I returned some Bodega Wall Lights.
They were poor quality and did not sit on the wall. Issue raised in the 29th August. Lights collected
15th September. Despite numerous phone calls and emails I still don't have my refund. How hard can it be? The customer service is extremely poor- no one calls you back.

Coco Republic delivered 2 patio chairs and Damaged my front door by scratching the paint off with the chair leg
I have been emailing and calling them since April 2022 and it’s now September 2022 Customer service said they are working on it each time I contact them but nothing is done
I would like my front door repainted
Coco Republic does not care about the customer after the item is sold

Ordered multiple things in seperate orders and almost every time there was a some sort of delay, which I only found about because I CALLED THEM. They don't communicate things like you'll be waiting an extra two months for something or it's not actually in stock as they state on their website. Such a waste of time!!!

I had read plenty of reviews cautioning about CR and there poor stock / delivery timelines, etc. I though I'd be safe and ordered "quick ship" furniture items, which were apparently in stock with the estimated delivery window of a fortnight. Paid in full. Over a month later, nothing has arrived, no status update, no stock, and no information about when it might arrived, if at all. They have many thousands of my $'s, I have received nothing but dozens of unsolicited spam emails and text messages, but not a scrap of furniture.
Based on other reviews, I'd say this is effectively the business model. Stay away.

DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM COCO REPUBLIC. You WILL get the wrong item. You WILL get damaged items. Maybe if they took some time to update their processes they might have more happy customers. You charge an arm and a leg for items yet cant spent money having legal update your T&C's or Service Orders to reflect actual process? Get your stuff together Nicholas Foster and Eric Bauer. You make over $60 million a year yet you have thousands of unhappy customers. It is 2022, maybe do a google to see where you can improve.

I purchased a sofa and chair from Coco Republic in October 2021. Both were delivered in November 2021, however the leather chair had a huge stain on it. Initially Coco Republic was very responsive and sent someone to inspect and clean the chair, however it could not be cleaned. They then said they could replace the chair however after speaking to their repairer I decided I wanted to change the fabric of the replacement chair. After 8 months I finally got a response from Customer Care stating I can change the chair to any fabric or style of the same value. So I went back into the store to make my selection and advised Customer Care, and also asked if I could add a second chair to this order. It's now been 3 weeks (and 3 emails) later with NO REPLY. I purchased 3 metal lanterns that looked amazing on line. They arrived and when we unboxed them, we realized that in fact the quality of them was very bad and they were extremely overpriced for what they were. The box they came in did not say the origin which was very strange (usually the box or somewhere on the item it would specify where they are made). I emailed coco republic and after weeks of email after email trying to get someone to respond to me, they finally responded and agreed to pick up the faulty ones and send me replacement ones. the replacement ones arrived after a few weeks however they were even worse than the first batch - the glass was actually broken in the box and the courier would have heard the glass moving around when he was moving the box. I emailed coco and asked them for a full refund - it has now been months and on the odd occasion that they call me back from the Philippines, they tell me that the courier will be there on so and so date to pick up the faulty lanterns which would then enable me to get the refund. I have taken days off work waiting for the courier to arrive on the days that they said they would arrive, and they do not turn up. When i call up coco, they cant find the booking. i call up coco and the phones are answered by a call centre in the Philippines who have no idea what they are doing - the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing there. I demand to speak with the manager but the manager is ALWAYS allegedly in a meeting. it has now been months and i have yet to receive any refund. It is disgusting after service and my next resort is unfortunately legal action.- Product Quality

I purchased an outdoor pebble light in 2021. The rubber seal failed after only 2 months and we had to get an electrician out to remove the light which had filled with water unbeknown to us and kept blowing our fuse. Coco eventually replaced the light and offered to pay the electrician bill. However after countless calls and emails they still have not paid this and the seal is failing again as in the words on my electrician “it’s junk”. I am at the point where I’ve wasted so much time with trying to sort this out that I’ve fixed up the electrician myself and will have to source a better quality seal so that this “outdoor light” can actually function as an outdoor light.

The number 1 worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
It has taken 8 months and dozens of correspondence to sort out the poor quality rubbish they sell for inflated prices.
They have so many depts and numbers that it's impossible to track, trace and sort an issue out.
They pass you from pillar to post that most would give up and finally when they do agree to give you a refund, they call and it's for the wrong ( lower ofcourse ) amount. And back they go again to check,cross reference and delay...
Truly a hopeless hot mess!!

8 months later and 2 deliveries that delivered half of my table. Can't talk to anyone as they seem to not exist by email or phone. I want. my table coco, I have already paid for it. I think that is theft!

Find another place to order luxury furniture as Coco Republic cannot fulfil your order. After waiting 6 months for a $40,000+ order, I was called to say that all my furniture had arrived and they demanded final payment. Said that delivery would be in the next few days. They are liars and thieves. I had a few items delivered, including a broken mirror and the delivery guys said that's all they were told to load on the truck and to call "concierge" what a joke these clowns are. After dealing with a complete bunch of liars (who have no information and cannot even get anyone local to call you - they even have more useless people in the Philippines) you might think that someone local can help. I cannot even get an answer for where my furniture is for pick up. YES, the service is so bad that I am trying to organise my own pick up as they said it was there while demanding payment. I'm prepared to pay 3 times the delivery price (that I've already paid) to get what is rightfully mine. AND they lie. They sent me an email for one of the pieces saying that due to safely regulation change from the govt., that they cannot deliver a table that is supposedly there, for another 4 to 5 weeks. No senior manager will call to explain anything, cowering away like mice. It is the most disgraceful business exchange I've encountered and all I can say is that Coco Republic are very dishonest. I feel sorry for their sales staff as this will eventually catch up with them and they will be out of jobs. You cannot run a successful business with these protocols. Most of their stuff is available elsewhere so go there have a look, take pics and them search the internet for the pieces you need. We had two faulty couches delivered one after the other. The Independent assessor said quality was very bad. They were returned and then we had to fight tooth and nail to get refund, Coco republic lied about paying it and we had to get the bank involved. Avoid at all costs.

Good thing they pay massive advertising fees to feature their overpriced Chinese furniture in design magazines. Because this company is an utter wizard behind the curtains. It absolutely stinks. All show and positively zero no go. HORRENDOUS sales / service. Non existent lines of contact. Just TRY and contact the company before you make a purchase. I dare you. Phones are never answered. Calls never returned. Emails never replied. And don't think you can just go and walk into the store, either! You will be ignored, not gotten...

You would think spending $8,000 on so claimed designer furniture would get you SOME amount of positive or even acceptable sales service treatment, right? NOPE! They have called and emailed that the 2 items (both table and lounge) are ready to be delivered, 4 days later we called to organise the delivery they said your table has never arrived, after 5 months they said you have to wait another 4 months. Absolute joke!!!! If you have good health PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM HERE, AS THEY WILL CAUSE YOU HEART PROBLEMS. and ohhhhh dont bother with call Centre as they are also bunch of .... working there that have no manners and no clue.
