We always purchase this insurance for seven years. But this time that I need to make a claim, they are not very helpful. Always purchased this insurance through Philippine airline. When our flight was cancelled, I rang them to book me another flight, they told me to booked it my self which cost me another money cause my refund won’t get into my account for a month. So if I don’t have any extra money to booked another flight I’m unable to attend or go on my dream holiday. My claim is only worth 250 dollars but they end up telling me I have to pay my excess worth 250 so end up claiming nothing. Not worth it to have insurance just save ur money in the future if incase this kind of situation happens to you.

Had taken out travel insurance with Air Asia - Tune Protect Travel Air Asia.
We were forced to cancel all travel plans when I was admitted to hospital for an urgent operation. Chubb handled my claim for flights and accommodation promptly and efficiently and having experienced such excellent customer service I would certainly recommend this coverage.

Holiday claim was settled with money deposited into our account within 72 hours of making the claim. The process to make the claim was simple and straight forward. The policy itself was very competitively priced. Hubby and I are very happy customers!

Basically don’t book cheap travel insurance or dodgy airlines. Both will screw you. Chubb representatives lied to me on the phone regarding policy coverage multiple times and it was even stated in my contract. They denied a claim for a cancelled flight beyond my control and refused to issue a refund. This insurance company is truly pointless.

I had travel insurance with them, My flights were canceled due to terrorist attacks.After filling 2 hours of paper work I was told they do not refund or honor terrorist attacks. Chubb get you head out of your pot hole, look around. We are living in a world of terrorist and you run a insurance company that do not pay for terrorist attacks. What a joke.

Used a few comparison sites looking for travel insurance for a future holiday. Haven’t booked any yet as still looking around but keep receiving emails from this company saying that I have booked my insurance with them and asking for payment. Have clearly not booked at all with them but have received about 5 emails demanding payment in 48 hrs.

They have charged me 3 times for a travel insurance policy to which they never sent the policy confirmation & they are not refundiing my money giving me the run around passing the buck saying that they havent taken my money from my account. Yet my bank has confirmed they have taken the money off my card. Dont hand over any card details as you’ll have a fight getting your money back from them, money they shouldnt of taken in the first place.

Not worth it. Must avoid. Rude customer service.
