I purchased the Sandy Cove Climbing Frame a month ago and it’s been a huge hit with my 2 young kids. It’s safe, solid, and has plenty of different things for them to enjoy. Having spoken to a sales person on the phone prior to making an online purchase, I had a couple of questions to ask, they were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Purchasing it online it was very simple to do and the delivery time to my home was spot on the day it was promised. The set arrives in many pieces so be prepared to invest some time in putting this together. But once done, it’s fantastic! Great quality and sturdy, our daughter loves it!

Very happy with the quality of this product. The only downside was the difficult set up. Required hiring professionals (took 8
Hours for 2 men). Once set up the playset is exactly as expected and exceed my expectations.

The best purchase we have made for years! We have 3 kids between 3 and 6 and they each love playground. I was worried about spending so much money but it’s has already paid off after only 2 months of setting up. The kids are outside getting active and having fun and we are able to sit and watch without lifting a finger. Seriously recommend! Build took 1.5 days for 3-4 adults but we made a day of it with music and BBQ so it ended up being a fun experience too.

It took a little bit to get in sync with what was going on with the instructions but once I had that sorted it was pretty easy to put together. Finished product has been great for us.

Was exactly what was described and even measurements were spot on. So easy to deal with and delivery was worked around me. Would purchase from them again. And recommend to anyone.

I ordered the Sandy Cove climbing frame for my grandson for Christmas. The pictures on the website showed a contoured glider seat but the glider seat I got was hard plastic, no contours and looks cheap and nasty. When I pointed this out the consultant said she'd get the pictures changed. I just checked the website and the same glider is shown so beware.

We purchased the Meadowside II Climbing Frame for our daughters birthday in September. The climbing set is very sturdy and our daughter loves the swing and slide. Great product - our daughter loves it!!

We purchased the monster forte and she was a MONSTER. I put her together on my own with abit of help from the wife for the fiddly tiny hand steps. It took about 4 half days, all the instructions were easy enough to follow. The only thing I had trouble with was the tunnel slide which killed my life.(nearly went over the neighbours fence a couple times)
But apart from that she’s a great quality forte and the kids absolutely love it I would recommend to anyone, I’d probably pay someone to put it together if I ever buy another PMSL. I also added an awning for abit of extra shade.

Our kids love the cubby house and frame. We have the one with slide, swings and monkey bar.

Our kids are on it every day, and we have had a few parties with kids climbing all over it (literally!)

I’ve read a few of the reviews and they surprise me, my comments;
Monkey bars are short: yes, but the picture and diagram shows that! It would be good to be a bit longer, but then the frame becomes huge..
Difficult to put together: yep, it’s a challenge, but what do you expect for something this size!!

Overall, we love this, it’s not cheap plastic or wood, it’s good quality and our kids love it

Our kids love their mint climbing frame. It was easy to order, and it was delivered quickly with no problems. The finished product is great and assembly was easy too.

we are more than happy with our Hazelwood Climbing Frame! The price was right, easy too assemble, and it is the perfect addition to our back yard! Our Grand-Dude LOVES playing on it! Very sturdy and well thought out. Penny was fabulous! Queries etc were responded to promptly & personally! (very refreshing these days!)

Emailed company of a very similar if not the same design prices were $400- $600 different, website states price match if similar was found, load of crap. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time with supplier. Better deals, better makes and better communication with other brands

Would never recommend this company to anyone! They are unhelpful.
We purchased and $1800 climbing frame and after 12 months it is literally falling apart! The plastic that is holding the slide together has cracked and broken in several places. The wood has split everywhere and the structure unsafe!
When I contacted the company they didn't want to know about it at all and told me I would need to pay to have it repaired and plastics replaced!

Our equipment had pieces of wood already split & some which split when we drilled into it.
The instructions do your head in the illustrations are very hard to follow along with written directions, which had us back stepping a lot !!
The kids love the swings & slide.
In my opinion the swings are too close together & the monkey bars are too short to be practically used.
There is no value for money in this product, The wood is thin and poor quality, I expected it to be more solid for what we paid.
Would not recommend to purchase ever again !!!

I was really excited about finally putting this together for my little one to use, but boy oh boy. Firstly, instructions referred to pieces in the checklist by one number and in instructions by another not once, but twice.
Swings are far too close to the cubby house, monkey bars are only 3 rungs, swings are far too low to the ground with no apparent way to bring them up higher. My average height not quite three year old drags his feet when swinging, it's that low.
Over all, it's disappointed me and hasn't been worth the money nor hours spent putting it together. Nice concept, poor final product. Am so disappointed.
