Avoid this company at all costs!
I have never come across such poor customer service. 4 phone calls and 4 emails over 10 days and still nobody bothers to get back to me. When you finally do get to speak to someone they say the person you need to speak to is in a meeting and will call you back but they never do. The Package I sent arrived broken with sharp glass everywhere - a real health and safety hazard for someone opening it. The delivery guy just left it on the doorstep and ran, and when confronted the driver just drove off saying it was the senders problem.

USELESS!!!!
Stay away from this company.
They are still to pay me back my refund for cancel service since 16th of Jan 2020.
They emailed me asking the airway bill number which I provided and never heard back from them again after sending numerous emails and processed a dispute via Pay Pal.
They are a joke, scammers!!!!

Does not ship anywhere!!!
I called to get a quote to ship my package to Kenya and they said they don’t ship there. To me that’s extremely misleading and disappointing considering their name is Ship2Anywhere! Otherwise the customer service operator was very polite and apologetic.

Zero communication
While trying to send a large and expensive package I wanted to double check the quote and extra charges BEFORE booking a pickup.
So I called them, the person was out, they'll call you back I was told. No call.... Emailed them..... No response. Called them again, the person is out for a minute, they'll call you back. I still have not received a call.
I used another service simply because if they're this bad before getting my money I can't imagine what it would take to resolve an issue if something was to get damaged etc.

Fine in the end but there are things you need to know.
I booked freight for a used engine from the US to Australia. We paid approximately an extra $65 for extra insurance. At no time during the booking process did I notice any mention of any exclusions or explicit requirements for specific freight items. The engine was not collected as originally booked, so I rang up Ship2Anywhere to find out what happened. I was first told that as it was a used engine, I was not covered for insurance _at all_, so my $65 was useless and I also didn't get the automatic $500 coverage. They refunded my $65 no pro...Read more
blem (but I would never have known had I not rung up). I was also told I'd need extra documentation on the seller's business letterhead regarding the engine cleaning. It was hard to get details of exactly what documentation I needed and what to do if the seller didn't have a business letterhead... In the end, the pickup was rescheduled, the documentation was accepted and it all went flawlessly. The booking process was like pulling teeth but it worked out great in the end. My recommendation would be to ring them and discuss what you're wanting to ship/freight to see if there are any gotchas. I rang many times whilst trying to sort things out, and I always got someone on the phone and I did get good answers/information. If you ring them first and make sure you know what you're in for, then I think it's definitely worth it.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Took a risk but it paid off.
I used these guys to ship an engine from Adelaide to the USA. Went perfectly and the engine was with it's new owner three days later. The same engine was lost in the system by Fedex and refused passage in the end. I had to get it sea freighted in the end.
Pack and Send used DHL and the combo worked perfectly and cheaper than sending DHL direct if you don't have an account with them.

Keep away from them. Terrible company. BAD SERVICE!!!!!
Worst company I have ever used in my life. Documents don't load and the website always crashes. They loose your parcels and hold your parcels...Parcels get damaged. Take money out of your bank without asking. You call them and the phone just rings out. Takes days for them to answer emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BEWARE!

Don't even consider using them
Ship2anywhere provide terrible service. Their website commonly has problems with it, the documents will not load, payment will be processed twice etc. Then on top of this the phone always rings out and they're not contactable if ever you have a problem. Save yourself the stress, use someone else!

Be Prepared For Some Headaches. Not Good Enough To Warrant Taking A Risk With Your Shipment.
As a first time user, I called Ship2Anywhere ("S2A") on Thursday 9 December 2015 to ask details about how to send a parcel to the UK. Their website does NOT say that you MUST print about 5 pages of shipping related documents and labels (to give to the pickup driver). It only tells you need to print after you PAY. The explanation of "how to" send a parcel on their website is misleading in this regard as it makes NO mention of needing to print. The pickup was on Thursday 10 December 2015, and I had all the documentation ready with the package. Th...Read more
e driver picked up on his second run, he did not wait even a minute until I could get to the door quick enough on his first call but it was eventually picked up at 1:30pm. S2A use "DHL Express" and DHL often use a "third party" (in my case "COURIERS PLEASE") in my Victorian country region, which is only 90 km from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. The predominant carrier used by S2A to ship overseas is "DHL Express". This is where the trouble lies: too many links in a long chain of various carriers spells trouble. Couriers Please is, I believe, owned by the Singapore Post Group. They handed my package to TOLL FREIGHT (why I do not know) in Melbourne at ALTONA, and guess what - it is STILL in Melbourne! I had to make 7 phone calls to DHL (Tracking Number provided) and to S2A since last Thursday 9 December 2015. Today is Monday 14 December 2015. So this the FIFTH day and my package is still sitting in MELBOURNE! DHL assured me when I called them over the past 4 days that my parcel was "due to be delivered in the UK on Monday 14 December 2015.". However when I called them today again, they said it was "lost" but they would "get back to me later today" and when I called S2A to complain, they confirmed my package was "somehow" still SITTING in the Toll depot at Altona in MELBOURNE. They too assured me they would "get back to me." $100 for a 3 kilo package to the UK and all these headaches. My advice: STEER well clear of S2A. They have no credibility in my opinion. Sure, anything can go wrong but their whole business model is built on a service to price ratio. Their service stinks, and price is only marginally better than "International Express Post" at your local Australia Post Office. You make your choice but the reviews mounting up AGAINST S2A tell their own sorry story.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Warehouse closed. Didn't inform customers
Used Ship2Anywhere to buy in US and ship to Australia. Had two items in their warehouse and another on way. After a few days of being unable to log in to their online system we contacted the Australia office to learn that their warehouse had closed and all items were being returned to sender. While they claim it was outside their control, they made no effort to inform us, the customer, or help retrieve our items.

Good experience
Used 4 times for post in Australia and to the United States. Never had a problem. Courier comes to your door, items are delivered. Rates are comparatively good.

I have been using them for over 2 years and never had a problem
I get the best shipping rates from Australia to the USA with DHL using ship to anywhere. The DHL driver comes to pic the parcels up at my place always during the estimated time frame. I have used them over 100 times and the only issue I once had happened with Toll, the courier, not with them.

poor customer service beware
Ship2Anywhere.com.au, is being promoted by eBay as a good shipping solution........... I have one word, BEWARE.
I rang them 10 days ago after checking rates, I logged in direct to their site and also through Ebay. There is supposed to be a big saving for ebay customers, there was no difference.
So I rang them, a rep. could not give me rates or savings over the phone and needed to come out look at our shipping history and then give us a rate that would be "his words... A lot cheaper than AustraliaPost and with full tracking".
I happily made ...Read more

Still waiting..bad service
I purchased some goods form Amazon and they arrived promptly at the US warehouse prior to xmas. I am still awaiting these goods to be delivered to Aus almost 3 weeks later. The tracking numbers provided on the website come up as invalid so have no idea where parcels are. Made 3 calls to the Australian call centre. First time was told sorry we usually use DHL and don't know what this tracking number is..can't help you. Second time they said they would speak with US warehouse and call me back-nobody called me back. Third time they identified the ...Read more
parcels were still at warehouse and that they are using Australia Post which could take 10-20 business days to reach Aus. The tracking numbers don't even work on Australia Post website either. Terrible service
This is now the 4th time (in a row) that I have had to chase up a parcel. Every single time it'fs taken over a week to get my parcel. With a couple being over two weeks! Considering you are paying for a premium service, I find this unacceptable! If I didn't chase up my parcels would still be sitting in australia!!
Seriously get your stuff together, this is not the first timer, it just keeps happening time and time again!

Very happy with the service and price
I wanted to send my used mobile phone to my sister based in Canada. After getting quotes from a few different companies I found the quote from Ship2Anywhere very competitive. They picked up the parcel from my home and it was delivered to my sister within couple of weeks. Very happy with the entire process!
The cost and the ease of the entire process

Beware! beware! beware! Do not use this company!
Goods purchased apparently disappear from their warehouse?? Customer service shocking and worse since their outsourcing to a Philippines call centre.
Zero accountability from management for any company wrong doing!! As a customer you are left with no avenue to challenge or escalate these issues to.
Steer clear!
Massive lack of accountability for any lost/stolen/missing items from management

Co-founder admitted to me a lot of their parcels are Stolen!
I used the service for two parcels. After some difficulties I contacted [name removed] one of the founders of the site. He promised me that nothing would go wrong.
Well, my $1500 worth of goods never arrived. When I contacted the founder he told me (I wrote it down as couldn't believe); "a lot of our parcels were stolen in delivery" and they were talking to their people. Great, a service where the founder knows parcels are being stolen and he doesn't fix anything.
When I contacted the other founder and told him this was unacceptable [na...Read more
me removed] he told me that I would not get a refund and he didn't care. So they loose $1500 of my stuff, say that a lot of their things are stolen and wont even comply with Australian consumer law. He then kept on asking me where I work ( yep werdo!) and threatened to contact my boss after I said I would talk to some journalists. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Avoid these people. They admitted a lot of their packages are stolen. Then they threaten to contact your employer - I think the founders are in over their heads. Having the founder say many of their packages are stolen and then having my job threatened by [name removed].Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
