Booked a Caribbean cruise in September 19. The process was extremely quick. They called me on a holiday so wasn’t expecting their call. Teresa was very friendly and walked me through the whole process.

A lot of times its hard to put those two words together but when dealing with gail chapman those words come to mind easily.

Have booked mtwo cruises with Cruise Away.
It was a bit uneasy when they kept on changing consultant . Thought it was a fly by night company until Gayle came along .
Hope I don’t have to change consultant again.

Very friendly & competent - exceeded my expectations, so impressed I got my Brother & Sister in laws to books as well. We have booked a Cruise from Syd Aust. to Hawaii in April 2020. Will use this service again & recommend to other Family Members & Friends.

So far I booked last year cruise with Norwegian from Singapore and this year I start booking cruise with Princess from Melbourne! So positive results for Cruise away. My personal experience with Katalin is certainly even higher - 5 stars, but still is here space for detail improvement.

Since I made and payed for the booking I haven't heard a thing from the lady who did my booking,but I have been bombarded with emails from the company! Come on guys, give me time to go on this one before pushing for more! I feel even a personal email from the lady would be a nice pr move? I suppose we still have about a month to go before we cruise so who know?

A little worried given many Poor News Feeds over the last few years. Overall a pleasant experience for us. P&O was our pick and we only made last minute booking for New Year Cruise 2018/ 19. The whole staff were just great, good food, activities and clean vessel and staff.

We thought about a rating carefully. Would we consider another Cruise? At this stage, “ Yes”. There were some travellers that only enjoy being “ Stupid”. Overall we are confident with 8 out 10.

Easy to book. Melissa was very helpful and efficient. The free gift of lanyards and luggage tag holders was very useful.

Tammi had a good knowledge of what we wanted but trip didn’t go to plan at one stage. We weren’t compensated. We weren’t like others offered any extras.

We booked a P & O Cruise, found the cruise very relaxing and met some lovely people. Not sure whether because it was over Christmas but was lacking in professional shows, also the food was sub standard. The service we received from Cruiseaway could not be faulted, exceptional service.

I was originally dealing with another cruise travel agent, and then decided to ring Cruisaway, just to see what they could offer... Ive dealt with a lot of them in the past, negotiating prices, cabins ect....I did have a fantastic deal offered, and was not expecting Cruiseaway to come close. What a nice surprise. I was dealing with a lovely and pleasant lady named Tammy. From the getgo, Tammy was cheery, helpful and had the knowledge to discuss what i wanted... Not only did they beat the competitors price, they offered a bit more too....I was impressed with Tammy's professionalism....a big tick from me....
