Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service by all staff when I have called. Daniel was great today. Helped out with getting us up & running at our new address with NBN which had a problem but DCSI was quick to contact NBN which did not take long for them to come out. Now have 2 services with them & I'm so happy to have DCSI as they are very helpful & i love being able to call & not have long waits & speak to someone local. Very helpful.

Outstanding personal service
DCSI has been my ISP from the early days of dial-up, through ADSL and now through the NBN. Where the internet is involved, DCSI is "head and shoulders" above the rest.

Excellent ISP
We signed up to DCSI after Aussie Broadband turned into a Lemon for Perth connections. International traffic is much faster, gaming latency is better, and our ping to Perth alone dropped from 24 to 10ms.
The support staff were friendly the one time I contacted them to find out about an NBN visit, and billing were quick and efficient during signup and when helping us update our payment details.
Routing to Europe is better than both Aussie Broadband and Superloop, both for latency and bandwidth/speed.
Aussie Broadband lets you view CVC graphs, which for me only confirmed congestion experienced. DCSI shows no sign of congestion, but if there was the latency for gaming has never been impacted in the slightest.
