The process was dragged out over 5 visits, that were spread out over 5 weeks. I was told I’d have to wait for them to be in the area, which when paying 4 grand for a job you would expect them to make a trip to complete said job. Even tho they measured the spaces, I was then told the doors didn’t fit my space and would have to wait (This happened twice on the same door) and the man measuring implied it was my fault, even tho he and another man had measured the space previously. The spaces aren’t perfect, it is an old home but that’s why I went with a company that says they make custom sizes to suit spaces. I also had to ring and chase them about my appointments when they didn’t show.
Would not recommend.

Crimsafe fitted to whole of house. It's just great to know that I can have all my windows and doors open for fresh air, while being secure and protected. Love Crimsafe :)

From no screen door to screen and security door, I have been able to relax knowing there is fresh air coming in through the back door, no insects or anything bigger. Closes quietly enough, the triple lock helps to provide that positive locking feeling.

The features correspond accurately to the sales information. The actual appearance has enhanced the doors and the outlook especially from the double patio doors. Locking mechanism appears secure, moves easily

Our crimsafe screen door is great, looks good, great for my dog she loves it as we can leave the front door open and she can see who is coming and going.

From the quote to final installation the Team from North Queensland Security Fitters have kept us informed. They arrived on the day of installation on time and did a great job. They replaced a faulty door lock from a security door they fitted 12 months ago without any fuss. We would highly recommend them.

The whole process of having two screen doors tailored to suit our home and expertly installed was easy with helpful supplier having good communication skills. Would recommend Rimfire to all.

Our concern was that it would make the unit too dark inside and that we'd feel 'shut in' or a bit like being in gaol but we have been very surprised, we don't get that sense at all and in fact don't really notice the Crimsafe on the window or the screen door, we look through it to the outdoors. Ours is only a couple of months old however it appears to be of very high quality and was installed really well by the supplier Guardian Screens & Shutters. We love the security aspect and also the visuals, it looks great.

Good customer service, all questions answered, installer arrived at correct time, minor modification to screen door done on site, work site left neat and clean.

The Crimsafe products came highly recommended by a friend. We initially thought they were very expensive. However, after seeing the high quality of the doors and windows, in addition, the fixed windows and aqua closers on the triple lock doors have made a huge difference to our home. We feel very safe and secure on warm nights to allow the breeze to flow thru our home. The structure of the Crimsafe products are of a very high standard. You will not be disappointed.

The screens have Clean lines, and give a clear view. The product is all we could hope for. We hope it is as well security wise. We are very satisfied with this product.

I had all my windows fitted with Crimsafe security screens. The quality and fitment was excellent and feel much more secure in my home especially being able to leave windows open. The only thing missing is some sort of identification on the screens identifying them as Crimsafe as I believe this would assist in deterring criminals from wanting to break in.

We have a Crimsafe Ultimate front door on our home and it gives us peace of mind about our safety while we are home or when we go out. The quality of the door is outstanding and we have ordered a back stacker sliding door in the Crimsafe Ulitmate also, we want nothing but the safest and strongest.

Well constructed and very secure. Very happy with this product. Gives us the peace of mind we were looking for. Will be ordering a larger sliding security door for the back door in the near future.

Terrible quality. Installed a few days ago and while the door looks good it moves and rattles in the locked position. It makes enough noise to be heard 3 rooms away. The locking system is very poorly designed. Get another brand.

A Crimsafe door was installed at my property last month and it is well worth the money, and the wait time for it to be installed. I would recommend Crimsafe as a very good product which will last years and increase the value of the property.

We have two new Crimsafe doors - one oversize and one with a pet door both are excellent.
We now can leave the house open to catch the breeze without pesky insects.

Recently had a Crimsafe security door fitted. The process from start to finish was very good and the product is excellent. Highly recommended albeit on the higher priced side for a security door.

I had Alcom Security install a window and front door. Had issued from day one. Firstly wrong colour which they fixed. Did not do the regular inspections, cancelled and didn't come back. When I did get them back the window was corroding & all he could say was clean it!. Window kept corroding, so got them out again & they took pics & said will lodge a claim..heard nothing for over a month. Have been leaving messages and no one will return my calls...very poor will never use them again.

When they were installing screens the technician broke a tile very disappointing. But they did work with me to fix the problem. How ever i did think i deserved a discount but did not get one.

Feeling much more secure now with Crimsafe fitted to the house. First thought it would look like a prison, but was pleasantly surprised when finished that it actually improved the look.
