We have just had a pool installed by Classic pools. their salesmanship, customer service and professionalism was first class. Soren delivered what he said he would, and put up with numerous delays in the project. Pool was installed and any issues evolving on the day were quickly dealt with.

I would highly recommend Classic Pools as everything ran like a well oiled machine.
All tradies were friendly and on time and if you had a question they were happy to help.
Steve, Leisa were our builders and were lovely to deal with.
We couldn’t be happier with our pool.

We use the pool most days and so far it is easy to maintain. The cleaning equipment that came as part of the package is easy to use. We used a recommended builder to construct and we were happy

I have twice had dealings with the salesman at this company. Once on the phone and once face to face. Don’t go there!!! He’s an arrogant angry know it all who gets aggressive when you don’t hang off his every word and dare to ask questions. He actually yelled at me when I told him we better just forget it. Nasty horrible and if the other 1 Star reviews are anything to go by not the first time. Save your money.

Great company to deal with for purchase of pool. I will use pool everyday I can. Pool is easy to maintain and has solar heating. Easy and helpful company. Delivery was simple.

We love our pool the kidz use it on the hot/warm weather..

We are super happy with our pool, we shopped around at different pool shops but once we found classic pools we looked no further. The service was outstanding, and they were super friendly. We asked for a deepend in our pool and they made it happen without any hesitation. Thank you Mark Hickey and team we are so thankful for everything. Our kids are over the moon with the new pool. I am very unimpressed with the quality and service I have received since having a Classic Pools pool installed just under 4 years ago. This was to replace a Clark pool that I installed 35 years previously. Initially the installers had difficulty installing the liner and the skimmer box. I have had to replace the pump and just under 12 months ago I noticed a water bubble appear on the outside of the pool wall. I contacted the installer who had never seen this happen in his 40 years of installing pools. He contacted the Vic branch of Classic Pool...

Easy to maintain. Easy instructions on how to maintain.
Eventhough not quite summer we have used the pool everyday since installation. Looking forward to summer days in the pool with the grand kids.

Got a replacement for my 15 yr old classic pools 10 x 5.5mt with deep end. Mark looked after me & added a salt water option this time. I hope this one lasts as well as the old one.

Bought a new salt water filter system for our pool. We had looked at another national brand who tried to sell us a heap of stuff. The team at Classic Pools helped me figure out was wrong and gave me options. No trying to sell me what I did not need. Very helpful and very honest. Mark at Classic Pools provided excellent customer service,Courtney arranged fast turnaround on our liner. Pool is high quality and looks fantastic. Steve & Lisa installed our pool, were professional and did a fantastic job. Shout out to their team mate (sorry forgot his name) that helped with the install & explained the filter and salt water system to us. Would definitely recommend Classic Pools & their installers + their excavators to anyone looking to purchase a pool.

Our experience with Mark and his team was excellent. We purchased a custom sized above ground pool for our new swim school. Mark went above and beyond to help us get this delivered on time ready for installation, even though our Council approval was delayed and we were looking at Christmas closures.

The pool is very solid and well built, more than capable of handling the bather load that we had. The additional skimmer boxes and returns included far exceeded the quantity of other options we looked at and proved invaluable in terms of optimising...

I ordered a lap pool and was expecting a rectangular shape as per photo and was sadly disappointed to receive something that looks like a normal oval pool and to be told that's the lap shaped pool! You be the judge.

Not giving full information at the time they wanna sell. Very arrogant staff when we call Springvale staff. Avoid this company. You will not get the good service from them.

We were very excited about getting our beautiful big pool 12.6 x 6.4 m and having it professionally installed. One month over 3 years, the liner has failed. We got this pool to help our grandson with muscular dystrophy and to say we are crushed that not only has the liner failed, but we watched 120,000 litres of water wash down our paddock into our stock dam.To say we are devastated to have lost around $2500 worth of water is an understatement. The warranty needs to be discussed with customers, as we had no idea it didn't cover the liner mater...

From day 1 we had nothing but problems from dealing with [name removed] and [name removed] and the dodgy build, up to now dealing with [name removed] and [name removed] and how they won't even replace the blanket and its under warranty they say its our fault. We don't even use chemicals we use a professional to clean our pool we follow care instructions for the blanket and this happens. We were put in touch with Mark from Classic Pools over a year ago when we started our quest to open a swim school. Being from Sydney we were a little hesitant in putting our trust in a company out of state however Mark's knowledge and professionalism throughout the purchase process was amazing. We had to do some council wrangling and, again, Mark's assistance with any of our requests was invaluable. He was also able to push to meet our rather tight delivery timeline after council approval right on the Christmas closure period.

We have just completed installation and the pool is of outstanding quality. We can't thank Mark enough and have no hesitation in recommending Classic Pools, great customer service experience!
