I am currently at initial stage with Champion Homes. I have had a very good pre-build experience with Design Consultant, Laurent Laroche. He is very prompt in replying to all my enquiries and ensures that all my questions are answered. He goes beyond to provide an excellent customer experience and does his best.

I found Morgan Notley to be a highly responsive and professional project manager in providing a concept design and Tender for our property in the inner west of Sydney. A benefit of Champion is that they have standard designs that fit narrow lots that you often find in Sydney.

Highly recommended for their proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.

I am very impressed with the maintenance department of Champion Homes in particular with the coordinator, Alison. Alison is very prompt in resolving issues I called about and is very methodical. She is friendly and very reliable. I can always rely on her help when needed. She is a great asset to Champion Homes.

we would Like to tell you more about the Salesperson Mr Laurent Laroche, he is such a nice and kind person, his communication skills and personality is Impeccable, though we could not get the land to build our Dream house he had tried his best to do his best to acquire it for us, he had offered a lot of perks and inclusion and guidance in saving costs.

Highly recommended builder, very approachable and like many others has commented, Laurent (Display Home at Oran Park) is quite helpful and always ready to go the extra mile. Just make sure you do your homework and leave the rest to the Champions.

I found working with Morgan Notley at Champion Homes in designing my new dwellings and obtaining approvals to be a very satisfying experience. I am not experienced and I relied on Morgan's expertise and advice significantly, especially in dealing with Council and its approval requirements. I found him informative and patient, an absolute gem. I look forward to commencing on the build and finishing my dream project. I found the team to be brilliant in their customer service.

I am in the initial stages of our home with Champion Homes and so far the journey has been smooth. I would like to mention Pre construction experience has been awesome with Laurent (Oran Park). He is very helpful, professional, easy to contact and is always happy to assist with any queries. I remember emailing him at all hours of the day to ask questions or get some more information and he never hesitated to call me and explain everything. Excellent work Laurent.

We can’t thank Laurant Laroche from the Oran Park display centre enough for his exceptional customer service, he made the whole process a breeze and helped us immensely with customising the house to suit our block. Champions homes, Bill Veljanovski made our pre build experience stress free and very easy. He took the weight of our shoulders, supplying us with the right advice and always having our best interest at heart. His experience helped us choose the products right for our custom design duplex and his approachable manner allowed for any of our questions to be answered with ease. He followed up the process with the council, informing us of any progress being made. For our pre-build experience, we had a fantastic experience with Laurent Laroche. He helped guide us from the type of house we would purchase, to what changes were recommended or what his previous clients had experienced and in overall it made me feel completely comfortable knowing he knew what he was doing and was always putting the customer first. We made a couple of changes to our bathroom and he was always happy to accommodate our requests and provided quotes and answered our questions efficiently. I would highly recommend anyone to see Laurent and the Champion Homes team.

Being a young Australian, often the thought of buying your very first own home can be incredibly daunting. We visited the Oran Park Display Homes and have found one of the staff, Laurent, to be one of the most incredibly helpful and informative staff. He answered our list of questions we had and went through (very succinctly) all the paperwork ensuring we left with all our questions answered.
