I have made 2 bookings for cruises in recent months and the service from Kerryn O’Neal is more than excellent. She is efficient and very diligent with her approach to her work. The cruises are for later in the year.

Columbus Cruise. not plain sailing

One week out from sailing and still no E tickets. Booked an OG guaranteed outside cabin, only to find the cabin had an obstructed view ie. lifeboat. at no time during the booking was any mention made of an obstructed view, I find this very deceptive. Very little and conflicting information regarding the requirements of visas and when finally being informed very little time in which to acquire them. Also numerous phone calls to the travel agents and cmv receiving conflicting information I have cruised for over 60 years on many lines and have to admit I find this booking very disappointing and will in the future reconsider booking with your company. For a first timer I was bit worried but everything from service to cleanliness to the decor was excellent. Food, though I am a vegetarian was alright. Would appreciate more if there are some more vegetarian dishes. Yes it was a great cruise trip for us.

Group booking to Barcelona booked by my cousin. All documents for 12 months had me booked on Norwegian Star. Two weeks before departure documents in mail have me on Norwegian Spirit far inferior vessel. Two phone
Calls later operational manager not willing to discuss how this can be resolved. First cruise for mum thinking we are on a quality ship really disappointed . Manager could not tell me
how this incompentency equals the advertisement of a premier cruise line.

Booked direct on line with Cunard. They became impossible to contact, via any means. This threatened my cruise and caused a lot of stress. Contacted CruiseAway, as I'd booked with them before.
Oh happy day! I cannot thank this lovely lady enough for the time and trouble she took to complete my payment. Have to wonder how those people who made the mistake of trusting Cunard have fared. I'm back with CruiseAway in future, and especially this lady who I am not supposed to name, but she will know
Do have a query.... What happened to the little mailing I sent her, marked 'Confidential?' Hasn't reached its destination. That's a worry.

Wonderful time

This was out first cruise and it was a wonderful experience.
Once on the ship you really feel disconnected from the world with nothing else to do than relax and being looked after. True Holidays.
Entertainment was excellent, music, comedy, parties etc...
The food was of high quality everywhere; but there could be more fresh fruits.
Our cabin (with balcony) was extremely comfortable and private. We never heard our neighbours.
The staff was very professional and friendly everywhere on the boat. The receptionist, Ashley who is from Mauritius, spoke French (we are French) was especially good. We would like to recommend him.
The islands were beautiful, although we thought that the excursions were too expensive. Maré was excellent.

Booked a Christmas cruise with CruiseAway on the P&O Aria. Everything was as the CruiseAway agent described. The trip could not have been better and we even had calm waters for the whole nine days. Would use and recommend CruiseAway again.

Unfortunately we had to cancel owing to a very serious medical condition which came up on the last second.
Cancellation was made very easy, and was dealt with in a very prompt and efficient manner. Could not have been more accommodating.

We booked the 7 day trip to the pacific islands and was really happy with the trip. Was able to enjoy a cruise in Australia after our long trip from the UK. Booking was made really easy for us with the help of our nephew who was able to sort it out through cruiseway.

I wanted to book a particular cruise that several friends were going on and found it on the Cruiseaway website. The website very easy to use and it also had great cruise/fly packages to choose from. Being a solo traveler I had questions I needed to ask and I called the contact number and received expert help and advice from cruise consultant Cindy Dorr.
Cindy was able to put together a great package for me and her knowledge of the ship, flights etc was exceptional. I feel in very safe hands booking through Cruiseaway.

The standout aspect of the amazing service is communication !! It is prompt and there is lots of it and being an information junkie this is heaven to me.

Cruise Sydney to Hawaii on Ovation if the Seas with 3 nights in Honolulu hotel, Pearl Harbour tour, transfers to & from hotel, air fares back to Sydney in 2020. Consultant was very good & offered as much information as required. Extremely happy with her service.
