pick our car up at our WA address on time so I had to drive it to their depo and get a taxi home which cost $60. l set for our flights back to Queensland and CEVA had been paid. I was told by CEVA that the car would be delivered to Queensland address on the 7th Feb 2020 and at the very latest the 11th Feb. Well the car is just arriving in Melbourne and they reckon it wont be delivered until 19th Feb at least. I have explained to the overseas staff on several occasions that I have a wife and 5 young children that are reliant on the car. However these overseas staff could not give a stuff and fob me off each time by saying that they will email operations to see what they can do with no reply. I have phoned eight times and get the same "we are sorry Mister Millar and we understand you are not happy, we will email operations again" to no avail. This company disgusts me with its lack of customer care and the way it just expects you to be ok with taking whatever time it chooses to deliver the car. I even had the call center staff say, Mister Millar we had a backlog due to Bushfires, which I would accept but then he goes on to say that I could have paid extra to have a much quicker time. So the Bushfires wouldn't effect the people that paid more would they? Absolutely disgusted with this company and would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone, and I will be updating social media each day it continues to be late7 comments

Hi, currently getting a Mercedes sent from Melbourne to Perth. Car was picked up wednesday 8/1 & delivered to Melbourne DOCKS/PORT 10/1.
I have studied all the shipping movements out of Melbourne since it got there & the only chance the car has of making it here by the CEVA delivery date (22/1) is if it on the Caribbean Highway - currently just left Adelaide for Perth. Can you please tell me if my car is on that ship or still sitting at the Melbourne Dock?
If its still at the Dock it wont make the 22/1 date as I can see there are no more car carriers from there to Perth for well over a week. The booking number is 5065667 THANKS
